"Geniuses" at this location provide a myriad of excuses to get rid of you. They like to blame the carrier exclusively, yet do not think about how their talk-offs do not make sense. While at the same time trying to upsell you on a new product. Why would a customer spend money on a new phone if it will have the same problems due to the carrier? Sorry, try again. I was not born yesterday. Oh, and let's have you sit on some junk (yoga balls and crates) while we feed you this information. Really money-grabby. Will not return to this store. (I know that last bit is not this location's fault, but still.)

I have been there many, many times to buy things or get help. They have an excellent Genius Bar where you can get twenty minutes free consultation anytime, for any reason, just by making a reservation online. They have helped me repair my computer, save data, learn the ins and outs of my computer, and it has always been a positive experience. I got my first Macintosh in 1986 and have been a devoted Apple user ever since. Thank god for Apple Stores. The one at Chandler Mall is excellent.

I was very unhappy with the service here. There seems to be no Rhyme or Reason for how you get assistance. I wanted to buy an Apple Watch, I was told to hover around the table and wait for someone to come over. I was in the store well over an hour and a half comma when finally getting assistance and asking all kinds of questions about the watch, only then was I told that there weren't even any in stock until November, 3 weeks away. the employee that was helping me wandered off to go help to other people in the middle of a sale to me. The service was terrible.

What other store does that when someone says "I'm here to BUY a very specific product"? None. Amended. On the way out of the the store the sale was saved by Debbie from Ottawa Illinois. She said “You look like you have questions”. She had not been told to come find me. Clearly no one had. She was just human-aware because SHE HAD HER HEAD UP AND NOT LOOKING AT HER SCREEN! Reviewed posted to Apple FB page, Yelp, Google Reviews. Get your act together Apple Employees. Be more like Debbie. Footnote. The “greeters” were not millennials. So don’t blame them. They were Gen Xers I would guess and I could tell they were not interested in helping because they didn’t ask my name and did not “TAP” anything into a device that would tell others I was waiting. Yeah. We know. We invented the friggin’ internet and you think we don’t noticed stuff? Good luck with that attitude.

Scheduled multiple appointments and had to wait over 30mins every single time. Some representatives are working so hard and some standing still even when there are 10s of customer sitting and waiting for their turn. Representatives are rude when you try to explain your issue. Would love to see this changed! I love Apple products but they always lacked customer service.

We came in to buy a new iPhone but we were forced to wait approximately 50 minutes just to get someone to ring us up. We already knew what we wanted but they made us wait anyways. The waiting feels artificial in my opinion. I think they just want to keep the store busy and full to convey popularity to people walking by. For that reason, I’m giving them 1 star. Apple should honestly be more efficient in ringing customers up. I recommend you make your purchase online and then come to the store to pick up or have the product shipped directly to you and skip all this nonsense.

Apple store for everything Apple related. Lower level of shopping center. Expect a wait, 1-3 hours, make an appointment online or phone before you go. And for gods sake remember your Apple ID password, look it up before you go into the store, and bring it with you.

Great layout and still some nice stores in this mall but it's a virtual ghost town if you visit during the day time. Hard to see this mall or any surviving long term with the minimal foot traffic and ability to generate revenue? Kind of sad to see but it's more than likely a look at the future with the online purchase growth and development. Malls need to find a way to stay relative and create a new buzz!

I'm against Apple and Apple products but when I went there to fix an issue my mom was having with her iPhone, they were extremely nice and professional. Unfortunately they couldn't help. It was an issue only customer care could resolve, so they had me call customer care and again they were extremely patient with me and they resolved the issue and answered many questions my mom had. Apple truly has great customer service.

Based on my experience at the Apple store in Tucson and the negative reviews here for Apple Chandler Fashion Mall, I expected to lose the majority of my day and leave with little faith in the human race. However, they got mine fixed very quickly with no issues. I found my rep extremely polite and helpful. The only problem was when I came to pick up the phone.. an older gentlemen asked me to come back five minutes before they said it would be ready instead of right now (which was 19 mins early). I asked him to please check anyway and it was, indeed, ready. Had I listened to him I would have wasted another 15 mins in vain. Also, when I dropped it off, I was told it would be about an hr and a half and they would text me for my apt. I got all the way to the other side of the mall and was then already being summoned via text. It was only about 12 mins instead of 1.5 hrs. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to go there again.

They’re selling point use to be that you paid a premium for the service they provided. That isn’t the case anymore. My wife’s iPhone 6 that I bought her 4 months ago and has been in an otterbox since day one is not under warranty because there is a “slight” bend in it. A bend they’re aware of as a design flaw and have since fixed. I get that they don’t want to take a huge financial hit due to their own mistake. But use this a way to show your customers that you do stand behind your product even when you mess up. That would give me confidence to support them. I will never give Apple another dollar. I hope you all do the same. Corporations treat their consumers this way because they can. It’s up to the consumers to stand for what is right.

Completely awful experience. You can walk in and see a tech within 5 minutes. We had ab appt but showed up 75 minutes early because we were in the area. Instead of seeing us right away I was told we had to wait the 75 minutes for our appt. Tried to call 10 times after we walked out to speak to a manager but no-one answers the phone. Sad

November 2017 I initially gave this store 3 stars, now it's two. The reason being is that they don't answer their phones. I was put on hold for over 30 min. Terrible service. August 2017 I notice that people who give low stars can't spell and their grammar is awful! In any case, I have visited this apple store several times and they have OK service. Like any store, when it's crowded, customer service lags and at times decreases in quality. This store needs to account for that by bringing in more employees to tend to customers in a timely manner or provide other ways of increasing the flow of customers through their store. Please do not pay attention to people who give low stars and have poor grammar and spelling, it's obvious they do not have the intelligence or emotional maturity to accurately rate them. I would NOT give this store one star. I have been to one star stores, this is not one of them.

went to the Apple Store today to get an issue with my phone resolved. I had been to 3 other stores (Best Buy, Verizon, and another Verizon) to get help as well as calling Verizon about the issue and they were no help. I went to the Apple Store and their employee Westin was nothing but helpful!!! He sat and went through every single option and when he came to the conclusion that it was a problem through Verizon he called and sat on the phone with Verizon until the problem was fixed!! Highly recommend this Store!

NIGHTMARE. Endless waiting. Holier-tha-thou employee attitudes. This store is clogged with clueless, non-techie customers asking stupid questions of self-righteous, sanctimonious, self-absorbed employees who would rather be somewhere else. The very fact that they have an area called Genius Bar should be a clue as to what they think of themselves. Avoid at all costs, unless you enjoy taking three hours out of your life to buy a freaking phone.

I have not visited an apple store for repairs since I had the 3G iPhone. Well almost 2 weeks ago I decided to put my overheating 2008 MacBook to rest and get a MacBook Air. I typically wouldn't choose an air but it was the only thing in my price range and bigger projects are done on the Mac Pro anyways. So I was happy with it when I got it.

Don’t go this store to repair anything! I made an appointment to repair my pro on Friday morning and I was like 10 minutes late and they said they had to cancel it and redo an appointment, and there’s not even much people there. This is the first time I give a negative feedback. I am really angry with it! Last time I got my battery replacement in this store but the vibration became very loud afterwards; so today I went back and they told me they forget to install back a screw inside! Then the vibration got fixed so I came back home, and then found they didn't install back the two screws on the bottom! I have to go back again and again especially it is far from me!

Great staff and excellent service! Our iMac was making an annoying buzzing sound and the Genius bar repaired it for us even though they weren't able to replicate the problem. It took us a few tries to troubleshoot it together, but it all worked out in the end. We are very happy customers!

I made eyes contact when standing at the table checking the phones with 3 different idling staffs and none of them came over, note that the store was not busy as it’s an hour from closing. so i came to ask one of them if they could help me, one girl then turned to me, but we didnt have a kind of conversation but Q&A interview type, I ask and they answer briefly, at the end I made my decision to buy the phone and she just simply said ok, then she keyed in her mobile device and turned away to continue talking to her friends (2 other staffs) without telling me how much it is and that please wait a bit for them to bring the phone out. Just turned her back to me. I found this brief reaction to a customer’s intention unprofessional and lack of competence. Then my friend gave feedback on the spot that why they dont tell more info to a buying customer, they said it is all shown in the phone already. Brilliant. We had no idea why apple even need those human staffs presenting in the store then. such a waste.

I like this Apple store yes it is crowded but I would suggest for anybody who needs to go to this Apple Store in the future to make a appointment event I find that if you make an appointment it goes somewhat quicker and smoother and they’ve been very helpful in trying and helping me fix issues I’ve had with my MacBook and also they’ve been very helpful with my iPhone as well I highly recommend this store they are very technology tech knowledge E savvy Because I have multiple challenges and Apple is the best company I found by far and this is the best Apple store that I have found

I have to agree with these other reviews. The service and dishonesty we dealt with is completely unacceptable. Someone in upper management needs to take a hard look at why the service is so poor, especially when you have an issue with an Apple product you currently own. We had an issue with an Apple product and they lied about the issue and gave us the run around. Only after a week of dealing with numerous Apple employees did our issue finally get resolved as they couldn't prove the BS they were telling us.

I am amazed how Apple can be so innovative in tech and yet is unable to execute basic customer service operations. I would hope the level of incompetence I observed is limited to this Chandler mall location. My personal experience involved a scheduled appointment. I arrived just a moment early and I checked in at exactly the time scheduled. One of the Apple Store reps out front acknowledged my arrival for the appointment and asked that I "head to the back and someone will assist you". I thought that was pretty vague but figured there would some instructions once I got to the back tables. Nope. Just what's appears like a lot of other people wait. I imagine there is some order (i hope?), but as a waiting customer, I had zero guidance as to where to wait, or what to expect. After waiting for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from any of the staff in the area I assumed in must be doing something wrong, so I approached three Apple employees just standing around, chatting with each other. One responded saying that they were in fact running 20 minutes or so late. "Why couldn't the person upfront notify me of this delay when I arrived?" i asked. "Oh he wouldn't know" was his response. Really?!? There is no process for notifying the person sending people to the back on the current wait time???? If it's too much to text him or walk over 20 feet to relay this information, you could write it on a whiteboard. Sharing this bit of information would have set a clear expectation upfront when I arrived at the store. Instead, the failure of sharing this information until I asked, made for an irritating experience. I walked out. I might add that I was not the only person waiting confused and irritated. And if the staff is unable to discern this from the body language across the room, then I question their ability to serve the customer base that Apple has built with their products. As a technologist, I appreciate the products that Apple produces, but if I am unable to receive support from the team when I need it, then I won't be able to get the most of the product. So why pay for something I can't get the most out of? To the staff at the Apple Store in Chandler, you have one job; do it. Make sure your customers want to come back. I won't be one of those customers. To Apple; I know you have a culture of accountability - make sure it extends to your customer support staff and it's consistent no matter where I go.

BUYER BEWARE!. If you have other options, go somewhere else. I made an appointment to specificly replace the battery in my phone under the Apply battery replacement initiative begun last year. I arrived, I saw a technician and he agreed that I needed to get the battery replaced. He then told me that I would have to wait about 2 hours to get the battery reaplaced. WHAT?!?! I asked why they would not replace the battery immediately since I had an appointment specifically to do so. I was told that the appointment was to see a technician only, not the replacement. I don’t have time to make appointments to make yet another appointment. I called Apple Care and they said this isn’t normal, its odd to this store. I travel a lot, when I make an appointment I expect that to be honored. This wasted a lot of time and fuel as I had to reroute my itinerary to this store, then find parking for my truck and RV and then walk that distance with a slowly mending broken leg. This store knows there is little chance you will take your business somewhere else, but I would encourage you to do so. Buy your product online or get your service done at another store.

very bad experience try to talk with someone in the store. the store looks so nice but the employee working there doesn't look nicely. felt like they are the king there if you want to speak with some one and ask some questions, sorry wait, wait ....no one will come to you... finally someone came to you and the attitude is so bad... felt like do you have money to buy Apple, they are not cheap. Not sure why there are so many poor reviews about condescending and unhelpful staff. Walked in on a busy Sunday afternoon and was greeted by a store associate who helped me right away. Three reps assisted me with selling an old phone, buying an Apple Watch and completing setup. All 3 were knowledgeable and friendly. Great service beginning to end despite being packed.

Well, I don't know what's happening with the quality of Apple but obviously its employees are neither care about the standard of the Apple it represents nor worry about the consequences of their responses. I'll share with you why I'm going to switch to Pixel as of today. I happened to stop by this particular store today to replace my cracked screen. I was a "walk-in" so I was expecting to wait for a while. The gentleman told me "'to wait for about 20-30 min so one of the technicians can help. I wasted 20-30 min in the mall then came back but he asked me to wait extra 20 min. I said fine, and wasted 20 more. Then ,came back and this time the guy literally escaped to greet me instead another gentleman asked for help (so primitive). I explained my problem and he said if I can wait 20 more min. After a little argument, I was able to be "checked in". After that, I was helped and told that I can pick up my phone in about 3 hours. I had a meeting so I went there 5 hours later and this young woman whom -I'm pretty sure sneaked in by wearing that apple shirt- told me that they declined to fix it due to the fact that the parts are 3rd party. Now you might fairly ask "duh what did you expect? You used third party items?" Here is what I expect.... - You don't send authentication messages to broken devices before I attempt to schedule a repair. I had to walk in because I was unable to do so which wasted my 1 hour before and 5 hours after they took the phone in. - Even though I told them I can't see anything on the screen you don't still ask my phone number to send me notifications. - Before I tell them anything, they already knew that my screen and battery was third party yet they still get my phone to repair. So, simply you could decline me before you make me wait for 5 hours. - You are one and only "Apple". you don't make people feel like they should be penalized for not using Apple care or repair. I never wanted to do so but a friend of mine dropped my phone and took it to take care of it. Once I noticed that he did somewhere else other than Apple, it was too late. I could've shared this story if you'd have cared but since you are way too busy to hire impatient, ignorant and somewhat some primitive people, you are missing the whole point - Now you're about to lose me, my soon to be wife and whoever I speak with since I volunteer for a community organization. In order to test this out, I'll give you a day to respond to this comment. If you guys act very extraordinarily and respond to me, I'll reconsider my solution. I'll even edit this post as well. Let's see how this goes.

All I can say is wow!!!!! All businesses can learn from the staff at the Apple Store, Chandler Fashion Center. This was some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! I had a problem with an older 27" Mac Computer and they jumped through hoops to get it working. I am glad to say it is working in tip top shape. Because of this staff I will stay loyal to Apple products. GOOD JOB GUYS!!

Never been to an apple store before, but found out after going that you should be setting appointments I guess? (That's what someone said.) So probably be prepared to wait if you don't do that.

I was told it would be a 2 hour wait and received a text after an hour I rushed back and arrived after 15 minutes then was told they could schedule me in a week!!!! I am sick of apple products always breaking down over heating and the screen light going out and the home button going out and having to pay $150. I’m done with them and switching to android. The staff never cares of how much you are being inconvenienced and have such a bad attitude.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Of all the Apple Stores I've been to, this was by far the worst. I was there to pick up a phone and a technician asked me to wait up front for someone to come and help me. I did and it took about 5 minutes... no issue. The rep then asked two of her coworkers kindly to help me as she was busy and they looked and then looked away to continue their conversation for another two minutes or so. I felt so bad for the girl because they ignored her and she looked at me to apologize. Anyways, they took their time to finish their conversation and I ended up not being able to pick up my phone. Long story short, the skinny white guy with glasses and darkish brown hair was the gentleman that totally ignored the girl coworker. I've never despised an Apple employee before, but he would be one as he was absolutely no help to anyone in the store.

The old saying is "You Get What you Pay For", but that clearly doesn't apply to this Apple store. This is the worst customer service in Arizona. It is next to impossible to get any help, and the amount of time wasted on the customer's behalf is inexcusable. I wouldn't even give this a star if it was an option. OMG I love this apple! I didn’t wait long at all I was checked on a few times and when I had a problem with my phone, with out missing a beat they said let’s replace it! We came back in to get a new phone and they were so friendly to my kids and I! If I have another problem which I’m sure I won’t! I do not mind coming back!

Excellent service. Walked in and got seen in 15 minutes for a Service Advisor for a 2 month old iPad Pro that wasn’t charging. Duplicated in the store and was replaced under warranty. I tried to find an Apple feedback email or other way to recognize excellent support by three Apple employees at this store. After a disappointing experience at Best Buy to help with my iPad Air2 swollen battery, I walked into the Apple store and asked if someone could help a "cranky old man". Fortunately, I walked up to Rachel and Sabrina and asked for help. I explained that I had gone to Best Buy as directed by Apple for an appointment to get the iPad repaired or replaced. Note to all: NEVER take your Apple device to the Best Buy in Chandler Fashion Mall. Apple's help line set me up with an appointment and they were almost clueless. Moving on: Sabrina and Rachel listened to my problem with Best Buy and asked about the iPad. I showed them the swollen iPad that was used by my church to manage our sound system as a virtual sound board and told them how important it was to having it fixed ASAP. After checking out a few things, they replaced the iPad and put me in the hands of a very patient and knowledgeable David. He spent close to an hour with me, updating the iPad and working through a download of the software. It was made a bit difficult because I did not have the exact passwords with me: I had left them at home by mistake. While I worked from memory, David patiently and professionally walked me through the process for setting up the new iPad. Excellent support from Rachel, Sabrina and David...and I was a "walk-in" after a disastrous appointment set up by Apple at the nearby Best Buy (I like Best Buy for lots of things...but not for Genius Bar help. Apple assured me that a trained Apple tech was on site....wrong!)

If I could give zero stars, I would. Also, employees should wear name tags for easy identification when they provide poor or outstanding customer service. Employees here are unhelpful and unwilling to share knowledge in a respectful manner. Customers are instructed to do everything themselves online when these “experts” should have expansive knowledge on product availability and be able to happily explain advantages to certain upgrades face to face, for ex: the difference between aluminum and stainless steel covers for Apple watches. The “Apple Watch specialist”, a young female, long dark brown hair, shorter average build, brown eyes and Asian is specifically guilty of this. As is a young slender-build Caucasian male with medium brown hair, short scruffy facial hair and blue eyes with a slender build and average height. (I wish I had asked their names or could call the store and request names) Upon entering store to purchase a specific 4 series watch I asked the male associate if there is a line to enter for purchases since I planned on buying the watch right then. He asked what purchase I would be making, I said Apple Watch. Instead of asking any further questions, with a snide and unprofessional tone said “well there are 48 different watches” and sent us to the “watch specialist”. Her attitude was highly unpleasant from the start. She was bothered by simple questions and would not explain differences between features, showing frustration in her tone and lack of expression on her face while speaking to all customers around her. The watch I wanted was not in stock at this location. I asked which Apple store I could purchase it at, and she said she does not have access to other store’s availability and no one else in the store could check. I would have to go online and order what I wanted to see availability. Since I was already standing in an Apple store, I find this unacceptable, rude, and unhelpful. I came to the location to make a $600 purchase and I left disappointed and annoyed without receiving any assistance. This “Watch specialist” is poor at her job and it is clear she in unhappy when interacting with customers. When I visited the San tan village location the same day they were able to provide me with the assistance Chandler fashion could not, like access to other store’s availability of products and better explanations rather than leaving the customer in frustration like the “Watch specialist”. I drove further and purchased my Apple Watch at this location instead, where they have respect and patience for their customers and act like true “experts” on the technology. Side note: the Watch Specialist at San Tan Village was able to provide me with Apple Watch availability at ALL locations. These Chandler Fashion Center Apple Store employees are close to useless in my experience. Save yourself the frustration and visit a different Apple store.

I went to this location to get my iPhone fixed yesterday, the employee who was helping me is treating me like dirt and not letting me about choosing the back up to load again after the factory reset the employee did on my phone. The employee lied to me about I will get all of my data back if I set the phone as brand new without reloading the back up on my phone. The employee at this Apple Store made me get into a argument about he didn’t want me to choose a back up to reload on my phone instead he wanted me to make my phone brand new.

I had the most amazing and patient person help me buy an iPhone6. We ran into every snag imaginable from creating a password to data transfer. It took over 3 hours. Karen was exceptionally patient and positive. Had I remembered my password, I know it wouldn't have taken that long. The store was very clean and the workers are kind and helpful and do the best job they can under stressful environments. We as customers have to be more understanding instead of gripping over little things we cannot change . The service here is by far one of the worst. My mother who is technology illiterate got locked out of her phone. She went in and they laugh at her... as if it that not bad they said call the 1800 customer support number. Pushing it off to a call center. We call and they said that all of her problems could have been done in store there was no need to call a call center. No employee should ever laugh at a customer... and the customer should never be belittled. I'll be contacting Apple Corporate, and the better business bureau. Something needs to change at this store. -end statement-

I can't believe these poor reviews!! I have been there at least 6 maybe 7 times and found there customer service to be more than great. I have always been treated like I had there VIP status. I just came from there Genius Bar and sat in on a Cloud class. This place rocks. There is no way I could want to improve the service I got. Not only that but I did not see anyone there that gave any indication of frustration with the staff. I was there at mid day, perhaps its a different story on the second shift as I have never been there in the evening. I give them five stars only because I don't have the option for ten stars.

Gina is the worst representative I've met there. Not only did she talk down to me and my girlfriend (who was there to buy an IPhone 8, haha not anymore thanks to Gina) but she just couldn't stop arguing with me even after my girlfriend was finished with the entire situation and left. And after I asked to speak with Gina's supervisor because of her horrible attitude she spent a good 15 minutes within eye shot of me painting her story to the supervisor (trying to cover for her rude words). Luckily I spoke to a different supervisor before the one Gina buttered up got to me. Thank Gina and her terrible attitude for losing out on a $800 sale.

Don't come here, this place is a ripoff. Came in with a cracked iPhone 8 screen that also needed a new battery, they said i need to make an appointment to do the repair, so i made one on the spot. Had to wait 1.5hrs to see an Apple "Genius", well they told me I will need to wait another hour to fix my device, I agreed. Came back one hour later, they said that they can not fix it because back glass has a small crack........ what does the screen have to do with the back glass? Told me I can pay $300+ to swap the phone out with a refurbished one ----- LOL, every time you go in they push you to buy something.... question is why have a repair service if you will just BS people all the time and make them buy new phones instead of fixing it? Anyway, I went down to a repair shop close by that my friend recommended called Rapid iPhone Repair down the street, half the price of what they would have charged me here and also it was done in 30min for both repairs with no appointment BS! Step up your customer care Apple!

I love the new look and style of the new apple store ! The new style of store makes it easier to find yourself around and makes the shopping experience a lot more fun I personally think that Apple can do better as far as they’re waiting time for service and sales. I don’t know why and what is going on but every time I go there it always turns to be significantly longer wait time than expected. The staff in the store is very knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Went in to buy an Apple tv which were sitting on a shelf, proceeded to group of 3 employees who were just standing around and asked if I could pay. They sent me to stand in line behind some other couple working with a different employee. At that time I counted a total of 6 employees doing absolutely nothing. Would be nice to know who can ring people up, If there are others waiting as well, etc. I guess Apple is too cool for lines and cash registers... The process to replace iphone screen. 12:50 - Arrived store, ask to replace phone screen, asked to wait about one hour. 14:00 - Talk to a Technician, placed the work order, been told be ready at 15:30 16:00 - Go back to store, Ask if the phone is ready, said "no, wait 10 more minutes" No message received. 16:30 - Go back to store, phone is ready 16:40 - Get the bill paid 16:45 - Found there was 2 screw on the bottom of the phone are missing 16:50 - Go back to store, install 2 screw. Cost 4 hours 20 minutes!!!!!!!!????????

I made Genius Bar appointment for issues with my Macbook Air & old Macbook Pro computers. Very good support for one including help with security & external hard drive hookup. Also got location & advice on getting help from MacMedia in Scottsdale for ancient laptop. Very efficient staff & phone support from Apple even though they were very busy. Kid friendly store.

We’ve been to this Apple store twice. It was busy both times. Both times we were there for over an hour. One of the trips was supposed to be a quick pick up of a phone we bought through the app and opted to pick up in store. Not a good experience either time. Chaotic seems to be the most appropriate word to describe it. There were some friendly people, and there were some others... (Trying to stay as unbiased as possible.) Nowhere near the service or experience I would have expected. I love Apple, but if this store had been my introduction, I would be an Android user for life.

I dropped my phone and it wouldn't work at all. I walked in to see what their repair prices were and was pleased, given that my carrier wanted me to pay almost double. I was under the impression that I wouldn't be able to get it until the following day because I went in at night. However, they got me in right away and my phone was fixed and ready to go within an hour after speaking to them! Very happy and loved the customer service.

Apple product quality and customer service has gone downhill. I waited 2 hours in this store for tech to tell me my $1000 water resistant Iphone X has "liquid" damage and they couldn't help me unless I pay $500 to fix. Mind you this phone is about 6-7 months old and still under warranty. I have several Apple products. I WILL NOT PURCHASE AGAIN!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I have never had a more condescending staff "serve" me as a customer there. The wait times are horrible (even if you book an appointment ahead of time). The staff (including management) is really arrogant. I love Apple products, but if this is a reflection of how the company views their consumers, I will happily buy a different brand.

Some unfortunate events lead to my computer not working so I made an appointment to go in for a fix. The man that helped me was the most disrespectful, unhelpful, and just ridiculous person I’ve ever interacted with. I bought an xs phone for my daughter's birthday at Chandler Mall Apple store for cash and the girl selling told me it could not be set up because my carrier Verizon was down. The Verizon Store is across from Apple and they told me she was lying and set the phone up for me. The Verizon employee was mad about it because he said the Apple store was supposed to set it up but they lied to hurry me out the door. He charged me $30 to set the phone up since I did not buy it from him. I paid it rather than go back to the incompetent employee at Apple. I would have returned the phone to Apple but my wife and daughter were with me and they don't like drama. I would not recommend this Apple store.

I stopped by Sunday around 3 pm to fix an iPhone screen. I had an appointment at 3:05 pm and I was helped out around 3:30 pm. Everything went fine, staff was friendly. They said the phone would be ready around 4:30-4:45. I came back a little past 5 pm and they refused to process the transaction so I could receive my iPhone. I was told by staff that I have to come back tomorrow to pick up. It is very inconvenient since I was scheduled travel tonight and now it must be postponed.

Horrible Service. Went in there to be told it was a 4 hour wait. Set up an appointment for the next week. Had work issues come up so tried to reschedule via phone. Took 4 phone calls and 15 min of waiting on hold before I event got to speak with a real human. But hey, at least they asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to while I was on hold. Thanks Apple! I am now researching new PC's! About time to switch phones too and the Droids are looking pretty appealing.

I took my son to his computer looked at. There was a long wait. When we were were eventually seen the associate was very attentive and really listed to my son. There was one problem what was suggested was the most expensive solution to what was wrong with his computer they told him his hard drive was fried and he had to purchase a new hard drive which would cost $189.00. When we returned home he was devastated. He was still determined he called apple and they told he could get a external hard drive for a cheaper price. So I really wouldn't suggest this store for their suggestions on fixing problems. But as far as customer service goes they are amazing.
