What it goes to this school is pretty good school very helpful for her to learn

Don't waste your time on this school. It's no more than a glorified high school. Nursing program sucked. And they maneuver ways to get money like the way I was handled. I was dropped from the program for failing a lab procedure. But Rhonda Browning (Nurse Instructor) showed that I withdrew so they could charge me for the entire semester of $1200.00 more. This has happened before even though when a student drops a class, they charged me for withdrawing getting additional money. They are rude, the staff is unprofessional, and the the whole idea of getting a BS is a joke. Sabe y o ur money. They have ways not only to get Govt. Assistance but also will find a way to charge you more. Don't trust them. Been sucked for a program not allowed to attend. All nursing instructors are dumber than a brick. And every time you complete courses to be able to go into a program, they continue to add more classes to complete. Took me 5 it's to get to the Nursing Program by adding. Don't trust it. Go to a real Community college like Trident Tech. I have 60 credits but no degree. They keep adding more courses. Now I need 7 more. What a waste of time and money. Don't get sucked in.

The curriculum and facilities are fine, but the administration needs major reformation. There is always some hoop I have to jump through when registering for the next term, such as a lack of college transcripts (which I turned in my first semester), etc. I don't know if the staff is incompetent, or if it's the work-study people's doing, but registration should not be this much of a hassle.

Wish I could give them NO stars. Student Services never picks up the phone and when they do. They will direct you to someone who never picks up or return your calls. I left numerous voicemails about my financial aid for WEEKS ! & not one time did I receive a call back !

Rude customer service. I received email after email about the college but when I call, if anyone answers they're so short with answering questions and ready to get off the phone. Not interested in helping new students.

I gave one star because I had to. OCTech sends people on wild goose hunts just to get benefits that they are owed. Registration is a hassle when your ALREADY a student because you have to speak to your exact advisor, and the advisors are on vacation in the Summer. Well there goes your $50 late registration fee. Also fees, fees, let's talk about their fees. Fees for no reason, that no one can explain but you still have to pay them. I'd rather drive a long distance than to attend this school but it's convenient when your a working parent so I guess I'll deal with the mess until further notice.

i didnt want to give a star at all the teachers for the ged classes does not help you at all ive been there this is going on year two and ive only passed one test im tired of asking them for help this is wrong im so stuck on what to do

I had the pleasure of accompanying a young man to the campus to set up his financial aid,to check on his admissions application, and to take the Compass test on June 5, 2013. I was so impressed with each department. The staff was not only extremely helpful, but also eager to do so. It was a delightful experience for this young man, his grandmother, and me. Thank you for employing such wonderful, caring people. From the receptionist to the testing department, we were treated with such interesst. Again, it was a delight. Thanks, Jenny Rourk

NEVER CALL.... If someone answers it will be a work-study student that does not know jack. That is if they answer. I am on hold as I write this. Later I found out the school was closed for the day. Thanks for repeatedly telling me all lines are busy when there was no one was there!!!
