Popped in to get my macbook screws tightened. Super friendly quick service!

If I could give zero stars, I will. I am in town for business. I came in to this store because my three- month old computer doesn't want to turn on. I showed up three hours ago and signed up for service. They said one hour and a half!!!. I talked to the manager and she was very rude. Totally helpless!!! I love the brand, but really Apple needs to hire more and better employees who know how to deal with this type of issues. I guess my next computer will not be an Apple!!

Awesome place.

Serena Uible

Fun to look around. Almost always crowded. Always expensive if you do anything other than just look around.

AZ Airgunner

Everything went good. They were a little busy of course so had to look around and find some one to help but after that everything went great!!

The best customer service always!!

I like the location of the store. It's in a nice outdoor, California style mall. Every time I've been here over the last several years, I've had very good service from mostly very knowledgeable people. When I ran into someone that wasn't able to answer my question, I was always moved up the food chain and got the answer that allowed me to solve whatever issue I had in the first place.

Very friendly. Greeted immediately. We were helped by several employees who were attuned to customers periodically looking inquisitive. No hovering. Upon asking, one associate gave me the overview of handicapped features/info about this new store. Another gave us the comparative features of all the iPads, including the original iPad Air we were upgrading. A third took our order and it arrived almost instantly, three minutes maybe. Very knowledgeable, efficient, well prepared. Only one small issue: they had run out of bags. People don't realize that this can be a significant issue for people who walk with a cane. The new building is just stunning, a work of art. Another associate gave us the details about the architecture of the building. Very impressive. An elevator allows handicapped access to the bottom floor. There is a gold cable in the floor downstairs that optimizes the big screen experience for people with hearing aids. Stepping in and just being in the building is a pure joy, especially if you hang out and watch the light change over time. It changes your whole experience. I suggested that the architectural details be published. Also, info about handicapped parking and access should be captured immediately on the Apple website and on Google, the mall website, etc as it was very difficult to plan the visit to the store without more info since I walk with a cane. I easily "cased the joint" days ahead by driving around it, so had a general idea of the best potential approach. But phone access to the store was impossible. I called seven times before I could be connected to someone who knew a few things about handicapped parking access. They did not know, so will tell you here that the south entrance at the amphitheater has minimum 15 stairs with a railing (if you descend on the east side of it). However, walking around to the east side of the building, along Scottsdale Road allows you to enter on the top/main floor of the store with no stairs required. The interior mall entrance is also open on the west side of the store. If you enter the exterior mall entrance from the south parking lot at Thirsty Lion, you will see the store at the end of a long walkway to the right. If you call the store, you are connected to a call center and after a wait, will talk to nice people who want to help, but have never seen the building, so cannot answer many questions. They could not transfer me to the store, but tried to reach them for me and ask my questions. They recommended parking in the parking structure on the North side of the mall, which is absolutely not convenient for handicapped walkers going to The Apple Store. I parked in the South parking lot and entered the main floor from the exterior Scottsdale Road door to the East. A few handicapped spots are also just inside the entrance to underground parking to the North. Will try that next time and compare the walk. One more suggestion: please add some seating somewhere on the main/top floor. This should be for handicapped, of course, but also elderly, children, anyone who just needs to sit down for a few minutes, while considering their purchase. The products are displayed upstairs, with accessories downstairs. I can't wait to find out what creative things they will do with the amphitheater and seating downstairs. Will there be classes, presentations, announcements, perhaps interactive experiences with the big screen? I am scouring media to find information about this now... I'm so fortunate to live nearby. It's a lovely place.

It's the Apple Store! Beautiful products and very clean retail space. Great service from the employees who know exactly how to solve your problem. The Store is one of a long list of reasons to go with Apple products. Why four stars? The employees are very friendly, but in a Stepford Wives kind of way. It seems a bit artificial.

So we went to this Apple Store to get a 42mm Milanese Loop Band for my Apple Watch. Should take 10 minutes or so, right? Well, no. We waited for about an hour with no one interested in assisting us to get a band. Then we finally went to someone to ask for help, and just pointed us to someone else. They payed absolutely no attention to us, after waiting 5 minutes. I left out of anger. Awful customer service. But great products.

Shelley Curtis

Always super helpful. They take care of anything you need every time you go there.

Laurie Spresser

For a first time user, I find the Scottsdale Fashion Square store to be useless with a capital U. My new ipad became locked. Drove to the Store and was told i would be better off calling Apple Support. WHAT???? None of the many. many Appleites in here can help me????? USELESS.

Matt Michitsch

I went to get a phone unlocked. They helped great. Make an appointment or get ready for a wait if busy. This place is a little too fru fru snootie for me but thats where you go when need there help.

Nick

T-Mobile sent me here to get my iPhone fixed because it was having internet issues. ~2-3 MBPS w/o wifi and 20-30 MPBS w/ wifi. Apple rep for some reason thought ~35 MBPS was totally fine and then had the audacity to tell me it's a public wifi. If that's your excuse you can't use it as a testing sample. Still running 2-3 MBPS w/o wifi but the employee didn't seem to mind. I also noticed she immediately clocked out after basically telling me to kick rocks.

Daniel Nicolai

The whole mall smelled like Dracor Noir

REYANSH PATEL

New Space. Love the aesthetic. Will definitely be returning. Bonus-- there is always parking in the movie theatre parking structure!

Sieg Schuler

A great place to shop.

The Apple Store Biltmore retail location is a joke! I had a Apple Genius appointment and finally after waiting 20 minutes after my appointment time, I had to flag someone over. I was told my appointment was dropped. What is the purpose of having an appointment system when problems like this occur. My beats were sent out for repair and the processing time was only a matter of minutes. Now I have to wait another 5 to 10 days to get them back. Very bad customer service!!!

Rachael Mann

Upgrading from my upgrade at the awesome new Apple store. Shout out to Trent for his superb customer service and making sure that the first Beats Solo3 Wireless promo carried over!

Eric

Went in for a Genius Bar appointment yesterday evening and I left very very dissatisfied. The customer service that I am used to receiving from Apple was non-existent. The initial guy that helped me could only recite the script he's been provided and clearly has a lack of experience. I asked if there is anyone else I could speak with and he walked away to the back. He comes back out, walks past me and helps another customer. I wait an additional 10-15 minutes on top of the 40 minutes I had already sat there not being helped before he comes back with the "manager" Mike. The "manager" proceeded to give me the same script with a condescending tone. I would stay far away from the Apple store.

Charles Petrosky

Just a quick note of thanks to Jay for helping me with a defective power adapter even when the store was insanely crowded!

Great area cool place it's a apple store

Samantha Green

Apple Computer really knows what it’s doing when it comes to retail locations and how to provide first class service and a top-notch experience. Of course their products including iPhones and computers are always first class in terms of quality. Everyone who comes here really enjoys their experience and every time I walk in the door I’m always greeted and treated well. Apple is the gold standard as far as I’m concerned in terms of a quality product combined with quality of service.Five stars all the way. This location is an excellent location as well.

Rever Marie

Nice location, kinda annoyed with the wait times but it was understandable since they had many customers.

Álvaro Ruiz

I’ve been waiting for hours and my problem has not been solved, some 5 employees have tried helping me but one passes the problem to the other. The employees just excuse themselves because they have more clients and no time for us.

Khoi Phan

This place had two floors. Packed left to right with many customers. Some interesting gadgets down stairs. But the real attraction is the all windowed walls and outside natural lighting.

David Petrella

The store was big, very big. Very upscale, but a the employees were very friendly. They have a lot of merchandise.

Logan Varela

Took my phone in for repair on Saturday. After they “fixed” the phone, it no longer charges with anything other than wall charger. Battery started draining uncontrollably. Took it back on Tuesday and only solution offered was to check insurance with carrier or buy a new phone. Said they would give Apple Care for 2 years for free for inconvenience, then once in the process of looking to buy a phone, they said they could no longer offer Apple Care. Talk about a bate and switch. Nobody would take responsibility for the damage they caused originally. Would not go back to this store.

I went in last night with very little knowledge about Apple Watches. All I knew was I wanted the series 3. I walked in and was greeted fairly quickly. After explaining what brought me in, I was brought over to the watch experts and introduced to Julio. He was insightful and knowledgeable. I really enjoyed sitting down with him after making my purchase and learning about the basics of what my new tool could do for me. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely be going back to this store for anything I might need or want. Julio informed me of how to check for classes to learn more about their products and how to use them, tips and tricks, etc. The store was busy, but considering it was black friday weekend and centrally located in Scottsdale, it was really no surprise. It was clean as an Apple store should be. I was quickly helped and taken care of.

Peyton Walker

The customer service here is terrible. I walk in and sit down waiting for my appointment and after 15 minutes I have to walk up to someone to get their attention to check in. They don’t come up to you. Honestly wish there were a different apple store close to me, really don’t want to be at a place where they don’t care about their customer service

Veronica Martinez

Great in and out experience with the apple technicians. I highly recommend making an appointment to make your experience amazing.

hannelori Armstrong

My daughter came in with an issue on her iPhone. The associate that had only been there for one week was very helpful friendly. I was very impressed. We are currently waiting for our issue to be resolved but they gave us a phone to use temporarily while her phone is being sent away. Five-star all the way

michael dupuy

Went to Apple store yesterday and spent over 4 hours trying to get my phone working. Saw at least 10 different individuals all with no time for me. Busy chatting away with each other and spending the least amount of time with me to get my problem solved. Literally playing "musical chairs". Did not estimate the time it would take to help me accurately at all. Manager came over and asked me what he do to help. I asked him to refund my charges. He responded "OK". Charges not refunded. Would not recommend this store.

This is the best  store in Scottsdale, I’ve been there a few times now, as well as to the other locations. This is the most efficient location Ive found, The staff has been Level 10 awesome to me, every time. Most recently I went in with my iPhone XS due to some performance issues. Had the guy look at it, within 5mins he gave me a brand new one. That’s why  at Fashion Square is the Way to go. Less than 15 mins, got a new phone, pretty lit way to start my day.

Johnathan Kirkland

Staff was great, but this has got to be the loudest store I have ever been to. Staff had to repeat themselves multiple times due to having to shout at each other. My sound level app said it was 86 dBA which is insane.

Enrique Salas

Worst service! So much for a trillion dollar company. Went in for a screen repair, estimated time 1 hour so I waited and i spent 2.5 hours in the store. My phone was ready in a hour but no one decided to let me know it was ready. Keep in mind that at times employees were available and they could have approached me to see if I was okay but no one did. Screen was not cracked it was already malfunctioning from the first day I got the phone . Never going to the Biltmore again!

Darren Benjamin Burr

Extremely crowded when I went on Saturday and yet they were able to get me in and out of there very quickly with great service.

Abduraafi Andrian

I bought a macbook here and the apple men was very friendly.

Alejandro Jiménez

The store is as every Apple Store, neat and busy. The customer service leaves much to wish for. We had to go a second time because one employee was very rude, I would dare say even racist.

Chris Cihowiak

I came in about ready to throw my iphone in the garbage, Shea was super helpful, friendly, and got me fixed up and out the door in 15 minutes. Thanks so much to the amazing staff

Mary Ippolito

Bought my grandson his phone there, he loves it so much. Staff knew their products and were very helpful

Steve Curry

My first experience with this location was not good. The woman that helped us was sick and coughing into her hand. She would then handle the phones and hand them to customers! I work in healthcare and this is Flu season. People die from the Flu! She should not have been working and that place was packed. Surprisingly there were no antiseptic wipes / dispensers in or near the store. Just saying.

Noel p. Edwards

Apple stores are tough. God and everybody goes at the same time. That being said. These guys are good. Professional polite and they know their stuff. Ask for Tobias HE ROCKS !!

Amy Clendenon

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff

Emily McPherson

I dropped my phone off today for repairs and ran some errands while I waited for it to be ready. On my way back, I was in a hit and run accident & was still phone-less. I made it to the Apple store to get my phone so I could call who I needed to call, and the employee who helped me out was so wonderful and understanding about how shaken I was after the crash. She and another team member got me me water and got me my phone very quickly. They even paid for my repair services so I could get out of there as soon as possible. I sincerely appreciate the way I was treated by the Apple team today at this location. They really took care of me!

Chas F

Apple has the worst service. I am put on hold and never does anyone answer. I am never given an opportunity to receive service.

Zackary Bokelman

Great help! Daniel's the man

David D

This is an terrible store what happened to apple? they used to have the best customer service now they seem not to care about anyone they don't care if you leave with a working phone or not they don't care about the clients one bit very disappointing show of customer service I'm in phoenix my phone over heated and they're not willing to help calling the corporate office but apple really needs to look at this store 3.2 reviews should be a big sign that theres problems with the service in this store

Jason Lyon

The two texts that helped me fix my MacBook Pro with a phenomenal. They were able to help me through all my issues with my laptop and even stayed whiskey till the update was done on my computer to make sure that there were no surprises with it. I would definitely go back there again and recommend people going to this particular Apple Store.

Conner Coulson

I updated my iPhone to iOS 13 and now it won't turn on. The technician said it was the update that killed my phone even though it was supposed to be compatible. They had some guy lecture me in front of everyone about how they couldn't give discounts for no reason. I've bought 4 devices here in the last 6 months.

Ibrahim D. Bahati

In all fairness, I love the customer service here. The technician who served me was friendly and honest . Definitely run to them when you have a problem.

Lisa Mallinson

Staff are professional and caring

Jonathan C

Apple Store is a lucrative product with cheap customer service. Overall I’m not happy with the service provided by Apple store. When I told one of the representative I’m waiting for a long time and I would like to have someone see me they answer I got was “ you’re free to leave “ Extremely long wait time even when you set an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes for a representative after my original appointment time, what is the point with scheduling an appointment if there is a wait time anyway?! The staff is moving you around from one representative to the other making the process longer than it should. I have seen dollar store with a better customer service than Apple.

Niels Pereboom

Nice store, butt it was very busy when we where there. The advise given was very good and easy to make the whright choise..

Julian Cuevas

On such short notice, I anxiously went to the Apple Store at the Biltmore mall, seeking assistance for my new iPhone set-up. I am impressed with the substantial customer service skills that Francisco diligently performed when aiding me in my set-up. Francisco, was utterly politeful in every step of the way. I thank the Apple Team and most importantly Francisco.

Shanda Weil

We missed it at first because its windows on the front and back so it looks like the end of the building. Once inside it was a very large space with classes going on to teach how to use the product. Multiple staff members offered to help, we were just browsing so we didn't end up needing them so they were good about giving us space to look.

One of the employees reassured me I had up to a year after my purchase to buy AppleCare for my MacBook Pro. After he initially told me that, I explicitly asked him if that was in fact Apple’s policy - just to make sure what I’d heard was correct. Fast forward a few months, and I’m being told that the policy is 60 days only, and not 1 year. So yeah, I’m incredibly frustrated with the fact that it’s too late now to purchase coverage for my device - which was a massive investment. I hope that employee is not working there anymore and potentially misinforming customers. Double and triple-check any questions or concerns with the employees there. Get “anything in writing” in case they accuse you of lying about what an Apple employee has told you.

Hashim Ben Selim

I have been a customer with Apple for 10 years, they had an amazing customer care and I never thought that I will write a one star review for one of their stores and complain on the quality of their products. I came to this store regarding an issue with my laptop’s screen that just started about two weeks ago and kept getting worst and worst with time. I called apple support to report the issue and took an appointment to visit this store. The technician told me that he cannot do anything because my warranty just got expired about 9 days ago from the day that I have reported the issue. He told me that the warranty start from the day my laptop got shipped and not from when it is delivered. I asked for a supervisor and he said the same thing to me and start talking straightaway about Apple Care. I know what is Apple Care! and I had an old laptop for 9 years now and never complained or had an issue with its hardware hence to me, why I should buy Apple Care? Is this how Apple promoting for their Apple Care by selling cheap screens that will last for one year? The technician told me that a guy came with the same laptop and he had similar issue and they replace it to him because he has Apple care. I know that companies when they get similar issues and complains about a device model or part they usually recall it and replace it, but otherwise the supervisor was talking to me about warranty and Apple Care while he should report this similar issue to Apple technical support. Furthermore, I left my contacts to the lead at the store and asked him to let the store manager to review my claim and to call me since she was not in the store. After two days I call back and I spoke with another store lead on the phone and he said that she got your issue yesterday and she cannot do anything about it, so why no one got back to me after they took this decision. Is this how Apple manager treating their customer? Unfortunately I would not recommend their new MacBook Pro laptop to anyone. You can see by yourself from the attachment the orange haze on the screen that happened by itself. Does this mean Apple devices are valid for one year? Or nowadays it’s not worth it to get anything from Apple without there Apple Care!

Carlos Naranjo

Did what I was thinking was an exchange, so they gave me a new phone, i change my mind the next day to get a newer iphone, and they told me it can not be returned because it was not considered an exchange it was a service. So here I am loosing $350 for a repair for a phone that is worth less. Wish I would've known that when I signed, guess that's what happens when you don't read the return policy of who knows how many paragraphs.

Geo Farrell Vieira

Here is why Apple is awesome. I have had my iPhone X for nearly 2 years. It worked flawlessly until the battery started bulging and pushed the screen away from the device. I made an appointment here and waited about 10 minutes for a genius. The whole time two other apple employees were making small talk with me. When I got to the genius, he looked at the phone and immediately replaced it. No talk of out of warranty. No talk of paying for a battery. Just a new phone. And I knew that was what was going to happen. It's nice to have that confidence. Thank you Apple.

Jim Smith

If you like Apple then the Apple store is for you. They have apple pie, Apple kabobs, Apple fritters, Apple cake, Apple sweets, Apple burgers, Apple apples, Apple coffee, Apple toffee, Apple tea, Apple cucumbers, Apple milk, Apple seeds, Apple jerky plus they have a lot of iPad's, iPods, Mac's and other fun tech items.

Debra Hale

Long wait times. But the salesman and women are very friendly and helpful.

Jake Larrabee

Big fun, got to check out all the cool new things

Peter Mayson

VERY NICE IN THERE AND QUICK

Tiffany Love-Chezem

I went in after struggling at Verizon stores for hours and was in and out in less that 30 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was nice and extremely helpful and knowledgeable about phones and the different networks. Will be going here instead of dealing with Verizon from now on!

Myriah MyScar

Nice place to hangout. Plus while your awaiting apple assistance you can charge your phone... Always nice, right?

Edward Witt

Not sure what's up at this location. Associate didn't care that I drove in rush hour traffic after work to have an error message fixed. Instead of allowing a tech to address it he googled on his phone (no kidding!) and told me Apple will call me in 24 hrs. What??? What's the point of having techs and service in-store? I bet he would have been more helpful if I came in to buy something. Very disappointing customer service unfortunately

Jessica Packard

Great in store experience! I was helped so quickly and got done faster that I imagined. Everyone was so nice and helpful. However, trying to call the store and get an update on my replacement item is an annoying process. You don’t get to talk to anyone who’s actually in the store on the phone. They reroute your call to who knows where! If you placed an order in a physical store and that’s where your product is being shipped the person your talking to can’t tell you where your order is. The poor lady on the phone said she’d get in trouble for telling me what to say in order to talk to someone in the actual store!! Which is the only way I’d get an update. There were no appointments were available for the next 2 days to talk to someone in the store I placed the order in (which is 30 minutes away from me). I get that Apple is trying to make it easier for the workers in the store to help walk in appointments. But why should it be so difficult to get a simple update on my order that should be in store by now. I just want to know where it is!!! Automation fail.

Sarah Woolworth

Did not even walk into this place, just walked by it,but apples pretty good.

Alaina Christy

Jose was amazing! We were with him for about 2 hours while getting new phones. He helped me choose my best option and was able to answer ALL of my mom's questions, it was basically 2 hours worth of mom questions, all while being so nice and funny, I hope we get him again when we come back to this store! Thank you!

fan boxuan

They ignored Asians. PLEASE BE AWARE WHERE YOUR BIGGEST MARKET IS OK?

Alex Boutte

Very friendly staff and very knowledgeable! Though they were unable to completely fix an issue with the iPhone x during our visit, which was due to our time restraint, they setup an appointment to have Apple customer support call the next day at home so they can run diagnostics and fix the issue from the comfort of home! Top notch

Paul Tarbox

Subpar service and not what I would expect from Apple. The techs broke my screen during a battery service so I had to bring it back for them to fix that. Then after they fixed the screen the 3D Touch stopped working. Brought my phone back but it was after 90 days so they wouldn’t do anything. Thanks for creating more work for me, not helpful. Every time I have come in I have had to wait 30 plus minutes despite having a “Genius” Bar appointment.

Dont know what they doing

The place was beautiful and it had really nice people.Every body was walking around and enjoying their selves. I would definitely go there again.

Gary Knutson

Not a fan of the new location.... seemed very noisy and hard to figure out how to navigate easily and very crowded as well. I miss their old location in the Biltmore fashion mall.

Ahmed Alsafar

Probably the best apple store I have used. Great service and people. LOVE the building.

ching jing

Pathetic service. Wait time is more than an hour. I had to swap three phones as they couldn’t give me a working phone. We pay the money and purchase an iPhone X and expect it to work but it doesn’t and the replacement phone given is worse.Somehow apple is losing its quality and performs bad may be cause they want us to buy the latest phones as we get frustrated going to and fro to the store.Had to do several trips to the apple store and wait for hours and get a faulty replacements each time. Is it too much to ask for a decent working phone for the price paid?

Prakhar Praveen

Great "Apple" Experience. Courteous and helpful staff.

Aneesh Sinha

Wow, this apple store is fancyyyyy. Nice open floor plan and as per usual there are a ton of apple employees to help with your needs. My wife made an appointment to get her phone fixed so we were in and out in about 30 minutes. Parking in the garage is the easiest to access this location.

Doc Johanson

The IPhone X is the worst phone that I have ever owned. Be sure you are able to return within two weeks if you buy one, unfortunately I wasn’t. Also, when Apple randomly locks you out of iCloud, be ready for the stress it creates when you are traveling.

L Schupbach

Only give it 5 stars because they store is nice as hell, but Apple....cmon sheeple

Talia Green

I went in a few days ago and purchased my new Apple Watch. I was very impressed by the helpful service and extremely knowledgeable staff. I believe the persons name that helped me was Jill and she was great. She explained everything to me in a very detailed way and had answers to some challenging questions that I had. She helped me set up my watch and pear it to my phone. Great experience

Lydia Rangel

Great customer Service!!

Savannah Satovich

I had an exceptional experience at this location. Came in for a screen replacement, took care of me right away and even made a quick last minute appointment to fix my husbands screen as well. They finished them in exactly the amount of time they said it would take, which was only 1.5 hrs for both devices. I am giving 4 stars based only on the fact that employees could provide better customer service by approaching customers when they walk in.

Ben Nanson

This place lacks on so many levels. It’s far worse service than the old Biltmore store. Furthermore, you can’t hear anyone in the building. Two bad experiences in a row.

Talib Alazzawi

My phone stop working after I updated it, it was working perfectly before the update and when the representative take a look on it all what he did he just make a phone call from it and then he said you need to get a new phone because your phone is done and we can sell you one.

istrfry

Drive-by Shooting.

Bruce Kennedy

It's all just too cool for me. These places are enough to make me become a PC user all the time. Just too slick and sophisticated for regular folks and the wait time is horrible.

Leroy Lipschitz

We came in on a Saturday night due to an emergency problem with my phone. We didn’t have a reservation, but Jay at the Genius Bar helped us right away. He fixed my phone quickly and easily and was very personable. Thanks for coming to the rescue, Jay!

Mark Silverman

Went in there yesterday to exchange a phone case that I purchased 6 months ago. Was told I needed to wait for a Genius Bar appointment? I was told it would be 5 minutes which turned into 30 minutes. The employee then told me it was covered however I needed to purchase another case at full price. I’m a 10+ year Apple fan and this was the worst experience ever. Stay away from this store, there team do not represent the Apple brand and experience well.

Sady Flynn Realtor

It Took forever but I got my phone and all my information transfer

Brandon Slotness

Great product. Terrible waits for support. Apple needs more locations here in Phoenix. Every time I need the Apple care team it is a ridiculous wait. Yesterday was a 3 hour wait for walk up, and the soonest i could book an appointment online was 3 days out. This is not the kind of service you would expect when spending a lot of money on their items. The guy who helped me was friendly though, although he did seem to be in a rush.

chris Swatty

I'll start out with saying I've been skeptical of Apple customer service from family members experiences, but this was a level of customer service I have never experienced ever. I bought a MacBook Air about 5 months ago and it ended up having the notorious keyboard issue. After talking with them I asked if I was just able to do an exchange for a new MacBook Pro. initially they said no and just wanted to replace the keyboard, but after speaking with another employee the first employee I delt with came back out and said they didn't have the parts and would just return the MacBook (the return/exchange policy is only 14 days) I had owned my Air for almost five months. They could have said come back when we have the part in stock, but they didn't. They gave me exactly what I paid for the Air plus the discounts I received when I bought it. On top of all that they gave me the current student pricing ($100 instead of the $50 I was offered initially) and they even gave me the Beats studios at no cost. Overall spectacular service on the management team and service staff at the store in Fashion Square. Bravo

Vivian Zhao

Ordered the same day pick-up for my new iPhone. And it took them 4 hours to prepare my order. Got the notification 15 mins before the store closed. I doubt if this is a real apple store.

Josh Davis

Good customer service even though i am not a hipster like 99 % of the people in there on both sides of the counter..i joke I joke I kid I kid! No but really trendy spot

William Pfeifer

We are sitting in the store right now and was helped right away exactly at our appointment time. Zak was nice and complimented my epic beard so that was points off top great job

Rj Yee

I was told I am able to get a exchange for a gift from a friend and then told I can’t if I can’t bring the receipt. If they would told me at the first place I will never drive all the way here to get an exchange. This is the old of worst experience ever. Do Apple ever care at all?

Louise Langston

I wish this store was seperate from the mall, never any parking available.

Ryan Smith

Not sure it could be more difficult to buy something. Found what I needed, but no registers or employees obviously in site.

Nicole Newman

Although I really am not a huge Apple fan, my wife still has an iPhone. Recently it crashed and needed servicing. The staff was friendly. Store is usually very busy and I highly recommending only going in if you have an appt scheduled. They took us very timely to our appt and helped us get things fixed. Store was clean.

Omar Vargas

Crazy busy store. Quick service. Friendly staff. Knowledgable people at genius bar. This is like all other apple stores. Staff here is friendly and helpful.

Shawn Favro

This new store is beautiful I was also in and out in 10 minutes it was great I got my phone and was on my way.

Donn Olmsted

Came in for the battery replacement on an iPhone 6. No mystery that the 3.5 year old battery needs replacing, but it is for the support staff. They blindly trust their diagnostic tool and do not listen to the customer. Michael, the Apple Store associate, said my battery was fine and just needed the settings adjusted and a reset of the software. He agreed my settings were fine and I went home and followed Apple's instructions for restoring the O/S. Guess what - the battery still drains like a drunk with a fifth of scotch. Spent 2.5 hours to wait 2 weeks for a battery and find out that they are clueless.

Desi Salazar

I recently upgraded my iPhone to the iPhone X. The Apple employee helped me to get the phone setup and all of my information transferred over. The whole process took less than 30 minutes. I was really impressed with how quick I was able to restore the new phone. Apple offers the best products and great service.

Grails Grails

All they care about is to sell new things to the customers especially the moment they find out that the customer is wealthy and won't mind about it. Avoid going to this store - if you are looking for a SUPPORT otherwise its a great looking Apple Store. I bought a brand new iPhone 2 year ago. Almost a year ago, I got my battery replaced right before running out of my warranty period from Biltmore Store. Since 6 months, phone has been crashing and driving me nuts. When the phone is fully charged it doesn’t causes any issues however with lower battery power it does. I went to seek some help and if they can diagnose. Instead of taking my phone even for 5 mins to deep dive in to what customer is talking about, they just said NO & we can’t fix or take a look at it. Being a software guy, I tried to explain in much more technical way but still they don’t care. I called the supervisor and he introduced very nicely however the first level associate and they both were WHISPERING about something and ended up telling me the same thing. I decided to stay back to see if the full charge will start the phone. Another person comes and offers me a new phone at super discounted rate @ 269 USD and in return I give my phone to them. I thought fishy about the whole thing, went home and googled a little bit and found a WAY to restore the IPHONE without starting it using ITUNES ONLY. Now my phone is back to normal and like new. I was expecting a descent level of diagnosis from them, however its just a another retailer shop where they try sell you things instead of helping fixing it. AVOID GOING FOR FIXING ANY ISSUES with your Apple Devices at this store. Biltmore is way better than these guys when it comes to repairs. - First level associate who was rude was - ZACH - His supervisor who was nice but didn’t helped either was - JOSH - Technical guy who showed up who said this PHONE IS DEAD DEAD and LOGIC BOARD IS FUSED was - Hector (I am not sure from where he has taken his degree to fix Phones) I am also going to drop an email to HQ of Apple about this store experience so corrective actions are taken (if they take such reviews seriously).

Wow. So much technology in one room. Felt like a separate community. Great vibes!

Alexander Kogl

Apple store waa amazing. Thought it was the exit at first because its surrounded by massive glass panels AND glass door for an entrance.

John Brandt

I know of Apple Stores being leaders in customer service. Although this place is above average for the area and those surrounding. It still was missing that that welcoming vibe. The relatability wasn’t there for the first time I felt like I was in a store buying a product. Without that unique experience I think ordering online will suit me just fine next time. I will say my product works great.

Gamer Mire

Mobility and disability hostile. Fine if you’re in a wheelchair as they have an elevator, use the side door entrance on the far side of the building about 3000 feet from handicap parking. Folks inside are nice, if you can hear over the din as it sounds like a high school cafeteria inside.

I just needed one battery replacement and they made me wait 9 hours, and drive back and forth 6 times. I called first and they said we do not have any available appointments, so you need to walk in. When I walked in they said go and come back in 4 hours. When I went back, they said wait 2 hours. Then they told me to go and come back tomorrow. When I went back tomorrow, they made me wait 3 hours. It is better to be upfront with your customers about the wait times.

Perscilla Bmartinez

Had an appointment at 7:25 didn’t get help till 7:55 then said it would be ready at 8:30 we didn’t get it till 9:22 smh time management really needs improvement

OSCAR

Appointment for genius bar awful wait time even with an appointment. Oh, and I arrived at 5:30pm and they refused to check me in because my appointment was not until 5:50pm. The worst customer service ever. One last thing: There were a lot of employees just walking around doing nothing- I had to hunt one down to request assistance.

Jackie Aispuro

I First One Of The Employees Didn't Believe Me That My Phone Didn't Work So He Did NOT Want To HELP Me Went The Next Day & Got Very Wonderful Experience The Guy That Helped Us Found The Problem & Ordered Me A New Phone I Recommend This Place

David McDonald

New place. Moved from Biltmore Fashion to Scottsdale Fashion. Well done

Nik Beezy

Android gang let's go baby. Airpods are nice tho.

Down right disgusting experience. STAY AWAY!!! Went in for a battery replacement for an iPhone. Proceeded to give my phone to the rep and they told us to come back in an hour and 15 minutes since they were a bit busy. No worries I thought, we can just wander around the mall. We show up to get our phones but, but my Touch ID isn't working. No worries, I'll just speak to them again and try and figure this out. This ended up being a SIX hour ordeal only for them to have to replace my ENTIRE phone with a new one (same as before, mind you), and have me use that. Obviously, at this point, I was pretty angry. I asked if I could get any sort of compensation since this over 6 hours longer than it should have. Flat out told no. Told that they even went above and beyond for even replacing my phone in the first place. Excuse me, WHAT!? Your own technician BROKE the thing. At a MINIMUM, I would have expected the phone to be replaced if the phone wasn't working how I get it. Ended up calling Apple Support (1-800 Phone #) and spoke with a senior support tech there who was absolutely AWESOME. Helped me out a ton. He called the store on my behalf and explained what was going on to see if we could get anything sorted out. Originally, he was told flat out no, just like I was. He requested to speak to a senior manager within the store, who finally agreed that I could get a refund for the battery replace (30$), but that would be it. He relays all of this to me, and agree that is fair. We both agree to a refund and a few hours later I head into the store. I speak with a genius bar rep there who I have to basically force him to talk me and explain what is going on. He tells me there's nothing they can do. I explain I've already got a case # for the situation and that this has been handled. He asks for the case # and asks me to take a seat. I wait for a bit (not too long, honestly) and someone comes out to help me. They tell me the EXACT same thing, to which I start to get incredibly frustrated with. I give her the same information, including case # and she mentions she will be right back after checking with her manager. She checks and comes back and tells me that they will go ahead and do the refund, but this would be a one time only deal and that I "was lucky to even get this in the first." This is astounding. One of the wealthiest companies on the planet cannot afford to properly take care of their customers for their own screw ups. In the end, I was finally given my money back, or so it looked. I am waiting for it process, but that will take a few days. This entire experience has been a complete nightmare.

Fred Moreno

My wife came to buy a phone and the experience was good. The girl helping us wanted make sure we were buying what we really wanted without having to push the most expensive device on us.

Dave 15017

this was my first and last time ever shopping for an Apple product first because all the employees discriminate you based on race later they do not give you viable options and take extremely long to attend you I would not recommend anyone to attend to this Apple Store. In addition ever since steve jobs passed away apple lost the magic everyone felt with their products i am dissapointed with this company

Tony Vicory

HORRIBLE WAIT TIMES

Michael Braden

Beautiful store - but I'm happy w Google

Toni Tom

Friendly sales staff and clean store. The store can get fairly crowded around the weekends.

Bill Terrance

The store is loud obnoxious and frustrating. Huge wait times. Luckily, usually they can assist with Apple product issues...unfortunately they are the only choice for a number of issues.

Janet Baker

I have been an iPad user for ten years. Finally needed to upgrade to a new one to handle iOS11. What a nightmare. Been to this store four times in one week and the new one is STILL not working. These "geniuses" are idiots. They just try stuff and then hand it back to you to get you to go away. Having an appointment is no help, you still have to wait while watching employees just stand around doing nothing. I will no longer be using Apple products. Hope there is a special circle of Hell for people at the Apple Store and Company.

Tiny Panda

Very nice apple store, the staff is friendly and help you right away.

carl winters

The service was great at this location and the newest products are always available here.

Landon Affo

Awesome store! Very nice layout and product display.

Bobby Van

This store is amazing and the staff are incredibly helpful!! One salesperson in particular was extremely helpful. His name is Geoff. I had some MAJOR problems with my 27" iMac, and he took care of everything for me, and I couldn't be more grateful. The customer service is modeled after that of the Ritz...Apple takes care of their customers!! I have been and will remain a loyal Apple customer!

John Parks

After 2 calls to Apple Care and visiting a different store to swap a dysfunctional iPad, I walked in and was told it would be 25-30 minutes before someone could help me. 1 hour later, the tech met with me, only to tell me they didn't have my iPad model in stock. Considering my iPad is on my apple account, which they used to schedule my appointment, it seems like they could've told me they couldn't help me in the very beginning, saving my time and their's.

Stephanie Swann

Apple NEEDS to include and update a new feature with AirPods called “Lost Mode” to help us locate them when lost. I just purchased my eighth pair last week. (already missing) I will never purchase these again - it’s waisting money without the lost feature.

Liz Esquibel

Made appointment online with a rep. and when I got there they had never actually done the appointment, had to wait 45 minutes!

Mihir Parmar

Awesome store. Helpful staff.

Brianna Colwell

Excellent customer service! I had an appointment and they got to me pretty fast even though they were super busy. I came in for a battery repair and ended up getting a replacement phone. One employee stayed with me all the way until 7 even though they close at 6 to help me set up my new phone and restore all of my data on it. He was very polite and answered all of my questions

Sean Coons

Finally a location in downtown Scottsdale. This store is a long time coming.

Angie Zapata

I had and appointment and the Genius Bar fixed my problem in seconds. They where very friendly and inoformative. There was a nice gentilman whom answered all of my questions at the front. Very nice people.

Scott Pickering

The store is very clean and the staff is VERY friendly. Even though we weren't in the market to buy a new Apple product the day we visited, it didn't seem like the staff cared, they just wanted to show us all the cool gadgets Apple offers. You're free to move around the store at your leisure and play with the cool stuff.

Laura Culotta

I was a spectator for my boyfriend at the at Arizona’s sponsorship of the Rock N Roll Marathon 1/2019, #rnrarizona. And while taking pictures I fell and severely damaged my iPhone. I also suffered injuries but not as severe as my IPhone. I brought the iPhone in late on Sunday night after recovering from the race. They were so pleasant and sympathic to our story and to the fact that we were leaving Arizona the following morning. They thoroughly inspected it, gave me the Apple Care price and other possible costs if more was found during the repair. Thank You Apple in Scottsdale for all you do!

J Taylor

Their appointments are usually booked up or you have to wait at least a Few days; if you have a job, forget about it. I’ve been waiting three weeks to try and get my phone fixed and the only time that I have available, i try to come in as a walk in and they say they can’t. Definitely going back to android. What’s the point of having a luxury item if nobody can help you with it?

Hayley

Had a great experience at the Apple Store at Fashion Square today! Greg, manager/supervisor, provided me with amazing customer service! Went above and beyond my expectations. Very happy I got to work with him today. Thank you Greg and thank you Apple for hiring great people!

Benjamin

Horrible service and horrible store miss biltmore Apple store

Elizabeth Rodarte

Loved it. They were all so helpful.

Vince diaz

The service here starting as you come in was bad! No chairs to sit on and I was told there was a one hour and forty five minutes to two hours and a half. I was told to leave and come back when I’m paged. The technician are under staffed but the work hard to assist. Over all I won’t be back. Fk you all!

kyla russell

I came in expecting to pay 150$ for my phone repair, ended up paying 0$ and walked out with a new phone. The manager is a angel it was on the house. I’m so very grateful just don’t know the half. All the staff is very nice as well you build a relationship with the works in a short amount of time. Pretty amazing

Stan Mwendar

I greeted immediately upon entry with a friendly smile and asked to wait for a couple minutes for my online order item to be brought out. My order came out promptly despite the store being quite busy and I was out in 10 minutes total. Great job!

Wenxing Liu

Worst experience ever. I am NOT going to buy any products from Apple from this moment on. It was hard to find a parking in front of the building, and we were late for a few minutes, and it took us a few more minutes to finally find someone who had a second to talk to us, then we were told our reservation was cancelled because we were late (for 10min), but they can “generously” put us back in the queue, but we won’t be this “lucky” next time”— yes, that’s the exact word the lady used. We dropped my iPhone X for repair, since the Face ID stopped working. We were told to come back at 3pm, but then they kept us waiting for an hour and could not update us the status of the repair. Finally one guy came back with my phone and told me they were not able to repair it. And they were not able to find out what the issue was. They offered two options: 1. Take my phone back as it is. 2. Swap for a new phone, where what “swap” really means is paying for a new one. What kind options is that??? This Face ID issue is a known product defect among Apple consumers, but the company refused to comment on it. Oh yes of course, how could Tim Cook sell a mediocre phone at this price without claiming “advanced technology” Face ID? No wonder your stock price plumped.

Eleanor Hilsabeck

The condescending worker (not named) was rude after i asked about cases. He told me i should call the iphone X the ten. Which wouldn’t bother me usually but i didn’t like that he kept going on and on about how i was mispronounceing their phones. BAD EXPERIENCE; GREAT PRODUCTS

Xinyu Xiong

We dropped by on Saturday around 8:40, and we picked up an AirPod from shelf, there is a group of apple staff standing step away chatting and hanging out but no one came to us to just process the payment. We were waiting for even 10mins until a man saw we drop the AirPod on the desk. PLEASE IMPROVE THE SERVICE QUALITY.

T Sizzle

These guys took 3 hours to fix my phone to tell me that the adhesive holding the original battery on was not apple and they would not replace the battery, plus cracked my screen. Guess what apple I bought my phone from you guys and have never taken it anywhere to be repaired and it has never been opened besides you.

Sandra Kristal

Great customer service!

Yancy Evans

Great customer service, and a solid selection of Apple products which are usually in stock (you can check ahead). The one drawback is this store can get quite busy, but staff generally does a good job of managing customers on the sales floor... The Genius Bar area is another matter, and wait times can be long so schedule your appointment in advance.

Aulinha Wailani

Really helpful staff and well organized team for the Genius Bar section.

Catherine C

Avoid this store and stick with phone or online service, as they've illustrated customer service far better than the Scottsdale Fashion Square branch. My husband went here for his 1:30 appointment on Tuesday to get his malfunctioned phone replaced, as was his right under the 1-year warranty. We get helped by a young woman who was saccharine sweet, albeit not helpful and, as we found out, overly dramatic. First, when we explained the phone was dead and after she ran the diagnostics to confirm as much, she actually asked, "have you tried charging it for a full 24 hours? That could fix the problem." Seriously?... nobody should have to charge a phone for 24 hours, that's ridiculous. We politely expressed as much. My husband then asked about why there were issues with processing the exchange and what options were available to provide him a device in the interim. She then stated in the middle of the conversation, "I'm transferring you to another technician because I don't like the way you're speaking to me." Both of us were kinda shocked: my husband never raised his voice, or made derogatory comments of any kind. Did he express frustration that he couldn't be issued a new phone or a loaner phone within the store itself? Yes. Was he trying to get clarification about the typical protocols of exchanges? Yes. But aside from that, nothing warranted her hyperbolic and inappropriate reaction to the conversation. To be honest, it felt borderline racist that she could construe this mild conversation with a tall Indian man as remotely threatening. We then spoke with another representative who was kinder (and we were as well), I asked for our previous technician's name. He said, "I'm sorry, I can't give that information." I'd buy this, except he then introduced himself by his own name: this info isn't generally on lockdown. From there on out, we felt like we were in a Truman show where we weren't sure who was actually being genuinely nice and who was only begrudgingly going through the motions. Another reviewer called the employees Stepford-like and this is an apt description. We're huge Apple customers but I doubt we'll be going back here again.

Matthew O'Brien

A cool store but not the best Apple store if you are looking for the ultimate Apple store experience.

Lisa Brown

Apple does well at making ppl feel like they can sit down an charge up if needed...love it!
