I took IT classes and thought the instructors were genuinely interested in teaching. The general classes here might be easier for those who want a classroom setting versus lecture halls. I feel that the this school offers a great value when compared to a University (I graduated UWO undergrad prior to IT classes.)

Communication, organization and efficiency are key things FVTC is lacking and would use the word - poor. With my years as a student at universities and other tech colleges I do give FVTC a thumbs down in comparison to NWTC, MATC, UWGB and UWL.to which I have attended throughout years.

Was an absolute challenge to deal with the administrative offices. Almost liked they enjoyed being difficult.

Woulda gave 5 except parking is terrible. Shouldn't be almost full at 8:30 in the morning, making it hard to find a good spot >:(

John and his team of instructors are amazing!! If you are looking at starting a career as a truck driver or looking to get a CDL there is no better place. These guys will train you for real world situations and how to be an above average driver. None better!!!

Mack

Nice campus. Financial aid staff is a bit pushy and overly optimistic.

A great tech college. Teachers are great and this school is really part of the community. Great truck driving school as well. This best in the nation.

Attending under the IT Network System Administration course. This school is an amazing place to pick up wherever you left off last. Instructors are extremely knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly. I would absolutely recommend FVTC to anyone looking to further their education.

I filled out the an application for the FVTC and did all the requirements they asked me to do, I also spoke with the people who is in charge of that area and Mrs. Mountour spoke to me in an aggressive way and I did not get any help. In other hand, I called them and explained my situation and they hanged me without no help. This school should have people who help students to achieve their dreams and not let them go. What bad experience I got with the staff of Fox Valley Technical College. I will have to pay again filling another application in another school.

Big school, friendly people, very helpful staff. Great experience while we were there . Highly reccomend. They have so many different courses of study and lots of programs and benefits such as tutoring and library and on campus meals.

Got my CDL through FVTC in August 2016. They had good equipment to drive and nice classrooms to do paperwork in. Dale and Mo were great instructors.

I’m 35 year old male with 2 kids. I also served 8years in the US Army. I took there automotive program. I’m absolutely dissapointed I wasted my Post 9/11 Bill on this school. Seems like there auto program has its own rules. They do have a computer lab to do homework I. But there’s no one available to help you. So if you don’t ask in class your outta luck. Seems also like fair treatment is out the door here. If the instructor likes someone more then you, be prepared to wait. Because he will take all the time helping them and ignoring you in lab. Also I noticed that for tests and homework they’ll really cut others slack and not cut you a break. I went to the councilors about this and sat and talked with him for a good hour. I thought at least something would be done. NOPE. I tried calling to check and I was ignored. The second semester I had to actually see the dean to help something done. And even then the instructor knew I couldn’t do a thing so now that he knows I’m the one that went there he got even worse. Also I’m 35 I did my time cleaning up after others in the army I don’t want to have to come to school and clean up after them. You have some instructors (night) that seems like they don’t check there students. So when we come in the morning we get stuck scrubbing floors that they dirtied. It gets old fast. If you use the Post 9/11 Bill and something happens don’t think your going drop. If they mark you with a W instead of a F. Be prepared to pay it all back. And the instructors know this so it kinda seems like they torture you more. Don’t get me wrong there are some good instructors but since your stuck with one per semester there’s a huge risk you might get screwed out of your money also. My grades are A’s and B’s so don’t think I’m sore about that. I do feel these programs are set for 18 year olds. You make your own choice but I sure won’t waste any more money at this school.

BAD :( You don't want find a school shows you ignorance, they just don't care you. Once you got connected with the worker on the phone, they just put you on hold forever and they just makes you feel awkward if you speak fabulous English. They always said: yes. wait! No patience no nice attitude. It's hard to find one paid CDL Training school that you can trust, I finally chose this school as my first began. However, they are just quite busy have no time to call you telling you what you can start with your next step after completed application. I have been completed my application online about a week ago, after I completed it I call the school number. They said they will call me within 1-2days after I have completed my application online at Reohel school training website. And I was waiting for 2days then call them back, they said they have been received my application and they give me someone's phone number who is going to tell me more detail about how I can start next step. His name is Adam. They said Adam will call me back too just about today or tomorrow. And then I called Adam, always leave voice message which it's fine. I left 2messages but never call me back. I called back the main number try to speak And I am still waiting ..... You spent more than 30 minutes to fill out the application and then you just wait for something wrong. It's wasting time here. I like driving that's why I want become a truck driver, but they don't like the job they are doing, you don't want start frustrate training journey. 【Go to CRST】I'm going to choose CRST, they kept contact me many times, very nice and open to help potential students. I didn't choose CRST CDL training at first time because the travel distance is too too far, it takes me drive 15 Hours to get there. Be cautious before making any decisions. Good luck! Everyone!

First off I have really enjoyed taking classes at FVTC. It is a great way to experience learning as a non-traditional student. But my latest experience is a bit disappointing. I just enrolled in a non-credited class on-line. In order to make a credit card payment I was directed to "PayPass" which I assumed was the same as "PayPal". Much to my surprise I was charged a $3 service fee. I called FVTC to ask for a refund of the fee and I would pay by check or another way using my credit card. The customer service person said it was too late. This is a fee that goes directly to the PayPass company as a way to pay for the credit card processing services. FVTC does not incur any credit card processing charges. I feel bad for the students who have limited funds and are charged additional money to pay by credit card. Instead include the cost of paying by credit card as a higher registration fee and charge less for those paying by cash or check.

the worst thing about the main campus of fvtc is it is not as nice when you enter the building in main front compared nwtc in green bay or ntc in wausau.but when i went where it good.nwtc and ntc have more campus extinctions then here.

Spare your time and save your money, this school is extremely unorganized in each department and is basically operated by the same small handful of arrogant instructors that behave like "gangstalkers" who have no time to help and when they do, they humiliate you in class and make you feel incompetent which is an utter outrage especially since students are there to learn in the first place and if the targeted student speaks up about any unfortunate event it will result in un-traced grade lowering that the dean himself can not detect. Another thing to note, the materials that students have to buy are irrelevant to the curriculum; the instructors use the least secure public resources that it is no wonder why so many IT newbies struggle with assignment submission and is why I would never go back to this school.. such a waste and Not worth the Headache at the FVTC
