Bad financial aid department, teachers dont want to help, especially Debra Workmen with student success. When you withdraw they dont wont to talk you out of it, they simply dont care. The books are in bad shape, if you order them from the school. They always find a way to mess up financial aid or cause a student to have to pay more to the college. The president of the college is super nice though.

non-knowledgeable teachers. poor selection of college books, written by the norm for the norm, and not realistic to the world. teachers who know nothing about the subject they are teaching. cater to students whose employer pays for their education, unless you are an attractive female and they just assume you are sleeping with your boss and are stupid without even knowing if you have a job or not. I did not. However, if you want a piece of paper, enjoy kissing up, and not learning or doing homework, and already have a job lined up, then by all means this is the school for you. Warning for religious people. They do not advertise themselves as a religious school. However, they used to be a Baptist college. they require a religious course, and most likely it will be Baptist teachings, and not Biblical.

Visited Bluefield College while staying with family after evacuating our home for Hurricane Irma. We were impressed with how attentive the staff was to our needs that day, the tour, application process, meeting coaches, etc.
