From the moment i walked in i was taken care of! They had a wait list of three hours but it was Curtial for me to have my phone immediately due to my son being in the hospital. I let them know the circumstances and they immediately started helping me. I am so thankful for apple. They took extremely great care of me and had me on my way back to the hospital in a short amount of time. I can not stress enough how amazing this apple store is. For being inside a regular mall, it's nice. It lacks the charm of many other larger stores, but the staff I dealt with was helpful and courteous. I didn't go to the genius bar, just dealt with store associates. Handy to have on the west side, so that's nice.

I purchased an item for my new iPhone XR and went to the Apple Store to pick it up. The item that I purchased was the dongle because my phone does not come with it. Picking the item up was simple but that is the only reason I’m giving this store two stars instead of one. I wanted to test out my new dongle so I sat down at a location that had an AUX cord leading to a Beats Pill (Bluetooth and AUX speaker). Not only did every single employee ignore me when I said “excuse me” or had made actual eye contact with... but before I was finished using the speaker to test my new dongle, one of the employees (name unknown just looks Asian) immediately snatched the lightning cord I was previously using to charge my phone for a couple seconds without a word. I felt that perhaps it was either his personal cord, or possibly belonged to the couple he was assisting so I said/asked...”Im sorry was that yours?” The employee said nothing. Upon asking a second time and STILL receiving no answer from the employee, the couple he was assisting smiled at me and politely told me no, it was not. That’s just one example of about 3 that I can think of... in only about 45 minutes to the hour I was in that store. A lot of the employees here act very elitist and will either ignore you completely or give a sarcastic and smug answer. I think I’ll drive further to give another apple store a try IF I have to next time.

This apple store has worst wait time and employees are rude and lazy to help. I don’t know what is up with apple we buy your costly products and you have such mismanaged stores. One example: I was having issues with apple tv, checked online it was not allowing me to setup appointment for apple tv. Walked into store around 2:00 PM was told that wait time is 3-4 hrs, I said its too much wait time. Then they told me you should book appointment online...I pulled my phone and showed her that I cannot she ignored and said I can give you appointment for next week as we are all booked. I mean either they didn’t know how to book for TV online or didn’t care to help me. In short rude ignorant people and worst apple store. You get much better treatment at best buy where they sell products from n number of companies and this is Apple treating their customers.

Store manager named CHALLIS is the worst store manager that exist. She is extremely rude and didn’t even want to try to help and understand problems that we had. We made a purchase last month and she denied replacement. She refused to look up our purchase or help in any way. She is the big mistake for Apple and CHALLIS should never be working in dollar store far away from Apple store. She is awful and terrible face for the company.

Took my iPhone 7plus in because the microphone went out. They charged me $30 to give me a replacement phone and within 24 hours the new phone stopped working! Went back in and they tried to charge me $300 to replace the broken phone they had given me! This place is a giant scam!

Went in to have our iPad looked at. It was beyond warranty and wouldn't turn on. It took an initial visit to get the appointment set up since calling the store was very difficult (it took several minutes so I gave up), however the service on site was much better. It is very busy but the staff is quick and friendly. The technical support personnel was patient, professional, and made the experience very easy. Have your Apple log-in account memorized in advance. It speeds up the process a good deal.

I was told to wait 30 minutes. I waited more than 60 minutes ,and no one hepled me. I talked to an agent, he didn’t care. Shame on Apple to provide such a poor service. Don’t waist your time. I would give zero star if possible.

Don’t bother making an appointment here, there is no separate area for Genius bar vs sales. The people who check you in will tell you to wait and you’re second priority to any sales they make. I made a reservation a week in advance and wasn’t given service for about for 30 minutes. When the computer did come back from the “repair room”, it still had dust from the keyboard that they cleaned all over it. My advice is give your money to a 3rd party tech who could use the money and will give you better service and not waste your time.

Wish i could give ZERO Booked an Appointment and went into store Yesterday for iphone7 Battery replacement. After going in there, they stated that i need to go to a different apple store to replace my battery as it was out of stock. They never advised that it was out of stock before and wasted my 3 hours of evening. What is pissing me off is TODAY i font know to which store I need to go to pick up my battery as i never got an email or the rep confirmed. the Representative was so careless and which ever questions i ask, he asked me to attend apple classes. He initially came to me and assisted and disappeared for 20 min. Right now i on call with apple customer care and they are also not able to locate the store where i need to pick up the battery JUST waste of time and not helpful store to go in. My review doesn't matter to apple as they are on TOP FORM in sales. but defiantly to be looked at store rep performance

I’ve been without a phone for 5days due to my iPhone 7 having a Manufacture issue and needed help so I walked into the Apple store and immediately got help from Andrew and Alyssa there were so nice a helpful and got me more than what I asked for I was able to do a trade and and walked out with a brand new phone iPhone XR. Coral color I was so happy I didn’t know I would. Be getting a new phone today and the manager Michael was super nice and happy for me as well I definitely will be coming back and spreading the word to all my friends and co workers on how nice the whole Apple team are !! I have been told twice now by 2 different sales reps within the last year my Mac book air and Mac book pro second with water damage was scraper $700 plus repair so buy a new one! My wife’s frien a computer enthusiast took them apart and within 1 hour had both up and running! When they claim to take it back open up and analyze I now claim they are incompetent or just not being 100% with you! I would like Apple to talk to me as a owner! Airline Pilot for UPS with 3 FBI background checks owner of 4 computers and half dozen of their cell phones on why I have lost my trust in this stores employees!

This location has really gone downhill in service. I went this week to buy a new phone, was told a salesperson would come over to assist, nothing for 30 mins. I had to go up to an employee and ask how much longer until I can get someone and they say they didn't even have my name down when I WATCHED the guy put my info in the iPad when I got there. Eventually got assisted and after I was told they couldn't take my phone as credit towards an XR, the guy became really condescending saying to just keep the phone and slap a red case on it and then jokes that I waited for nothing. Very frustrating and lack of basic service when I am PURCHASING an item.

Yesterday-I had the pleasure of working with John. (turned up mustache in case there's more than one) He really put a positive spin on an otherwise time consuming issue I had with a locked phone I had purchased just the weekend prior & with this being my first Apple experience, I was frustrated with the process to unlock phone. I will give this place a flaming Zero star if possible. Total scam artist wearing apple logos. I had an iphone 7 plus 256GB for about two years, it crapped out for some reason that prevent it from turning on nor can be diagnosed with Apple system. In other word no one know what happen. The tech come to a conclusion that its time to say goodbye to that phone and get a replacement, which i agree since its already two yrs old. I questioned the replacement phone that was given to me, the tech confidently assured me that it was brand new (not refurbish or used). Got the phone set up and running for 9 good days, the phone started to flickered on the 10th day, totally blackout 8 hrs after I contacted apple care. Took it back to this branch, they cant figured out whats wrong, they looked for water dmg or any crack or scratches but can find anything. Then the phone was taken to the back room for a few mins, later the tech came out showing a picture of an opened up iphone and said it had water damage. I know the phone never reaches the water, just regular uses. However this place avoid responsibility of selling me a piece of you know what and pushing the responsibility to me. I was told i need to pay for another replacement phone. I asked for a video documentation of my phone got taken apart and show me the damage, but they said they cant do it. So they are free to say whatever they wanted. I ended up walking out of this store and contacted Apple support over the phone, gave them my spill of the story, they said i can send the phone in for them to check. The only problem is my phone left me for a few mins to those scam artists, who know what they did in the back room. Also the process will takes weeks to solve anything. I also recommend this location be place under review but then i was told they fully trust their people under whatever circumstances and that they refuse to review their tech or franchise location. If i wanted to pursue this matter i can take it to the police. These aren’t my technicians and i refuse to do the QA job for a corporation i don’t have and stocks in. Here are my advices: 1) if you go to this location to have your phone repair or take a look at and not have the applecare+ protection, be prepared to buy a new phone. You can save your times and headache by just getting a new phone. Don’t matter if you just walked out of their store then the phone stopped working, they will said “water damage”. 2) if you get an item from here just bite the bullet and buy the AppleCare protection plan so they cannot pull this bs on you. 3) Just don’t shop here unless its the last location on earth. This location will try to scam anyone walking in. I sat there for a few hrs and notice everyone around me got a problem with their item(s) will end up getting a replacement or walk out to shop elsewhere. 4) if you know you its your fault that you damage the phone (like taking it for a swim or to the shower or wash bloodstained away to hide your crime) then pay for new phone. If you got sold a piece of junk as a genuine then fight it, Never let the technician take your phone away to the backroom away from your sight. Because nothing stopping them from damaging your phone then blame you for it. Once they open your phone then whatever they do to it will be completely your fault. P.S. not all Apple location are bad. I bought a brand new iphone for a gift, when the recipient opened it up the screen was cracked. I took it back and i was given a replacement phone without any question. This was in California several years ago. If apple QA and HR care for their customers then make sure we got professional services throughout all locations.

The manager was incredibly rude and disrespectful, she called me a liar when I brought up the issues my iPhone was having. My iPhone is currently under warranty as it is a brand new XS max and she would not swap it out. She then proceeded to give tons of metaphors for why my phone works and how I’m lying. She has no business being a manager yelling at me and treating me the way she did. She was a short black chubby girl. I’m completely offended and disgusted with this particular apple store. She even went as far as to call her friends at the Scottsdale apple store and tell them not to help me with my iPhone issue. How do I know this ? Prepare to wait. I couldn't get an appointment for 4 days. I decided to go into the store calling in first to see how busy they were and was told not busy at all come in. When I got there the place was packed and I had to wait an hour and a half just for someone to talk to me that didn't include getting my phone taken care of. I went into this apple store for the 2nd time. I should not have even bothered, they have the absolute worst customer service ever. I brought my phone in for a repair and even took the time to actually schedule the appointment. I have gone to other apple stores to repair my screen and have never had any issues. However, for whatever reason when I come to this store they always push their new products and basically tell you your product is not repairable. Now I do tech support for a living and know apple products quite well. However, the apple representative starts giving me excuses as to why he cannot repair the phone well the screen is lifting and that is because of outer edge damage, and the antenna must be broken because of this edge here, mind you the phone fell face flat on the screen and not the edge of the phone and the remarks on the edges he was making had already been evaluated by another apple representative less then a year ago. He then, proceeded to remove my sim card without bothering to ask if that was okay and therefore unpairing my apple watch from my phone which was one of the only ways (beside my laptop) that I was getting calls and message through. I freaked and asked why he did this he didn't answer me. Instead he lied and told me the watch would not unpair. This was a lie my watch is now no longer paired to my phone and have now lost the most convenient form of communication at the moment. I then told him I would take my phone to another location and his response to this verbatim was "Good luck with that" before proceeding to walk away. I used a spare phone over wifi with a free calling app to call the apple store and file a formal complaint. It was then when I spoke with Lisa a supposed manager at this location. Who claims since I did not take down the representatives name she had no way to identify him. Really? You have I am sure over hundred of dollars in Apple product and are telling me that you cant check the cameras? As you can imagine she was absolutely no help at all. Did not even bother apologizing or offering to make this right by finding the person I spoke in order to retrain on proper customer service etiquette. She as well also lied and claim that this was their only location on the west side of AZ that does repairs. I then told her that was not entirely true since best buy and Macdemia also do apple certified repairs. As a warning to the public don't waste your time or money at this store location and ask questions when told something cant be fixed since this store obviously has no problem lying to people in order to continuing to meet their store sale goals.

A third party company charged my account without authorization from me. iTunes had access to my account and allowed this to happen. I reached out to them and confirmed who I was and that I never authorized this transaction nor did I receive anything in return for the money that was fraudulently taken from me. They told me it was from my device so no. Mind you I spent 3 + hours on the phone and the transaction was $10. I reached out to the 3rd party company to no avail. I have confirmed from 11 other users of the sight that did this. The same thing happened to them. The Integrity of both companies have been compromised. I advise all to remove your cards from your device. Thanks for reading

Quality of apple product is already defined by people as best! So, we r worried only about how good the staff is - and the answer is pathetic! the staff is very unfriendly and takes a long time to come and up ask if we are fine with everything! We were buying an iPhone and there was someone else who was interested in something else before completing our transaction , she was all set to work for the other person and we were kept waiting for 20 mins for nothing !! The staff needs training on how to treat customers and make them buy their products!

I’m impressed. The employees are extremely friendly and helpful. They took care of my iPhone under warranty, everything was a smooth process. The store is very busy and you need appointments for repairs. As much as I was in a rush I was understanding of the wait and it seemed like everyone was staying busy for the most part. Very good experience, this made me love apple even more.

The Genius Bar is a horrible representation of customer service. Basically Apple inconvenienced me with a software update that destroyed the service reception of my iPhone 7. I made an appointment and then arrived only to be told by the rep I didn’t have one, I showed my confirmation and was told no and that it was a 2 hour wait. They never ended up helping me at all.

Service was solid to start off. My phone was making a buzzing noise when I hit the home button, and my initial rep, Kyle, was able to get my phone to the back to get examined, and he said my phone would be available around 7:30. I came back just before 7:30, and I had to approach another rep just after 8:00 to check on the status of my phone, and he said it was ready, which would have been great to know thirty minutes prior. A young lady brought my phone and said there were underlying problems with my phone, and I would need to replace the entire unit. The issue of my home button was resolved, so why would I need to replace my entire phone? All in all, they may have resolved my issue, but they wasted my time. 3/5 is being generous.

I came here 2 days after the new iPhone 11’s rolled out so I could buy one and the crowd was huge, but they had 2 employees with iPads going through the line Dutch Bro’s style so it was really time effective. John with the mustache and clear tunnels was the first one who helped me and he was awesome!! Super friendly and personable guy. He put the phone I wanted on hold and set up an appointment for me with another employee (I had carrier issues to work out first). That employee seemed new and some of the info I was getting made me hesitant to purchase the phone, so I left for about 15 minutes and went back to talk to someone else. They got me in immediately and Emily with the glasses and butterfly tattoo helped me. I cannot stress enough how amazing she was - she was so kind, knowledgeable, and patient with me, and that made the process so much better! She didn’t try to up-sell me, I just told her what I wanted and she didn’t bat an eye. If you go to this Apple Store, I 100% recommend John and Emily! They both really went out of their way to make me feel important.

Jessica the manager at Apple is not only rude but also won’t apologize when she has made a mistake. First I had an appointment and they were about 30/40 mins late helping me. When an associate finally did help me he couldn’t answering any of my questions are explain to me why my device wasn’t covered after I had just left my carrier and they advised me it was. I asked to speak to someone who could which was Jessica and she explained to me that it was impossible for me to have coverage on my phone basically saying that my phone carrier was wrong and I would have to pay out of pocket for the fixture. I left and went to my carrier company and they not only printed out my protection plan but explained to me how I’m cover and what apple services are suppose to provide to help this issue. I went back and Jessica not only accused me of being rude but didn’t apologize I have a 3 year old I’m laughing around and another child I don’t have time to go back fourth between companies. She then explained that oh yea I could get my phone fixed and I had certain papers. Never was brought up in the first interaction and nothing of the sort was told to me. What was told to me was that it was impossible to have coverage on my phone and it just couldn’t or wouldn’t happen. She also was going back a fourth with me i front of other customers and accused me of lying. Very unprofessional and is not a good look on apples behalf. I read so many of these reviews and now I’m thinking the lady that people are speaking of that’s rude at this store is her. Won’t ever go back to that Apple store again. Also would like to state this was not my first time here there are other associates in there that are very nice and helpful.

This whole place is such a cluster. Can't get so much as an acknowledgement everyone is so busy. There's no clear indication of a line so you just have customers sitting or standing around looking lost. Then you do get a hold of someone just to be told you need to schedule an appointment. I drove a half hour here to wait a half hour for someone to tell me I'll need to wait a couple hours to be seen. If you don't mind wasting your time go to this location. Otherwise go to a 3rd party for repairs or buy your products online.

Terrible place, liars and unprofessional workers. Staff Christie and Rome unprofessional. These two workers creates their own policy regarding repairs. Their goal is to sell you a new phone only. People do not go to this Arrowhead location stay away. Manager on duty Justin was helpful.

Always impressed here. Got last minute help on the day they were doing inventory. They stayed almost an hour after close and even offered to let us stay later to use the WiFi to restore my phone. You can’t buy customer service that good. Kudos to whoever does the hiring there.

The only times I've came here I only had to buy ear buds, and that was roughly 2 years ago, they're still working great, and the sound is strong. They have everything essential you need for your power user self, with great phones, computers, amazing service. They even checked me out where I was standing. In, out, boom. No BS.

We needed a battery replaced for an Apple product, so we tried to call the Apple store that was nearest to us (Arrowhead) to see if a battery was in stock to come down and have the battery replaced. We got an automated representative who directed our call to some support that had no idea what we needed, then directed us again to another support while we were on hold for over 20 minutes. Apple gave appointment 9:30 to 10:00. Finally accommodated me 11:00 to 11:30. It says that Apple is not able to keep up its words. Will Apple keep up there words on there products at least. First impression makes everything. Timing is important.

The selection is extensive and the service is unparalleled! This store has so much to look at every time I walk in. They also have many types of classes offered daily and most are usually free. I love that I can bring in one of my devices and they can show me all the extra things I can do with it. Apple officially recognizes and announces that new body iPad pros are being shipped and sold bent. I called this store because I have recently purchased one of the iPads that where being sold bent and wanted a replacement, on the phone the representative had assured me they would replace the iPad because it is how I received the device! When I arrived I was explaining to the employee that I needed it replaced because I didn’t love the way my iPad looked with the bent frame. He didn’t want to believe me and I even showed him the official statement From Apple admitting they sold bent iPads and they did not cover it or give me a replacement one. He in short words was trying to explain that I HAD bent it because it had a couple of scuffs on the corners of the iPad. Ridiculous, this is the way I purchased the iPad.

Just went in to ask a few questions about a few old apple items that I've pretty much retired and moved on from. First of all, it's not that easy to spot. It's just a giant room full of clamoring people with all glass walls and no real visible sign out front. I found it by following the noise... I was greeted pretty quickly, I commend them for that but ended up getting the treatment I expected when it was obvious I wasn't buying new apple stuff but returning old. He even grabbed my phone to go into the settings to realize I've actually upgraded to the Google pixel 3. I'm over Apple for every reason. They think they're better than they are at every level. They haven't come out with anything other than a different color swatch since Jobs passed. Sad to see Apple go with him...

When the Series 3 I-watch came out I decided to go to Apple at Arrowhead to get one. I arrived and as you might have guessed the store is (literally) full of shoppers. The cool part is that the doors looked like the Battlestar Pegasus doors which made the store look great and promising. Apple had multiple Agents available for shoppers including myself to purchase a product. The atmospheres the store was positive, roomy everyone was happy, a few apple agents were advertising the new iPhone and iPad sketches added recently. I got addressed by an Agent (cannot remember name) and asked if I had been helped and guided me though the watch and sizes and knew the price and what it came with;very knowledgeable of his products like the bands that it came with two which was great and they had the one or more (watches) I wanted in stock and provided a free 1yr warranty which is great and considerate and left happy although we spent over an hour there. Would totally recommend for shopping if you have a lot of time.

Unwilling to bend to assist customer who was Misled. Sold I phone x as water resistant it says it everywhere and guess what it’s not so water resistant and now to fix my phone it will cost me 549 dollars the Apple 1800 number authoized a discount or a waiver of the fees and the manager of the tech support area said no we aren’t going to to that and declined helping a customer. Wow awesome customer service.

Really had a bad experience today after visiting this store for getting my iPhone 7 + fixed. The Manager of the store was unfriendly and may be she needs some training around how to handle customers and be polite in the conversation. My phone was not starting and Apple team had no idea about the root cause, they just kept on repeating that I should pay $349 to get a replaced phone. I understand that you guys are running a business but you can’t take customers for a ride. I have given one star to this Apple store as I had to select something.

I have an iPhone 7 that is affected by the new iOS 12 update. The reason I discovered it is that my phone couldn’t use its cellular connection so no calls no texts nothing. I travel for my job so one would think that any Apple store could assist me. However, after waiting for an hour the technician tells me they can’t help me at all because I don’t live here. So I can’t get a loaner phone. Nice job Apple ... my phone breaks at no fault of mine and you can’t even help me. Guess I’m moving to an android phone now.

Zach at the store is amazing. I was hesitant to go into the store after the hours I spent on the phone with Apple support. But Zach and his team, in particular Eric restored my faith in Apple's ability to see my issues through until resolved. I will definitely go back again if needed. Appointment scheduled online was the best experience. I walked right in and less then 10 minutes later I was with Eric.
