I have no idea how to begin. I have currently been trying to get transcripts for going on 8 months now. With excuses ranging from having to pay all my student debt up front to they can’t find my file. I have finished my PhD and know exactly what they’re doing to this student and it’s deplorable. Every time I call them out in a lie they hang up. Driving to the school is a little out of the question because we live 4 states away but I see no other was of actually talking to someone. I’ve been talking to lawyers and they say I have a case but I don’t wish to sue a school even if it’s graduation rate is 33% ( laughable ) but attention students. Go to ptsu instead it’s cheaper and much better than this school by far.
