I rarely write reviews for businesses, but I feel compelled to write this review. I read the reviews from other's experiences and thought "Naw, they cant be that bad" They are completely incompentent and couldn't put together two spiral bound presentations. Printing was upsode down and backward, then once revised they still screwed it up. On a good note - they couldnt figure out how much to charge me for the job and I ended up paying $6. Don't take anything important here for printing.

This store sucks. They will rip you off. I took my phone in to get the camera fixed. They said they'd do it and I left my phone there. They later let me know they couldn't fix my camera. They "only" charged me $50 to fix the back plate on the phone. I didn't want that fixed in the first place. Rip off. Do NOT go to this store. I would prefer to give them 0 stars if it was an option.

I took my computer to be repaired that stayed in the shop for three days. Only to find out there was nothing they could do. They charged me to back up a data which cost one hundred and some dollars . They did nothing,be careful where you buy computer's at. Jacob needs training!

service is slow and not trained. No one seems interested in providing a good customer service experience. Just getting people out the door and collecting minimum wage check from a job they seem to not value. If you ever try and set up an account with them be ready to get the run around and be completely frustrated. Not a good place to shop but I can't say that their competitors (Staples, office max) are any better. I'm thinking Best Buy next time I need office equipment.

Went there for four years having my labels printed, all of a sudden want to charge me $25 to put the pic in the template, literally 2 seconds to do that and they won't allow me to do it myself, they should pay me for all the times I spent an hour waiting for them to figure out their own program , I will never go back. Found out kinkos is cheaper

Even though it took a few trips, Jon in the computer department spent several hours working to minimize my costs and help troubleshoot what eventually was found to be a defective hard drive. We love this store. We are a small non-profit. We have been customers at the downtown store for over ten years. Consistent good service. One we inadvertently pulled out the drum from a printer along with the cartridge when we needed to replace the cartridge. The manager allowed us to get a new drum along with the new cartridge at no extra cost because the check out clerk didn't notice that the drum was attached. They have frequent sales on boxes of paper and binders, which we use a lot. We are very happy with the downtown Office Depot and wouldn't switch. FH, Executve Director

I go to this store regularly for print shop products and shipping services. I’ve always been very impressed with the staff and their professionalism. I had a particularly great experience with the print shop when I was in a bind and under a deadline. They jump through hoops to deliver a pristine product on time to meet my deadline. Life savers! You don’t get customer service like that everywhere these days. I’ll definitely be coming to them in the future. I always have a great experience. I whole-heartedly could recommend them to anyone looking for great service and good products.

Online purchase is a long process at in store pick up. After a customer's ID is confirmed the checking out process should complete. But there are steps that take as long as just coming in and purchasing an item. Shorten the transaction at the register to make it a true advantage.

Completely unhappy the service I received from the office Max at the downtown locations, ordered bulk of an item an ended up with two different brands that don’t work together. Rather than trying to make it right and satisfy a customer they suggested I spend my day coming to exchange them myself or “wait” for the new ones to come and be exchanged. Nothing was offered as far as a discount or anything for our time wasted and the trouble is causing having the Wrong items. On top of that the manager stated “ I don’t know how you received that item we don’t even carry it in our store.” Will never shop here again or waste my time and money with someone who doesn’t appreciate it!!! Go to office Max and save yourself the headache.

The staff here is wonderful, but Reuben really stood out. He's a print shop worker and he did a great job directing other customers and helping me with scanning and making prints of my art. I highly recommend this location. There doesnt appear to be as much stock as it's a smaller store, but the staff is really knowledgable about what they have and are great with customers.

The girl at the printing station (Milana) was extremely rude. I came in for a simple print job at 6:30 pm (with no one else in the store) that I wanted spiral bound, and she said it wouldn't be ready till tomorrow. I told her that didn't make sense since I had just had a much larger book printed and it only took 20 minutes. She rolled her eyes and asked me a few more questions. I asked her if I could pull up my drop box account (which I have done at this store before) and she told me they couldn't do that... That I would need to to email the print job to her. I couldn't get on the WiFi, so she handed me a USB drive to transfer the files to and walked off. I gave her the drive with the files and told her exactly how I wanted them printed. She argued with me about whether or not they could print them that way. (I wanted 4 PDF slides to page, in portrait... Not difficult) I showed her exactly how to do it, and she told me that her printer at the store was probably different than mine and didn't work that way. (Interesting since the print options were exactly the same as my home office printer). After a test page that didn't work, another employee came over and told her to do EXACTLY what I had told her to do, and of course it worked. This was the second terrible experience I have had at an Office Depot this week. It's kind of ridiculous. There was no reason for her to be so rude. Terrible customer service.

Poor selection, very messy shelving and organization. No one ever offered to assist in looking and giant stairs were in the way of the planners in which I was at for awhile and even though there was several employees around, no one bothered to move it out of the way. Price tags could only be found on about 50% of stock. Cashiers were terribly slow. The bathrooms were in awful shape, "cleaned" but in poor fashion and just gross. You can tell they don't take pride in their store.
