We have visited this store 3 times in the last 2 years. We live in Show Low, AZ, so we usually have a specific reason for the visit. On all occasions we have had friendly, speedy customer service. Easily our favorite Apple Store. Will be visiting 4/25 to purchase the iWatch!

My old MacBook Pro suddenly stopped working and I went straight to Apple to get it looked at. It had been so long since I've needed any service done to my computer that I didn't realize I needed to set an appointment. Everyone there was sooo helpful and welcoming! They were able to figure out that my hard drive was DOA and I left it for replacement. They estimated that it would get taken care of in the next couple of days but I got a phone call later that day saying the hard drive had been replaced and was ready for pickup! This was so much faster a turnaround than I was expecting and their customer service was excellent

I've been to this apple store many times because it is close to my home and I used to be a Manager for an AT&T store nearby. Seems as though they give good customer service when you go in to purchase a product here but come in for service and the customer service level is non-exsistant. The average employee in this store is probably 22 years old and has more tattoos than customer service experience. and that includes the managers who don't care at all about customers concerns. While i generally love Apple products I just cringe now every time I purchase any Apple products knowing that I'll need to deal with these people if something goes wrong and as much as I love Apple it seems that their products are becoming far lower quality than they used to be. The arrogance of the company and employees is rising as fast as the price of their products now though.

I don't know why I let people talk me into an iPhone. I read all the poor views about this store but I can't find any with good reviews. The one with good reviews says there is no such phone number. So I had to resort to this store. I called to try to make an appointment and was on hold for 20 minutes. I don't have time for this stuff. In my opinion Apple has The worst service and the most convoluted way to find out anything of any product I have ever owned.

This place is pathetic. They send you to the not so genius bar to wait. After10 min someone approaches only to tell you someone will be helping shortly. You wait another 20 minutes and l the while watch other employees standing around chatting with each other. We had to leave and couldn't take it any more. Place is a joke for customer service

staff not helping, i was three times for battery problems they changed ones only 2nd time i.e. same problem & third time they've refused to replace & said throughout your phone and buying new.

The customer service was terrible! I registered to get a new phone and waited and my time passed while they continued to help people who were just walking in! San tan at least has their game together! Don’t recommend this location

Service can be better. It took more than 30 mins for them to talk to me and that too only after a follow up, even though I have an appointment. The whole purpose of appointment is defeated. Lot of room for improvement on receiving clients on time.

They do get the work done but at what cost You have an appointment set for a very specific time for a very specific reason that is all documented before you go And gone over. Then when you get there and check in still have to wait forever And then they ask what's the problem And try to figure it out. Then tell you to go wait over an hour while they figure it out Awful. A lot of people complain that there is a long wait here . . . make an appointment with the Genius bar before you go to the store. It's very easy to do on the Apple Store app or online. If you just walk in with an issue you will have to wait for a while. This Apple Store is awesome. Only complaint is it's hard to find a close parking spot!

Wife had a broken screen, had purchased Apple Care+. Apple's website states they have carry-in service for accidental damage (doesn't mention you need an appointment at the Genius Bar (which I question who those Genius are). She gets to the San Tan Store and was told, WE ARE TO BUSY TO HELP YOU (Wednesday afternoon), gave her an appointment for Friday - 2 days later to visit the Genius Bar. WASTED TRIP AND NOW HAS TO RETURN TO OBTAIN SERVICE... I WOULD NOT call that service after the sale... Never again will I buy an APPLE product. ANYTHING MORE THAN 1 STAR ON THE REVIEWS, THAT IS MANAGEMENT WRITING THEM, INSIST OF MANAGING THE STORE.

I was going to hold off on giving a review and see if my issue has been resolved and to give my opinion on my overall experience. I am not happy. My iPhone8 Plus had and STILL HAS battery issues. It drains soooooo much faster than a couple of months ago and takes about 3-4 hours to fully charge. Called support on the phone and they scheduled me a service appointment at this Apple Store in Gilbert. On the day of, the store was completely packed. It was so chaotic, and though I was on time for my scheduled appointment, no one was ready to assist. They make you sit on a table and I waited for almost 45 mins. I was just twiddling my thumbs. They were understaffed. Come on Apple, we pay you so much money for your products but you can't afford to hire enough staff?? Finally, someone came to assist me. I shared my frustration with my iPhone 8 Plus and explained that I never had issues with my previous iPhone 6s Plus. The only reason I upgraded was because I need more memory on my phone and why not an upgrade at the same time (there i was thinking that an upgrade with apple is better. not always the case). Anyway, then the guy immediately explained that it's my phone's backed up files that causing these issues, and that the only solution would be to wipe my phone clean. I was like what?? I asked him why backup files would be an issue. Isn't that why we pay extra for the iCloud to backup our files so that we'd have safe access to all our documents and apps for long term use? So are you saying that Apple's service and products lack in performance and reliability?? It's honestly ridiculous. I was opposed to this since I also use my phone for business. The apple guy did not even check the phone, run any diagnostics, nor looked into other resolution.. He was adamant that that was the reason and insisted I wipe my phone clean along with all my messages and all my important business notes. I was like whatever, I'll give it a try. Sigh. I went home, yet lo and behold, after a couple of days of observation, I still have the same issue. Battery drains fast (about 20% an hour) and takes 3-4 hours to fully charge. Now, on top of that, I've lost my work notes. Thanks Apple for skimping on your service support and for hiring incompetent staff. SMH! Guess what's happening? I'm calling them again to report my issue...and go through this loop once again. So yup, they can't expect a good review from me today.

SOOOOO FREAKING DONE WITH APPLE!!! I can't stand how Apple is claiming that their iphones are waterproof up to 3 meters for 30 minutes when they absolutely are not. I have had 2 iphone x's and they have both been exposed to water for less than 30 seconds at a depth of no more than 1 ft and they have both failed immediately after being exposed to water. EVERY APPLE DEVICE FAILS THE WATERPROOF OR WATER RESISTANT TEST. I am going to buy android from now on. I will never buy Apple again.

I came to this store with a small display issue. After lettin then open it the decided they wouldn’t fix it. The returned my phone I worse condition. I got my phone back with a none working home button. They have refused to work with me to fix what they broke. Abosoulutly would not recommend that anyone attend the store for repairs or services.

When I arrived at Apple they were awfully busy, which is typical for a night at Apple. Tonight stood out to me because I was coming in to buy a MacBook and someone helped me right away. They asked me if I needed help with something and I said yes I was trying to figure out the differences between two macs. They called a specialist over named Kelly. She was amazing. She blew me away with her outstanding costumer service. She got the time to know me and put all her focus and attention on me. She helped me figure out the best computer for myself. Because of Kelly, I am definitely going to be back to buy more of Apple products. Thank you so much again Kelly for being absolutely amazing.

Do not take your phone here for warranty issues. They decided they didn't want to replace an Iphone 8 that was purchased through Verizon and not them. To accomplish this agenda they listed the phone as having physical damage and non Apple glue inside of the phone. This was after they said that the phone did not appear to have been opened, damaged, dropped, exposed to water, or any other signs of damage. They bullied us into purchasing a new phone outside of the warranty and took the original device. So the original device (that is financed through Verizon - still has to be paid for) is in Apple's possession and we paid $400 for a "brand new" one! No paperwork or box included? This is a SCAM to get you to buy phones through them and not through your cellular carrier. They cannot give me the phone they took back because it was sent to California - probably to be resent to a Carrier as "NEW" so they can repeat this process. Before you let APPLE take your phone - check with your carrier to see if they can do something different!! APPLE will rip you off every chance they get. I do not know why it only says "google user" I didnt hide my name!

Have gone into this store several times - was recd by uninterested staff - no support at any time I admit I am not tech savy - a little help would have been nice - this time a young lady actually took the time to explain and help me with my problem - I though apple was all about helping - that’s why we pay extra for the product in the first place - brick and mortar don’t help when the staff is just rude - not our problem attitude

I bought an Apple Watch from Best Buy and it didn’t work right from the moment I got it. The heart rate monitor is faulty. Apps open randomly and won’t close. Notifications rarely work. I took it to the Apple store to get fixed and now Apple is trying to charge me $229 plus tax (the cost of the watch) to fix faulty hardware because there is a microscopic scratch on the screen. Outrageous. Apple has absolutely dreadful customer service. I will never buy an Apple product again as long as I live.

Was in a great mood despite my crappy slow iPhone 6 battery issues before I .. walked into this store and patiently looked around while waiting for the associate to finish with the person in front of me. When he was done, he asked how I was and I replied “Great! How does this work (I phone x) without a home button?” Then, a couple walked through the door and He abruptly said “hold on” and started helping them instead. I continued to look around hoping someone else would help me, but even the other employees also ignored my presence and acted like I was a homeless bum off the street, so I left Feeling shuned. Probably gonna cost me $800 to get my good mood back. Shame because I would’ve spent it there.

They have a tendency to talk over your head just to show you that you are ignorant when it comes to there equipment (iPhone, iPad or any other i thing). Honestly, this store is never pleasant to go in because the crowd volume is so high almost always. Today was the 3rd time I've been here for the same reason, a phone (for the Mrs). They said around 20 minutes and we happily agreed. An hour and 10 min later we finally we attended to. This was only a problem because I had my baby with me and that's never a friendly time period to wait. (This happened last year as well. ) With that said. The staff was friendly and smiling always. They were knowledgeable and once I was seen from start to finish was about 25 minutes. It was nice to get it done. Good clean store.

I highly recommend going to a different Apple Store. The Genious Bar manager and Genius Bar employee that spoke to me were very short with me and basically called me a liar, and that I should go to Best Buy or AT&T to resolve my issue. I have been working with three parties since September 29th to get the issue resolved, and each party said Apple could resolve my issue. Regardless, problem currently still open.

I can only say that these guys were wonderful, polite, professional, and fun to deal with. Customer service seems to be a thing of the past.......not at this store. Made an appointment to get a new battery installed only to find that they don't keep batteries in stock, so I need to go another time?? What's the point of an appointment? They also admit that a new battery will do nothing to fix the recent software update that intentionally slowed older model iPhones. Big scam!

Although always busy and you have an appointment, be prepared to have a seat and wait. Everyone is always nice and do their best to help resolve any problem with you. Once you have someone working with you, the time goes quickly to resolve the problem that you cane in with.

Great store, experience varies with each visit. I think it just depends on how busy the store is and who's working that day. I've bought my iPhone, MacBook air, and airpods all from this store. When I got my newer iPhone an employee was helping me within minutes and assisted in selecting the best phone for my needs. When I went in for my laptop it was a bit busier, I knew exactly what I wanted, but couldn't get with an employee for about 30 minutes

I walked in to inquire about the iPhone battery issue a couple weekends ago with my family, and I was very kind to the greeter lady,, and the responses I got back were very rude. Such as "this is your first lesson in life, everything you hear on the news isn't true." Then I'm sorry why is Apple being taken to court over the slowed down battery issue? And who are you to tell me lessons of life..? She was very elderly and very condescending to us. We've been in the store several times ever since, and I haven't gotten to see her again. But if she does, she needs to learn a lesson in customer service.

03/31/2019 Truly professional in every way. My first visit was a failure but not on their part. I will reschedule another visit to revive and get my I Mac into recovery. Destroyed my iPhone 6 in the process of replacing the battery March 11, 2018. Dropped off phone for a scheduled battery replacement. Upon picking it up, I noticed a pink 1" discoloration across the top of the screen. The screen got damaged while replacing the battery. iPhone got returned for a screen replacement. While picking it up AFTER screen replacement, I noticed that the entire phone is bent, and the new screen is not flush with the bezel. Apple seems to be losing it's shine. AVOID this outlet at all cost, if your investment is important to you.

I highly recommend going to a different Apple Store. The Genious Bar manager and Genius Bar employee that spoke to me were very short with me and basically called me a liar, and that I should go to Best Buy or AT&T to resolve my issue. I have been working with three parties since September 29th to get the issue resolved, and each party said Apple could resolve my issue. Regardless, problem currently still open.

I walked in to inquire about the iPhone battery issue a couple weekends ago with my family, and I was very kind to the greeter lady,, and the responses I got back were very rude. Such as "this is your first lesson in life, everything you hear on the news isn't true." Then I'm sorry why is Apple being taken to court over the slowed down battery issue? And who are you to tell me lessons of life..? She was very elderly and very condescending to us. We've been in the store several times ever since, and I haven't gotten to see her again. But if she does, she needs to learn a lesson in customer service.

Destroyed my iPhone 6 in the process of replacing the battery March 11, 2018. Dropped off phone for a scheduled battery replacement. Upon picking it up, I noticed a pink 1" discoloration across the top of the screen. The screen got damaged while replacing the battery. iPhone got returned for a screen replacement. While picking it up AFTER screen replacement, I noticed that the entire phone is bent, and the new screen is not flush with the bezel. Apple seems to be losing it's shine. AVOID this outlet at all cost, if your investment is important to you.

I was two hours late to my appointment because I had the wrong time written down. The check-in clerk was completely understanding and I had my 9 month old daughter with me, and he got me in the queue right away. We went into the store to get a new phone with the Sprint promotion. I showed the employee at Apple the promotional email and what it said on Apple's website. No one there had a clue what we were talking about and sent us to Sprint. Sprint said the promotion was honorable but it said to go to Apple. We ended up calling Apple Corporate to help us out and they lead us through the process and got the IPhone 7 128gbs for $199. Thank you so much Maxwell for assisting us.

I have been a huge Apple fan and owner of Apple products for years. Today I had the misfortune of breaking the glass on my Apple Watch. When I came in the store there was NO ONE available to help me immediately and was told it would be over three hours before someone could assist me for my problem with the Genius Bar. It is interesting that there was someone available to help should I want to buy another watch or Apple product. I left the store frustrated and tried to make an appointment for next week. The schedule for the Genius Bar is available only one week out. I am going out of town so will now have to wait until the Genius Bar schedule opens up more for the next week. The products sold are only as good as their service. To say I am frustrated is an understatement!

Our Apple Watch fell apart after 18 months without being dropped or abused. I took it into the store to simply drop it off leave my telephone number and of course pay for it when it was completely repaired. They told me that in order to have this three minute long conversation I would have to wait two hours. This is poor leadership and management. Let alone The fact that something is expensive and hypothetically of the quality of Apple should last more than 18 months in my opinion. I have a Movado that's lasted 30 years it didn't cost anywhere near as much as an apple.

I have to give this branch 3 stars bec out of the 5 times I visited, 2 people behaved unethically. The 1st time was about a year ago. I told the sales guy I was a student and needed a computer I can take to class, take notes, etc. He made a recommendation and I bought a MacBook Pro. Several days later I changed my mind and decided I wanted to upgrade to a bigger screen and a touch bar. The 2nd gentleman was older and was much nicer and accommodating. He asked me what I needed it for and I told him I was a student. He then told me I could get $150.00 off for being a student which I told him the 1st guy did not mention at all! I was shocked! I was grateful for the 2nd man for doing his job. The 1st employee, however, was completely UNETHICAL! This time I came in several days ago for a repair. The letter "x" was not responding half of the time. The young man (Santiago) was not only very professional but was very understanding. After doing a few tests, he told me it needed to be sent out for repair. I also told him the touch bar has frozen up on me a few times but not a big deal. Before I agreed, I told him that my MacBook went straight from the Apple store to a complete cover including a screen cover and a keyboard cover so there is no scratch, scuff mark, or dent on my laptop. I told him it was important to me that it come back the same way. The next day I came back (my 4th visit) and purchased an iPad Pro along with an Apple pencil and a keyboard folio. Everyone was helpful and pleasant, and I did get my educational discount of $50. What upsets me is this. I came back today to pick up my laptop. When the woman came to drop off my computer, the first thing she did was hand me an iPad to sign without giving me my laptop to inspect it and see if the problem was solved. I asked if I could see it first and she literally pulled it towards her and said, "You'll get it. I've been doing this for a long time." I signed it but I did not hit enter. As I'm inspecting my computer, she walks off and tells me have a nice day, clearly she hit enter for me, and doesn't wait to see if my computer now works. Here's the kicker. My "x" key works but the scroll bar freezes more so than ever. So, I'm thinking "refurbished parts and not new." But I am not taking it back. Here's why. It is highly UNETHICAL to ask customers to sign that you've picked up your computer without allowing them to see the condition of your computer, which is what that woman made me do.

I just want to say how disappointed i am with the customer service at apple. I purchased my iphone September 4th and a back up battery case to go with it and of course other accessories. My back up battery case is already having issues with the charging port so i came in to see an apple rep and they set me up an appointment for the genuis bar lady said 15-20min wait. 30min latter i got a text to go to the genius bar that they were almost ready for me after sitting another 40min after checking in at the bar i kept seeing new ppl come sit at the bar and getting helped before me i finally chimmed in to a rep and sai “hey i have been paged up to your genuis bar for help and said u were ready for me yet no one has helped me. He said im sorry i noticed you were next in que and now two people are ahead of you it can happen to br as fair as possible the computer system can arrange people in the best order”. Its now been another 20min im still waiting lets just say absolutely disappointed been a loyal apple customer for over 12year. Maybe its time for my whole family to switch

After having a not so kind interaction at a Verizon corporate store, I came into this Apple location because my iPhone XS wouldn’t turn on. I walked in and was greeted by 2 employees (I wish I asked for their names) who were so nice and made me feel important and that my issue was important. I had a prior engagement set in an hour and need my phone for work and a small business I own, so instead of having me wait for an appointment, they asked one of the technicians to take a look at my phone right away. The technician was Emily, and she got my phone working in less than five minutes. It was a super easy reboot that Verizon missed. I feel like so often people take the time to review when they have negative experiences, but I just wanted to take a moment to praise the employees for their kindness and ability to problem solve. These are the people that will motivate me to continue being an Apple customer. They recognized I was having a bad day, and went above and beyond to turn my day around. Thank you so much to Emily, the man at the front who booked my appointment and made sure I felt important and taken care of, and the other blonde woman who exuded kindness toward me.

I noticed a lot of negative reviews for this store so I decided to write about my experiences at this store today. First I made the recommended appointments to have 3 of our Apple iPhone's batteries replaced. The first appt. was at 11:10 and noting that the store opened at 11:00, got there a little later than I wanted at 11:02. The store was packed. It must have opened earlier than 11:00. The store was the definition of a bee hive, with green shirted Apple employees buzzing around. It took about 10 min. before one of the worker bee's was freed up to ask me what I needed and I explained that I had appt. for the battery replacements. He promptly logged me in, sat me at a table and we began to talk the battery symptoms and weather the phones were backed up. The hardest part was getting the original logins and passwords correct. Slogging through it, the Apple employee got the phones back to the repair bench and came back with a repair time of about 1 1/4 hours. I went had lunch, came back, the 1st two phones were done and by the time those two were checked out and paid for, the 3rd was done. All three were still in excellent shape with no discernible damage. My only observations are that you must have an appointment if it is a repair and it is probably going to take longer than you think, otherwise the employees are knowledgable, thorough and trying their best in hectic circumstances.

158 reviews with only 3 stars...yup, pretty much. I walked in with a smile and within 45 seconds I felt guilty for “annoying” the Apple people. Soooo sorry to ask you a question about an issue I’m having with my Apple Watch. Long story short, don’t waste your time buying a product here. Buy it at WalMart, Costco or Amazon...you’ll have a much better customer experience. Sad that WalMart has nicer people than the Apple store. I’ll end with an exact quote, Me: “Wow 45 minutes to speak with someone about my watch?” Them: “You should be grateful, it was an hour and a half.” Yeah, I’m grateful that I get to wait 45 minutes, thank you so much for pointing out that your store is so inefficient that you actually make customers wait 1.5 hours.

My phone is less than 2 yrs old. They took it out of sight to replace battery. Never replaced battery after waiting more than 90min. Came back to pick up phone and they said water was in the phone. I think they put water in it. It was in a case the whole time. These people are shisters. Was so upset I called corporate. Turns out they won’t provide anything more than a “verbal acknowledgement” of store complaint and turn it over to the store to address. What a crock. This store has convinced me that Apple has now got questionable character and needs have a window for people to watch what is being done with their phones. It’s really sad to know Apple corporate doesn’t get involved with their stores. Guessing they are Franchise and don’t need to care.

He promptly logged me in, sat me at a table and we began to talk the battery symptoms and weather the phones were backed up. The hardest part was getting the original logins and passwords correct. Slogging through it, the Apple employee got the phones back to the repair bench and came back with a repair time of about 1 1/4 hours. I went had lunch, came back, the 1st two phones were done and by the time those two were checked out and paid for, the 3rd was done. All three were still in excellent shape with no discernible damage. My only observations are that you must have an appointment if it is a repair and it is probably going to take longer than you think, otherwise the employees are knowledgable, thorough and trying their best in hectic circumstances.

Soooo sorry to ask you a question about an issue I’m having with my Apple Watch. Long story short, don’t waste your time buying a product here. Buy it at WalMart, Costco or Amazon...you’ll have a much better customer experience. Sad that WalMart has nicer people than the Apple store. I’ll end with an exact quote, Me: “Wow 45 minutes to speak with someone about my watch?” Them: “You should be grateful, it was an hour and a half.” Yeah, I’m grateful that I get to wait 45 minutes, thank you so much for pointing out that your store is so inefficient that you actually make customers wait 1.5 hours.

My phone is less than 2 yrs old. They took it out of sight to replace battery. Never replaced battery after waiting more than 90min. Came back to pick up phone and they said water was in the phone. I think they put water in it. It was in a case the whole time. These people are shisters. Was so upset I called corporate. Turns out they won’t provide anything more than a “verbal acknowledgement” of store complaint and turn it over to the store to address. What a crock. This store has convinced me that Apple has now got questionable character and needs have a window for people to watch what is being done with their phones. As an executive at an ad agency, I am consistently exposed to both the good and the bad when it comes to the retail and hospitality industries. The ever present reality in which these spaces live is that expectations remain sky high and the willingness for patience can be incredibly low. When I came into the store for my scheduled repair, I was greeted by a young woman who was more than glad to help me with my situation. She listened to my concerns and set forth with a plan to help me. I had to return later that night with my laptop to do a data swap. I was greeted by Drew who put me at ease that everything would be done as soon as possible. I explained that the laptop in question was the primary source for my work as the head of digital for our agency. He kindly acknowledged the importance of the data transfer and reminded me he would do everything he could. A Short 15 hours later, my laptop transfer was complete and I could begin working again. I spoke with the manager on duty, Charlotte, about my experience, but thought it was worth while to tell you as well. In a world where so few people show passion for their chosen career path, the good people at the Apple store in Gilbert, Arizona really do care about the impact they have on their customers.

This may not be an Apple Flagship store, there aren't any in Arizona, but out of all the other locations in the state it truly puts the best foot forward. Be warned, this place is no secret and is busy from door opening til door closing! You will wait for service despite the fact there area always about 20 Apple employees working around, the volume of traffic is just so high it's hard to manage. Now, once you get served by a staff member, the Apple experience will start. These people are not just passingly knowledgeable about something in the store, almost every staffer I've worked with has always had knowledge about every product in the store in some way and never has a question about where it would be located. Technical Services, great at this location but...MAKE AN APPOINTMENT. The Genius Bar is great, but if you think you're just going to walk in for a chat with someone think again. In order to properly service as many customers as possible, walk-in spots are severely limited and they work mainly off an appointment system on their website. Once you sit down you can rest assured you will find some resolution to your problem, be it repair or replacement needed. All in all, one of the best Apple Locations I've ever been to and I make this my stop whenever one of my devices needs service.

I've been to the local Apple Store several times in the past few years. Owning a series of MacBook Pro laptops, iPads and children's cell phones (I believe they call them iPhones), there have been plenty of reasons to return to hipster central to see if the Genius Bar is an oxymoron or a place to drunk on coolness. For me, I find a quandary arises nearly every time I go there. Whether for purchase, repair or an appointment, it always feels like the "system" in place is way too overloaded. Too many people needing help for the resources available to serve them. But once you get beyond that, what remains are two things- the products and the people. As a technology expert, I've never given Apple a free pass that their products were inherently good or superior. Quite the opposite. I always looked for weaknesses, limitations and capacity restrictions. But I never found them. The products are well made, and beautifully designed. I come to rely on the MacBook Pro as if it cannot fail. And it keeps my trust. The iPad is another stroke of genius. Great design and using minimalist concepts achieves laudable function. Second, but more importantly, the people at the Apple Store have always been the representative of excellence that is compatible with the products. Take today. I walk into my genius bar appointment thinking my magnetic power connector is damaged and I will be paying for a new power board or even computer. Turns out a small staple had been sucked up into the magnetic pull of the dock and hidden itself been the edges of the port. This meant plugging in the power charge only rarely worked. My apple genius today, Bob , discovered this before I could finish lamenting my tale of computer problems. He smiled unpresumptuously, and asked if that fixed it. I plugged it in. Done ! Bob rocked it, handled it with grace and didn't embarrass the customer. Nicely done Bob! Thanks Apple. Good work!

My daughter's iPhone rear camera lens broke so I figured I'd come in to get it fixed. After waiting the estimated 20 minutes, I started looking around and noticed that there was one single tech at the genius bar while three others were walking around like zombies with ear pods in staring at their cellphone and couldn't be bothered, or showing each other their tablets laughing in the corner. I will be using a third party for repairs going forward, at least they act like they want my business. Edit: apparently they can't repair a small glued in piece of glass and tried to get me to buy a new phone. When I said I could buy the glass dust cover for less than 10 and fix it myself, they told me if I did that then they will no longer work on the phone in the future for any additional issues. Extortion at it's finest.

Highly recommend this Apple Store location. The staff are super friendly and want to make sure you have all your questions answered and are able to make informed decisions. They also strive to help you really quickly so you are not waiting around long. I recently took my laptop in for some repairs and the Genius Bar staff were awesome, and even though I had to send my laptop in to get fixed, they got it done 3 days sooner than originally told. I recommend scheduling appointments with the Genius Bar online in advance. Will be back!

When I get there the person started helping me was very nice, but all of the sudden they had some kind of problem in the back of the store and the guy just left, without finishing to address my issues. I had some issues with my phone about a week ago, and when I came in for it to be fixed, the employees were absolutely awesome. They explained every step, and even offered me a loaner phone since my phone had to be shipped out to be fixed and it would take a few days for it to be back. When I came back to pick it up, the employee (I wish I had his name to mention, but he had a dark beard and hair and white gauges, was very personable) was the greatest ever. I was notified that my phone was ready at about 7:30 and I got to the store at about 8:20. I work in the mall and had to be at work by 9, so I asked the employee about how long it would take and he made the process so fast and continually made sure everything was going smoothly. He really sensed that I was in a rush and accommodated me to the best of his abilities. Excellent customer service.

I’ve been to many Apple stores in the American Southwest and the majority of them have excellent service. Steve jobs always said that Apple was not another computer company and strived to be different with exceptional customer service. This store and it’s manager go completely the opposite of this philosophy by saying that Apple is just another product in a market competing with similar products and the manager had the audacity to drag my entire repair and exchange history out into the open and proceeded to argue with me and cut me off even though he claimed multiple times he wasn’t arguing with me. Apple Support had assured me beforehand that I would be able to exchange my phone under warranty replacement but the manager saw it more appropriate to argue with me instead of replacing the dang thing and at up to that point I had been waiting in line for 1.5 hours. He certainly took the “debate” up a notch by embarrassing me in front of other strangers there at the store with all my personal details; It felt like a complete violation of my privacy. This was simply the worst customer Service experience of my life! I vote this store to be the worst Apple store in the American Southwest!

I ordered my iPhone online at home and made an appointment to pick it up in store at 3pm. When I arrived at 3, I was told that there were at least 10 people ahead of me even though I had an appointment. At around 3:30pm someone finally approached me to give me my phone. She brought it out and then told me that I could start setting it up myself but that someone would be right by to help me. I set up the phone entirely by myself and wasn't assisted by anyone at the store. They were busy but there were at least 3-4 employees standing around, but still no one helped me set up the phone. Eventually I asked someone for a bag and left. Definitely would NOT recommend this store.

I made an appointment before I went over to the store. I walked in right on time (late for me. I like to be at least 5 mins early) but the associate was able to access my appointment info, asked me about my gadget problem and started working on finding a solution. They were fast, courteous, and although they couldn't fix the issue, they didn't pressure me into buying a new gadget to replace my broken one. I left, made a couple phone calls to get some answers to my questions from some other apple gadget users and was back at the store buying my new gadget within 30 mins. The second associate I spoke to was as courteous and friendly as the first and he walked me thru the process of prepping my old gadget for turn in. He offered to walk me thru the restore but I had to pick up my son so wasn't able to stay. He told me if I had any issues to please call in, chat online or being the gadget In anytime and he or one of the others would be happy to help with anything. So nice!!!

Went into store the other night. I was seen by 2 different associates who both agreed I should get a new phone and they would trade existing phone for $250. But I would need to take current phone home and back up info. Returned today and different associate said I could only get $50. Despite me having a written piece of paper out lining the prior agreement from other associates. The new sales person was rude abrasive and extremely arrogant. I expect better if buying an 850 dollar phone! Going to galaxy!

After 3 hours they couldn't get my new XS phone to do 2-factor authentication. Was about to leave Android but apparently since Steve Jobs died their products are garbage. Returned phone, watch, and accessories, for about $2,000. Apple-Never again

Everyone here is very nice and is really responsive when questions arise. I do feel that the wait times once they seat you at the Genius Bar is quite long at times, while they continue to tell you they will be right with you, but this is just a minor complaint.

Apple is suppose to stand behind their products... not! It never fails what time you go in for an issue, it's over crowded. The wait time is out of control for them to tell you that your product can't be fixed or replaced. Their warranty shows a different date than purchase which makes your product at risk for being out of warranty. Oh no!!!! You got the right one fooling with me and some over priced wireless beats that's not a year old!!! Oh we're going to make this right or no body merch getting fixed long as i'm in here!!!

Honestly my experience here was very disappointing. The week before Christmas I went into the store to see if I could replace my iPhone battery. The rep I spoke with set up an appointment for December 26th. I asked him what do I do if I can't make it? He said "just be responsible and show up". So the following week I show up five minutes before my 4:30 pm appointment. And I waited there till 4:55 pm without any sort of "sorry we are running behind". So I left and wasn't able to give them my business. So much for responsibility.

Everyone courteous and helpful. Mac hard drive failed but tech was able to transfer critical folders to my external (Time Machine) drive. Couldn't replace old (7 yr) hard drive but provided info on a local consultant who can. (If my son lived nearby, he could do it for me; he was a genius for 5 years in Madison, WI, and Austin, TX.)

We scheduled an appointment to change out our batteries on 2 of our kids phones. They told us they had to many and that we would have to leave the phones over night! What! Sometimes I just wish apple would get customer service right. I would hope that apple would comp the battery fee!

I had some issues with my phone about a week ago, and when I came in for it to be fixed, the employees were absolutely awesome. They explained every step, and even offered me a loaner phone since my phone had to be shipped out to be fixed and it would take a few days for it to be back. When I came back to pick it up, the employee (I wish I had his name to mention, but he had a dark beard and hair and white gauges, was very personable) was the greatest ever. I was notified that my phone was ready at about 7:30 and I got to the store at about 8:20. I work in the mall and had to be at work by 9, so I asked the employee about how long it would take and he made the process so fast and continually made sure everything was going smoothly. He really sensed that I was in a rush and accommodated me to the best of his abilities. Excellent customer service.

Stood and waited 50 minutes for her to tell me my phone couldn't be fixed and proceeded to try to upsell me a 1000 dollar phone after explaining my situation, said getting the iPhone six was a waste of my money, though that's all I can afford at the moment. Not ok! Should be trying to help everyone out not just those who can afford every new item you release.

I’ve been to many Apple stores in the American Southwest and the majority of them have excellent service. Steve jobs always said that Apple was not another computer company and strived to be different with exceptional customer service. This store and it’s manager go completely the opposite of this philosophy by saying that Apple is just another product in a market competing with similar products and the manager had the audacity to drag my entire repair and exchange history out into the open and proceeded to argue with me and cut me off even though he claimed multiple times he wasn’t arguing with me. Apple Support had assured me beforehand that I would be able to exchange my phone under warranty replacement but the manager saw it more appropriate to argue with me instead of replacing the dang thing and at up to that point I had been waiting in line for 1.5 hours. He certainly took the “debate” up a notch by embarrassing me in front of other strangers there at the store with all my personal details; It felt like a complete violation of my privacy. This was simply the worst customer Service experience of my life! I vote this store to be the worst Apple store in the American Southwest!

I ordered my iPhone online at home and made an appointment to pick it up in store at 3pm. When I arrived at 3, I was told that there were at least 10 people ahead of me even though I had an appointment. At around 3:30pm someone finally approached me to give me my phone. She brought it out and then told me that I could start setting it up myself but that someone would be right by to help me. I set up the phone entirely by myself and wasn't assisted by anyone at the store. They were busy but there were at least 3-4 employees standing around, but still no one helped me set up the phone. Eventually I asked someone for a bag and left. Definitely would NOT recommend this store.

I made an appointment before I went over to the store. I walked in right on time (late for me. I like to be at least 5 mins early) but the associate was able to access my appointment info, asked me about my gadget problem and started working on finding a solution. They were fast, courteous, and although they couldn't fix the issue, they didn't pressure me into buying a new gadget to replace my broken one. I left, made a couple phone calls to get some answers to my questions from some other apple gadget users and was back at the store buying my new gadget within 30 mins. The second associate I spoke to was as courteous and friendly as the first and he walked me thru the process of prepping my old gadget for turn in. He offered to walk me thru the restore but I had to pick up my son so wasn't able to stay. He told me if I had any issues to please call in, chat online or being the gadget In anytime and he or one of the others would be happy to help with anything. So nice!!!

Between calling, chatting, and visiting stores, it pretty clear that Apple doesn't really want to deal with the battery issue. They offer the replacement at a discount, but offering and doing are very different things. Today's example is, on the phone with someone at the Apple store being told they were out of batteries while simultaneously walking into the same store and being told they have 47 of them. Lol

You cannot get passed the wait time. It's pretty ridiculous, but on a good note once your in, your in!! They'll text you and email when they're ready for you. Bob took good care of me with my Mac. Hardrive crashed and it cost $189.95 to fix. Love Apple!!

I went into the Apple Store to buy Air Pods. It was five minutes to 10am(opens at 10am). As I walked in, the entire staff applauded and hollered! What a greeting!! Went in the other day to get a device of my repaired, The instant I walked in I was greeted with a very friendly hello and how are you today which definitely makes you feel welcome! The time went by kinda slow but so many items and stuff to look at while your waiting, the staff is super friendly! When it was finally my turn at the “genius table” Santiago was super friendly and as soon as we got done with my first problem another one arised and he had no problem waiting a little more to help me again! Definitely will be returning again

i Wasn’t happy with the service in there.. I had appointment set 1:30 somehow they find me rescheduled again they couldn’t find me in the store.. at this point I’ve been waiting one hour.. obviously they didn’t try to hard to look for me cause again the had rescheduled for a third, at this point I walked out.. I didn’t recommend coming to store.. poor costumer service!! And actually I’m considering switching over to Samsung!! I’ve only had bad luck with apple all the way around.. apple is overrated!!!
