Jim is always ready to help me when I am having computer problems. He just built a top of the line computer for my office at a very reasonable price. This is THE guy to go to in Huntsville for computer repair and custom built computers.

Jim has rescued my data from computer crashes at least twice. If it weren't for him, I wouldn't have recovered my dissertation data, which I had worked on for years, and I wouldn't have finished my PhD. He is your best bet at repairing your computers. If they can't be repaired, he will be honest with you and won't do unnecessary repairs just to rob you. He also educates you on how to avoid future computer issues and he gives great all-around advice. I was one of his first customers and I'm so happy that I took a chance on him. The quality of his service is far above anything you'll get from The Geek Squad. He even built a computer for me from scratch in 2011 using the best components at good prices. It's still running today and working fine.

From recovering files from a computer that crashed several years back, to most recently after having dropped my computer and messed up my screen. He researched and after consulting with me we determined it was best for me to purchase a refurbish machine, of which he found online.
