Very easy and speedy registration and application process. Definitely do some research on the teachers first though - some are absolutely wonderful, others don't know what they are talking about or just don't care about their own class.

Trying to register for ONE class has so far been impossible. No one in admissions/financial aid can answer any questions (when they make it to work) and they all come across as being new at their jobs. I couldn't get an answer from anyone as to what else they needed from me (I asked three different people just today and I have been trying to get that question answered for two weeks) so I finally gave up trying to get admitted. After that ordeal it's probably for the best.

The quality of the instructors ranged from God-awful to superb, and there's no way of figuring out what you'll end up with when you enroll in a course.

The website is not user friendly. They make it very complicated to register for a class. The professors, however, are helpful and seem to enjoy teaching.

If I could give this "college" zero stars, I would. I took a few classes there for a week and a half because I needed some cheap credits in order to graduate early from my real school. I'm not typically a judgmental person, but after about ten minutes I couldn't believe how much of a joke it was. First off, the place reeks. Like I'm not sure how it's scientifically possible for any building to smell that bad. Furthermore, two of my professors could barely speak English and another one was extremely uptight and treated the students like 3rd graders. You know it's bad when your Spanish teacher's comprehension of the English language is spectacular compared to the other teachers. But what was most pathetic was a large portion of the "students." Most of them clearly didn't want to be there, which is ridiculous considering you're paying for further education so you should want to be in school. A lot of kids were clearly low functioning, ignorant, and unmotivated. The one moment I'll remember for a while was when a kid had to get escorted out because he was on meth. I hope he can get help with his addiction, but you can't have students coming into class drooling and expect anybody to take this place seriously. So, you get what you pay for. I wouldn't recommend the school to anyone who is evenly remotely educated. I've heard it makes illegal Mexicans hop back over the border because they realized they can get a better education on the other side.

VERY POOR. I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR WEEKS TO ACTUALLY SPEAK TO SOME ONE ON THE PHONE FOR THE LPN PROGRAM. EVERY TIME I CALL IM AND SHIPPED TO A VM . DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY SIT AT THE DESK IN AN OFFICE OR WHAT? HOW ARE STUDENTS OR THOSE NEEDING QUESTIONS ANSWERED SUPPOSE TO FEEKL ABOUT A PLACE THAT HAS A NON EXSITING STAFF?

Mass Bay Community College has an unbelievably wonderful, and awesome faculty and staff! I do not know of any other establishment that has ever really cared about its students, as individuals and as a whole, the way Mass Bay and all who work there do! If they were to offer more than a two year degree, I would gladly, willingly, and wantingly continue my degree seeking career with them! If any individual(s) wants or needs any support that is truly and honestly genuine, and that will enable them to do something productive and enjoyable with their lives, then this is the school to choose! AVP Mary Shia, DOR Sarah Reading, and President John O' Donnell are not just names on unopened doors, they truly do care about the future success of every individual student at Mass Bay Community College!

Massbay is not a school it's a business. All they care about is getting your money and screwing you over. The lady at student accounts in Wellesley seems unhappy with her job and gives you so much attitude for wanting to know why it's taking 2 months to get a response back from them. If they owe you money good luck trying to get it back. If you have any issues you have to fight harder than a fish gasping for air in land.They lie about clinical sites they have for your internships,charge you so many fees for facilities that are never available or outdated.If your thinking about getting an education here DON'T!!!!!!!...your better off driving out your way to QCC ,Middlesex, or just apply to UMass, Worcester even Salem State. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THEM. They care less about you then Trump does minorities!!!!!

Got my Associates Degree here, no regrets! I’ve been an alumni for a year now and I look back at my experience and can’t really think about any negative experiences. I went here right out of high school and didn’t know what I wanted to do, changed my major after two semesters. I did Mass Transfer (look into it!) and am now at a four year school. The professors are equivalent to where I am now. What helped me get through Massbay was making great friends that were in my classes and finding good professors and then taking them again in different classes. Massbay is underrated! They have the best prices, good locations, and good professors.
