I can't believe that almost 3 years passed since I decided to attend F&M. Now I am Junior and I am sincerely upset about the fact that at the end of the next year I will be leaving my college years behind. Starting college life is hard. Even harder it is if your start is as international student, who got no friends on this side of Atlantic. F&M was able to provide me with a friendly and welcoming community, great professors and friends that will last me for the rest of my life. Here, I was able not only to pursue my area of interest, Business, but start something that I always wished for, learning Japanese. Thanks to F&M I was able to attend summer program in Japan, making tons of new friends, and new memories. F&M is a prefect place for you, if you want to do something, you truly love. Faculty here is extremely bright and welcoming, the community is hardworking, yet fun and campus itself, is small and cozy. I know plenty of people here that are both pre-med and art students, or business and english majors. Franklin and Marshall gives you endless opportunities to do something fun. It is your task not to miss them!

Thus far the experience is a great one. Yes, it is hard and yes, it is rigorous, but the people and the atmosphere are amazing.

I am a freshman student at Franklin and Marshall College and I must say that I love my college. This place is amazing. The community is very closely-knit and everyone is always ready to help. The college has great facilities available to students and classes are very interesting and engaging. Professors and staff members are always ready to assist whether you need help in academic matters, or you just need to talk to someone about your concerns. The academic atmosphere is very motivating. As for the campus life, it is very exciting, and a lot of fun. Events are organized nearly every week. I have been here for two months and I have greatly enjoyed this experience. I love F&M!!!

Franklin & Marshall has been a wonderful experience so far. There have been ups and downs as with any college, but I have finally settled into the groove here and I really like it. Academics are very difficult, to be honest, but they are manageable and really help you to realize that you can accomplish anything if you put your mind to it. Your professors will also be more than happy to help if you are having trouble; they may seem difficult or impossible when assigning homework and projects, but they really just want to see you succeed so if you are having any problems they are just an email or office hour away.

I'm currently a freshman here and so far I feel this is truly a home from home! Academics: simple excellent. Natural sciences here are very great. Profs are very approachable and really helpful. Word load may be heavy but definitely worth it if you study hard. People: laid-back, cheerful, fun, spirited and determined but not overly-competitive. Very comfortable to be with. Can easily find my own niche in this college. Campus: pretty small compared to other colleges but I love it this way. You can go to anywhere on campus real quick and easy. Dorms are spacious (at least in my dorm). Food is okay/good. There are quite a few events going on on campus. Basically this college is a greatttt fit for me and I love it!

I do not have cable TV...but, with your alumnus Mr. Kenneth M. Duberstein being portrayed in the bio-pic 'Confirmation' (starring Wendell Pierce and Kerry Washington) by the 'most lovable 'Cam' (modern family), I am getting a temporary subscription to HBO!!! Because of such notable Alumni as Mr. Duberstein, I have given your college a 5-star rating! Dr. P. Edwards-Conrad.

One star says all I have to say about this place. It deserves no more. Probably less. Discusted, I walked off the campus, walked downtown, enlisted in the Marines.

As a parent of three graduates, F&M prepared them well for their adult lives.

The employment of Professor Van Gosse reflects a 19th century mindset of racism to which our youth will be immersed in this school. A true institution of lower education.

The most important thing to know is that the workload here can be very difficult to handle if you're not used to used to studying. Despite this, the professors here truly care about their students and can be great advocates when you want to find internships. In addition, there are a ton of resources available for students here. For example, there is a center for postgraduate studies where you can get help with your resume. Although greek life is dominant, there are other ways to get involved on campus such as joining the student paper, or performing in a play. As a rising junior, I can say that I'm really glad that I chose this college.
