Came in for a screen replacement of my S8+, staff was courteous and I returned to pick up the phone when the repair was complete. Same day of pick up I found my front facing camera to be very blurry. When I returned with the phone they apologised and began to repair the camera. When i returned to pick up the phone I found within moments that the adhesive for the screen was weak, thus allowing the screen to easily lift off. They began to repair the phone again. When I was called to come pick up the phone I asked them to double check that everything was OK, like the cameras and adhesive. The man on the phone cut me of saying "yeah yeah yeah yeah yeah". Well, when I picked up the phone I found within moments that the front camera was again very blurry. After they ordered parts for another repair and I picked up the phone a week later with several scratches on the front and back as well as a finger print on the inside of the back camera's cover. I don't understand why it was necessary for me to find the mistakes they made. I am not a repair guy at all, they are the technicians. All the extra trips for me to come in and do their quality checks was frustrating. I received no discount on the transaction. Also, the nice and thick tempered glass I purchased from them after the first repair was ruined by subsequent repair and replaced with a thinner cheaper screen protector.

Horrible customer service! Replacing a screen they screwed up my daughters phone. They ended up correcting the problem but never took responsibility for it. Their customer service skills are terrible. They speak to customers in a rude, condescending tone. Even making smug remarks where you can hear them. Absolutely the WORST service and repair.

I'm from Iowa, where before leaving to head to Alaska I sought to have my battery-encased motorola fixed - an very important phone (a mostly-broken power button and a cracked LCD screen, where parts of the screen wouldn't recognize any touch...leaving my phone inaccessible).... Roger and I struck a deal, where indeed the task in making my phone accessible presented daunting obstacles... For a phone that more or less had a tombstone because of hardware malfunction, my motorola is back up and running, and all that made this phone important is back in my hands. ~ daniel young

Brought in 3 phones. Guy diagnosed a restart loop as bad battery. Put in new battery and problem solved in 5 minutes. Cost was only $45. Need a battery and new screen for another phone and a screen for third one. Cost will be $300 to fix those two phones. Cost is very reasonable. Staff was very polite and normal. They work fast while conversing and seemingly having a good time.

My iPhone didn't work. Had problems with the charging port. Brought it here. Roger figured out what the problem was in a Second! Cleaned it for free and gave it back! He didn't charge a penny even though he cleaned the Phone. He is a Friendly Gentleman with a Friendly dog! Would recommend Arctic Tech to anyone looking for a good Technical service for their gadgets!

I arived when the shop was to open and waited twenty minutes for someone to arive. I needed my phones charging port replaced. The worker said she did not think they could fix it and a tech would call me. I received no call. I bought the board online and installed myself. It was very simple. I only needed a screw driver. I assume if you dont have an iPhone they cant help you.

I was impressed. Needed a new battery for the Iphone 6+. Anyway, I was going to bad mouth the other place (IT Works who kept me waiting 4 months for a battery then wanted to keep my phone for 2 days to install) but instead will accentuate the positive for Arctic Tech. I was a walk-in, they had my battery replaced in 10 minutes at a very reasonable cost $45. I like these guys.
