I was in ENV engg during 1970 1972 for MS studies Dr RK Ham Dr PM Berthouex Dr WC Boyle Dr Polkowski taught ENV engg. Dr ham was supervisor to help me. The more building constructed. Engg building was then done. I like the university of Wisconsin , Madison, the most then after coming back to India I served teaching at National Institute of Technology VNIT Nagpur Maharashtra 1974 to 2010, for 35 + years taught MS students also Undergrad students.
