I feel so sorry for those store clerks. I have been in there twice in one month and they had NO air conditioning in the store. However, the clerks in the printing section have always been so kind and gracious as are the ladies at the registers.

I tried going and printing something that I emailed to myself. The woman helping me acted as if she couldnt be bothered by what I was asking. Mind you she was in the PRINT AND COPY department desk. She just gave me a card to walk myself through it, even after exclaiming I wasnt tech savvy. Not helpful at all. Left with no copies printed. Complete waste of my time.

The Copy Center is fantastic! Almost every time I go in -- they're swamped. Even so, they make sure to attend to my needs. I've worked with all three of the associates (Jen, Chris, Ryan) and they really go above and beyond.

Terrible experience...the Spanish lady is extremely rude and unprofessional. She makes you fell like you are a bother. Have not set foot in the Daphne store in over 2 years. Pitiful excuse for a print department! I now shop at Office Depot where my business is APPRECIATED!!!!!

The worse staples I have ever been to....their copy/service center always has dome type of issue or fax machines not working. If theu are behind on work they will tell customers to come bavk or wait 30 mins or more for service even though all employees are not actively working on the issue or any issue/problem at the time assistance is needed....GO TO OFFICE MAX.....

I got some stuff printed here for free which was nice. it was only about 5 or 6 sheets of paper total, but I still appreciated the kind gesture of the guy working here when I came in. I also got a good deal on a pretty big trash can! this is a cool place to get a lot of stuff that other stores like Walmart, Target, Safeway, etc. MAY also have... but those places don't specialize specifically in selling only household & office products like Staples does. they also don't have as many choices as Staples does! well, I really hope the company doesn't go out of business because I like coming here!

Won't be coming here anymore. There was a line of people waiting to check out and the cashier was standing 10 feet away and would not even acknowledge we were there. She just kept doing whatever she was doing, we just left after waiting 3 minutes or so. Ridiculous...no help from anyone while we walked the whole store looking for what we needed either.

I have been doing business with staples since they built this store. Came to return ink cartridges that never worked and today it was a problem. We talked with someone over the phone and told them the situation before I even wasted my gas. So I get to the counter she tells me we used all the ink when there was never any in the cartridge, that's why we called before. And now we missed the time to return them. I am never doing business with them again.

So much for same day service as advertised. "Place order before 2pm and pick it up same day." Yeah, not so much.

3 bad experiences here. We ordered an item, and it didn't come on time. No big deal, we went back a week later, they sent the wrong quantity. Thry also took about 40 mins to locate thr order and call management about the error. Said we needed to ship it back so they could send us the right quantity. We've ordered these from other Staples before and we know they come in bundles of 50, so why send back 50 so they can send it back with a second bundle. We needed the item, so they said to take the 50 and come back in a week and they'd have the full order of 100 for us. We went back today and they did not have the full order for us, just another half order, so this was a huge waste of time with no compensation. While we were there we were going to pick up ink, since they have dozens of signs all over their ink that day 110% price match guarantee. They agreed to price match best buy, but not beat it by 10%. Cashier says that's only if it's out of stock, which nowhere in the fine print does it say that. It says they match competition and beat it by 10%, but they will not. We will not be shopping at this Staples (or maybe any staples) again

Wesley (Tech Sales Supervisor) and Sarril (Store Manager) provided the best shopping experience and top rated customer service I have seen in a long time. These two employees went above and beyond my expectations. All the staff in the store were extremely courteous and helpful. Wesley went out of the way to fully explain the product while making recommendations. Sarril also made recommendations while volunteering to help with applying applications to the devices I purchased. This level of customer service needs to be recognized.

Staples has a large selection of office supplies and a moderate amount electronics. However, when compared to other stores, their items are way over priced. It is easy to see why online shopping is preferred to shopping in stores. There is no comparison to the savings found on line. I paid $3.49 for 500 staples, but 1000 staples were $2.99. The fact that I paid as much as a stapler for 500 staples is baffling. Probably my last stop there for any office supplies. I did compare other prices and noted that I paid $75.00 less for my printer online and computers were between $100 and $300 more than other stores and online. However, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

It seems incredibly difficult just to reading two dollars worth of stupid points. I can't look it up in the store, the register assistant cannot look it up. So I have to go to the website download some form that tells them how many points I have and then show them on my phone. This is too much troubl redeeming points. The female employee made sarcastic comments toward me and after her poor attitude, I went elsewhere. There was another customer in front of me that she was also treating poorly. The store seems to be stuck in a 90's Time Capsule. I thought the Office Depot down the street looked old but this location certainly tops that. The prices are some of the highest I've seen for items that you can purchase in other retailers for a much cheaper price. On the plus side, they have Overhead Projectors for $125... Even though I'm not sure who'd even buy that.

I bought a desk chair in January and have since moved, somewhere in the move, I lost the receipt, the chair has since broken while I was sitting it it, causing me to crash to the floor and bash my head on my desk. The man on the phone, who didn't identify himself, rudely asks "So what do you want me to do about it?" then tells me they won't exchange it without a receipt. Never buying from here again

If I could give zero stars, I would. I turn in a order to have a small booklet duplicated and enlarged. I dropped this off on 1 Oct 16 which was Saturday. I called today 7 Oct 16 at 430pm as I haven't heard anything from them all week on the status of my order. After being on hold for 30 min, they came back and said they had their hands full and would call me back. After not hearing from them, I headed to the store. When I got there, the guy there couldn't tell me anything about my order and when he found it, there was nothing done at all. What a waste of my time. A hole week and nothing done at all. The customer service was none Existent!!!!

I went to Staples today to pick up some things, most on sale. I had 4 pages of things printed out to buy and had made an reservation for one of the items. I got an email today saying that my item was ready for pick up. Going through the store I found only a few items that were on my list. I went up to the service desk to ask for help. After standing there watching 2 employees talking, and another helping a person who arrived after me I finally said are you going to ask if I need help. I got told they didn't have the first missing item from my list. I asked for help on a few more locations. Out of the 4 pages of things to buy, they had 3 of the items on my list from their sale ad. It's Tuesday, so their ad has been on for 2 days. Insane. I almost expected the .25 cent items to be gone, but not all the rest of the items. So I asked for my order that I got informed was there. One girl looked and then had to call a manager. My order was not there. I gave up, said they could put my few items in my cart away and left vowing that I WILL NEVER RETURN TO STAPLES.

Don't bother going to the printer here. TAKES FOREVER. They have only one person on staff in the department. I wait 30-50 mins every time and have walked out twice. Today was 50 mins to get 24 copies printed out. Not going here again.

Officemax up the road from this Staples closed up shop so I thought I would give this place a try. From time to time I need color copies for my job, not many but a few at a time. I went in about 11:00 am and I was second in line and there was one person behind the copy counter (Which was the copy center manager). When he was done he asked me what I needed as if I was interrupting his day. I asked him how I could email him a copy and print it. He walked over to the counter, grabbed a card and threw it on the counter and walked off. I thought ... well ok. So I emailed it to the store, which took a total of 5 seconds. Meanwhile this gentleman never looked at me again. He was messing with some kind of paper in the back of the copy center while I stood there waiting. I decided to just leave and not deal with this horrible customer service. I found The Copy Center on Academy which was super friendly and got me in and out in under 5 min.

Bought Toshiba laptop last week from Staples that qualified for free data transfer. Took laptop in to Staples today for data transfer. They refused to do it because I didn't have a "coupon." Never saw or heard of a "coupon" in my purchase. Staples wanted to charge me $69 to do it. I asked them to look up my purchase in their records to confirm. They wouldn't. I took the laptop to Office Depot who did the transfer for free in exchange for applying for an Office Depot credit card. Done! And with a $20K credit limit. Goodbye Staples, hello Office Depot. My business partners and I cut up our Staples credit card over lunch. Sorry customer service will do you in every time.

I have been in this store at least twice a month in the past 2 years and every time I usually have a good experience, the staff is friendly and price decent, I usually use the copy machines and they have there issue but nothing like other stores, for copy and printing they are definitely one of the best in town - see Linda - The store is always well kept and they seem to have more local deals on office supplies than the other stores in the area, would definitely recommend over any other staples stores in the area

They've got these self serve print machines that cost less than working with an employee so the employee showed me how to work the self serve machine...so he still did the work, but I got it for less and I learned something.
