Our company has been using Advantage Micro since before I came on board 4 years ago. J.R., our account exec, has been an invaluable resource. The man has a passion for security. He just spent 2 hours walking us through our new antivirus management console then shared a wealth of infrastructure security recommendations to compliment the antivirus. I've never had a sales rep with his technical chops and energy level. It's great to have a vendor and rep that provides this level of post sales support and consultation.

David repaired my laptop and he was so helpful, informative and friendly. When I took in my laptop with a broken hinge and he told me exactly what they would need to do and how much it would cost. They exceeded my expectations and I am so happy with how it turned out. The price was extremely reasonable and they had my laptop back to me quickly and in the time they said it would be repaired. If I ever have any other computer needs they will be the only place I take it.

I have been a customer for several years and I always have a good experience with the crew at Advantage, but this time was the best! Several chapters of my autobiography got lost in the translation between an old computer I'd written in and the new one I bought from Advantage. Nothing I tried changed the gobbledygook into words and in desperation, I called and talked to Josh. He took all the time my problem needed and after several tries with unsuccessful methods, found one that worked. Thank you Advantage and thank you, Josh!

Tried buying simple parts for my computer and was treated with disrespect by some guy that acted like i was a fool for asking and i was waisting his time. Ill never buy from this place again. Best buy had the parts and treated me with respect.... It wont let me respond to your lie about me being some one else. I dont know what your talking about, it only lets me post one review. Dont be making up lies about me because you dont know how to treat someone. Im glad other people have the same opinion of you as I do. Maybe you should get off your high horse and treat people with some comon courtesy. After reading their reviews I decided to finally write my own. Hopefully other people you've treated like crap will also join in and share how you really treat your customers. And I wasnt trying to buy a fan or whatever i was trying to get memory cards so my graphics card would work better. But according to YOU all my stuff is just cheap garbage.. Obviously you mistreat so many people you cant even remember them all. I dont care if you been working there for 1000 years if you cant be nice to people looking for help maybe you should do something else.

He has always been there for me whenever I've called and has always fixed any problem I've had. If I had a company in North America, this guy would be on my short list for anything security related. Strong ethic, highly proactive approach and deep knowledge on matters of ransomware as well as capabilities (both strengths and weaknesses) of anti-ransomware software. Totally top shelf company. Zero upcharge, but the services offered are priceless.

I wish all businesses had such great customer service. I brought my computer in at 4:45 pm because it would start but shut off right away. They took a look at it and started to diagnose the problem, even though it was after closing time by then. I told them I wouldn't have a problem with waiting until the next day, but they continued until they had diagnosed the trouble. They presented me with three options before I left the store (5:40). The problem was corrected, and I had my computer back the next afternoon. Thanks Josh and David!

Can't say enough good things about the good people at Advantage Computers. David was wonderful in helping me (Jon's wife) choose the right computer for me. He was patient and didn't make me feel stupid for asking really simple questions. Then, when I got it home and had questions, I called and Kyle spent time on a late Friday afternoon at closing time, to help me get my computer functioning so I wouldn't have to wait until Monday. You don't get service like this at the mass stores.
