Cracked the screen on my IPhone. Asked for them to replace my screen. Wiped all of my data. Corrupted the firmware because the screens they use for the 6s Plusses are some sort of off-brand that the phone will reject and have, as they said 'a catastrophic software malfunction'. Still charged me full price. Next time I will go to a place that is ACTUALLY Apple Certified to do repairs. Nice guys though.

I am extremely satisfied by the prompt and professional service I received today from tour Store Manager, Klint. I came in expecting that I'd need to buy a new phone. Klint turns out to be not only an expert repairman, but he is also a gifted communicator. Many of us are clueless when it comes to the world of computers. We just want our equipment to work. Klint provided the most description of what he thought he could to to help out. He provided, prices, options, time frames - everything a customer wants to know. I quickly was assured that he knows his stuff. He said he needed a few minutes to diagnose my phone, so I had a Coke next door; and by the time I got back he had figured it out - had the battery I needed, and sent me on my way. I have been to the Apple Store twice with this phone. Klint is by far the best service member I've ever seen. If I were you, I would keep an eye on this employee for promotion potential. This guy will go far.

Each time I called Cellaris, I was greeted with great customer service over the phone. They were friendly and knew their stuff. When I went to the store, I got my iPhone 6 screen replaced within 10 minutes. Half the price of what I would have paid at the Apple Store, but quicker and just as reliable. The service was good but the screens they use to replace are not nearly as durable as Apple’s. They break easily...very easily and mechanical features often will fail 1-2 months after installation. I got my screen replaced then within three weeks, the screen was not AS sensitive and the up-to-face feature stopped working—meaning the ability to turn off the screen during calls—discontinued. The next day I was going to return the phone to show the problems, the representative stated once the screen broke, it was no longer under warranty despite the features failing BEFORE re-breaking the screen. I am disappointed in the replacement products used and the service after replacement.

I was up here for the weekend from Houston when I dropped my phone and cracked the screen. The screen went completely unreadable. I called Cellairis at one location and they didn't have what I needed. They transferred my call to this location. They said to come in and they would get on it asap. I had to wait at their location (inside the Walmart) because I had no place else to go. The owner was absolutely accommodating and as I chatted with him, he worked on my phone. When all was said and done, my phone was fixed 100%, at the price they quoted and as quickly as possible. I highly recommend if you need cell phone repair or computer repair, you give these guys a call. Honesty is a big selling point for me and they were 100%.

Don't take your phone here!! I took my sons phone to get the screen fixed and the manager seemed nice enough at first. He said my phone would be ready in a few hours. A few hours came and went, never heard back. I returned to the store the next afternoon thinking maybe I missed the call. They had no record of me being there. They finally found my phone and gave it to me with dead spots all over the screen and by the time I had gotten home the screen was actually falling off the phone. I immediately went back to the store and spoke with the assistant manager Klint E. He said it was probably the new manager that fixed it and he probably doesn't know what he is doing. He gave me no trouble to put another screen on, and he had it done within a few hours. I thought this was great. 6 days later there appeared to be stress fractures in the screen with dead spots once again. I took it to the store AGAIN. This time I spoke to the regional manager Kerry. He told me that the quality of work was good even though he could lift the screen up off the phone with his fingertips. I explained to him that I had been there 3 times already and I wasn't happy. He proceeds to argue with me that they believe the phone had been dropped, when it is obvious that the small cracks were not from being dropped. Nevertheless he refused to make it right. He offered for me to buy another screen at their cost,an additional $50 on top of the $110 already paid. I tried calling the customer service line and have not gotten a response. I think this could been avoided by trying to make things right for the customer. But instead, I feel that I was ripped off when I probably could have found a decent phone for $160. If you want bad quality and horrible customer service, then go here.

After waiting 2 weeks for Sprint to get a new touch screen for my Galaxy S5, I took my phone to Clint at Cellairis at Walmart in Pioneer Hills. This shop is a joke. Don’t go here unless you want to get your phone broken for the convenient price of free! GO TO UBREAKIFIX INSTEAD. We left my iphone to have the screen replaced & returned to a broken phone that wouldn’t turn on. I was told they couldn’t do a further analysis to find the issue until Tuesday after Memorial Day. It was Saturday & I live out of town & couldn’t wait until Tuesday so I took matters into my own hands & visited ubreakifix which is literally two minutes away from Walmart. Upon leaving my phone there they told me the damage was not fixable & basically Cellarius had left me with a paperweight. I returned to Cellarius on that Tuesday to see if there was anything they could do to help me get a new phone to replace the phone they broke. The sign read “out for lunch”, so we waited. We sat in Walmart for an hour & a half before we gave up. We left voicemails & never heard a response. I went ahead & bought a new phone at this point. Thanks Cellarius for breaking my perfectly working phone that only needed a screen! Your customer service needs work, I come from a family of small businesses & understand what word of mouth will do to you. I also empathize that your small business puts food on your table which is why I hesitated to write this in the first place. However it’s been a month since the incident & I have yet to hear back from you. My advice? Drive two minutes over to ubreakifix & have them handle your phone. They guaranteed me that if it had been them they would of had a replacement phone for me!

Great when you're in a bind for time or the break is just too bad, but I wouldn't run to spend the money every time!

Well I wish I could say that my experience was as good as a lot of other folks’, but it wasn’t even close. I had went to ubreakifix previously for a broken screen and I had a great experience but I decided to try Cellairus this time because I heard their rates were better. Their reviews looked good so I gave them a shot. Sadly, that was a mistake. I went in and was told it would be 20 minutes. I proceeded to shop around Wal Mart and went back 30 minutes later. The young man behind the counter (I didn’t get his name. I was hoping it would be on the receipt that was supposed to come to my email but never was) told me that he was having trouble getting the fingerprint recognition to work so he needed a few more minutes. Ok, no biggie. 40 minutes later....I asked him how it was going and he closed it up and said it’s done. I said, “Great!” He said....”...but the home button doesn’t work now. Do you know how to pull up an emergency call?” He then proceeded to tell me that some of their screens are defective and this happens but he could give me $15 off and my next broken screen would be free. I asked him if he knows the screen is defective isn’t it his responsibility to put a non-defective one in?! He said he guessed but it would take him another hour. I said I would be back in an hour then. Came back and we stood there waiting for another 20 minutes. He did get it fixed but instead of still giving me any sort of a discount or even an apology, he ended up charging me 10 bucks more than he originally told me it would be. There was a few other things but I think I’ve said enough. Extremely disappointed. I will be sticking with ubreakifix from now on.

After the wonderful service I received from the people at the store, I personally felt obligated to give them a 5 star. I went to the store because I needed to borrow some tools for my iPhone, and all the other shops were not willing to even let me touch their screwdriver without me paying them. However, the people at Cellaris offered everything they could to help me out, and the people working there were very genuine and sincere. I could immediately tell that they were kind people and just not salesman trying to make money. They were some of the nicest and most knowledgeable people you will ever meet. They also offer amazing deals, so I highly recommend them if you need any repairs/accessories.

I just got my screen replaced from cellairis in Walmart on Parker and chambers and everything was all good at first but a week later I was cleaning the screen with one of those glass cleaning cloths and the screen just shattteted right under the cloth, I wasn't punching hard or anything. So it just leads me to believe this was very poor glass that was installed in the first place, and then when I go into the store to get it replaced again, I am told by the manager that they can't replace it unless the screen is unresponsive. I just spent over 100$ to fix my screen and it broke not even a week later and you guys can't even replace the poor glass you guys put into my iPad. Unacceptable.

Both of the people that assisted me, Casper was on the side and I cant for the life of me remember the other, but they were the best possible form of helpful someone could ask for. My phone had a problem after being fixed that wasn't necessarily their fault, but under the pretense that it could have possibly been them, he spent the next hour working on it, trying different methods, and getting advice from others in their field. Wow wow wow!!! I can’t say Thank you enough. My phone was ran over, screen was totally shattered, my phone was basically folded in half. I went for a cracked screen replacement for iPhone 7+. Everything looked great until we found out the the home screen button doesn't work. The home screen button and everything else worked before any service was done. I was told to come back the next day by Effrain who worked on the phone. I paid $192 ($129.99 for repair and $49 for warranty). Next day after an hour, I get a call from Effrain and he says I he needs to talk about the phone and to come back. He says the home screen button can be repaired for additional cost of $120. I refused because the home screen was working before he replaced the screen. Also, I requested a refund for the warranty because the phone must pass a test to verify the phone is in working condition. With a broken home button and my refusal to pay additional $120 for repair, the warranty is invalid. Effrain offered a refund of $119.00 as long as he puts the cracked screen back in place. READ THE CONTRACT on the liability waiver and refund. I decided to keep the phone as is. However, after inspecting the phone, along with the home screen button not working, the finger print recognition does not work, and you can't hear through ear phone (only speaker phone works). I walked out of the store with more issues.
