Very helpfull sales staff and cashiers. I was looking for a SATA cable and although the store doesn't sell them as a single item the sales clerk went out if his way to see if they were included in the packaging for any hard drives (they aren't.) Although I wasn't able to get what I needed the employees are not at fault and genuinely wanted to help.

Prices are horrendus! Wayyyyyyyy overpriced. Walmart did not have the item I was looking for. I called about a particular item and it was $55. I bit the bullet and purchased the same item on amazon for $8.99 including EXTRA accessories and free shipping. I am all about buying local and usually do but $55 dollars when I can buy it for $8? Seriously?

Not a lot of variety for what I was looking for, but you will find office supplies. All I ever want to do is purchase an item and go but they ask 'do you want a rewards card? How would you like your receipt? Do you want a coupon for 20% next week?' no no no. It isn't the clerk fault, I know, it is just an unfortunate business model.

Ordered a product in July and was told it would be delivered to the store in two weeks. I called after two weeks and was told the store was "six trucks behind" and it would be there in three days. Called back a week later and was told by Dylan to "learn to be patient." Which is fun to hear as a special education teacher... Another week went by and I spoke with the store manager, William, who told me it had been delivered to the Anchorage store by mistake and that they were ordering me another one. Called again two weeks later and was told that the order had been cancelled and I was being issued a refund because it couldn't be delivered to Alaska (after my first one was accidentally delivered to the Anchorage store). Then was told I could call the 1-800 number if I had any questions. Then the 1-800 number tells me that it CAN be delivered, they aren't sure why the order was cancelled, but that I can't reorder at the sale price. Moral of the story-- just buy it on Amazon.

So many empty spaces. Employees being trained in the back and the trainer was very derogatory towards customers that they serve in her training. Made me wonder why she is in retail/customer service if she does not like customers.

I tried to order something to be printed online. I called the store twice before ordering. I allowed my phone to find my area on the website. It sent my order to another state. So when I walked in to get my order, they asked me to send them the image and told me it would be done by 8:45 pm. I walked to Safeway to get food. When I came back, they then decided to put in my order at the back of the line and told me I would have to wait an additional 12 hours because "it's not our fault that you messed up." Go to a local shop.

Placed an order on 5/20 as of 5/31 still not delivered. Was told it was on its' way on 5/27. We are a business and this is definitely makes me rethink where to order in the future. Giving one star is way to many, but would not let me not give none !!

Never have what I need. "Sorry...you can go online and order it.." is the response I get from their employees. So I did....from AMAZON.... Office Max will not get my business again. So sad........Fairbanks needs jobs and we have to mail order things we need......
