The MSF course here is pretty crappy. The instructor Dom kinda had a chip on his shoulder the entire time with hardly any personality. The motorcycles are literally falling apart or hardly running from poor maintenance. If it wasn’t the cheapest MSF course I could find I wouldn’t have taken it there. I passed the class which is all I care about but there needs to be updates to their motorcycle inventory.

Some of the instructors don't care about how you do in the class and don't take the appropriate measures to help their students, also the financial aid office is full of rude people who don't care about certain circumstances

Great school. Since it’s a jr school my time there was short before we moved but they have very great professors and you really learn skills that can help in the working field.

I loved going here and wish that I was able to re enroll here, but By the time I move back to NC, I’ll be an hour away. I’ve had very nice instructors. Especially when i was in the CNA program. My only issue with them was for the two years I had been there, I had roughly 7 advisors. The first time I enrolled I was set to be a PA. After the first semester I decided on the ADN program. My advisor didn’t set up my plan right and had me for AA (nothing wrong with that but adds extra classes that Are not required for ADN). Then After 2 tries I finally got them to change it to ADN like it was supposed to be. One of my advisor’s though ( I won’t say her name to respect her privacy) screwed me over big time. I had asked if DCCC had microbiology that I could take (as I was moving to CA to be with my husband who is in the military) and she said no. I needed that classes so I could jump into the nursing program in CA. Come to find out after the semester was over, my friend told me she was in micro and that they had always had it and that she didn’t understand why she lied about it. Luckily she was fired. That was my only issues with this school. Other than that, I loved it!

This school is absolutely incredible.The instructors, the staff,&the advisors are all friendly they are very organized and the food omg u will kill yourself over.lol The only downside is they dont offer a lot of programs but this is the best community college in nc between gtcc, charlotte community college and this one.These are your best 3 choices!But id rather go here they give each student a excellent college experience i havent heard one person complain yet.

The teacher Ms.Kennedy in the Cosmetology department is very rude to clients. She is plain rude to the Students failing students for petty items.. such as a baggy that has wrinkles in it. She should retire and needs to find another job elsewhere. Wonder if she has a job outside of this college.. i sure hope not ...

I did my CNA class here. I have never been treated like such a juvenile! From orientation where the presenter threatened to confiscate the phones of grownups, to the way office staff talked to me. The major insult was the way we were treated in class, like they didn't trust us. I know dress code is important but still: Our instructor forced us to show her our underwear in preparation for clinicals to make sure they were skin tone. As in WE HAD TO LOWER OUR PANTS SLIGHTLY TO SHOW OUR INSTRUCTOR. I protested as this violated my personal convictions of modesty and was told I would do it or not be able to do clinicals, ie fail the class. When I went to the office about it I was written off completely. I'm not going to be the one to sue but I certainly hope DCCC is ready for that if they continue to let their teachers engage in such inappropriate behavior.

Larry Lee, This is the worst Instructor ever to come across, in fact most of the students left his class and regret even considering it, because he is the worst ever. Some students have even went to other cities for the same course to get better education as he speaks of his divorces and family problems and other stuff more than the education itself. Waste of time, energy, worst EVER. Waste! GET Him OUT to say least and do us better, Just Terrible!.
