The campus is very big, with nice lawn and pavements. The buildings are also nice looking but old. They might need to number the classrooms quite clearer so that students can easily find them. The people are generally kind; I am not sure on this because I was attending a competition there and some students were actually foreign, coming from other universities. Generally a good place to visit.

I did a summer job for JHU CTY at Lafayette College. Beautiful historical campus. The landscape is picturesque. A wonderful place for those who love reading, writing, meditation, or anything peaceful. The library has big windows with gorgeous views. Feeling closer to the sky. Wanna come back again.

I have found Lafayette College to be a close-knit community of students/faculty/staff/alumni. Students are very friendly and as keen learners are personal credits for any agency or company. There are two brands of the College: an excellent student/teacher relationship and very kind, devoted alumni. This combination makes for a more than relevant, far-seeing preparation of each student for his/her career and future role in their communities. I have had long and satisfying relationships with the geology and history departments and with the Lafayette College Crew Club. Other alumni are close with their respective engineering and liberal arts programs. A few of my friends return often to play in the annual Alumni vs Student Hockey game.
