I had one of the best college experiences here at Massasoit Community College. I transferred to Massasoit from Curry College because I was particularly sure if school was the right fit for me. I had classes transfer over from Curry which left me with 1.5 semesters at Massasoit. While attending Massasoit I played on both the soccer and the softball team while attending school and playing on two sports teams I have officially graduated with an associates in Criminal Justice with honors, and also in the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. So Massasoit, thank you for getting my back in my groove and making me feel good about school and myself again!

You will find some of the most dedicated hard working staff (from Professors and Advisors to the maintenance ppl and Campus PD) at MCC Brockton. MANY of them understand what it's like for those of us that take classes at a community college (wether we are there by choice or for financial reasons or whatever). MANY of them have sat where we students have sat and few forget what it was like on their own career paths. Alot teach classes at more prestigious places AND work at MCC for that very reason. I've been going there on and off for a long time and if you are willing to put in the time and effort any college course requires you will be met with as much support, courtesy and help from the school as a whole as well as the individual teachers, advisors, tutors etc.

been there for three years and i have to say its been a great experience. All the professors I have ever had were kind, understanding, and helpful. If i did not understand the course work the tutoring center pointed me in the right direction on learning the material.

Please don’t waste your time, the people are very unhelpful, aren’t clear and they take forever to respond which resulted in me having to apply to another community college last minute, then they responded a week after I had everything settled with the other school Massasoit responded but I said I’d only take an online class 2 days later they dropped me from the class for non payment and when I tried to withdraw completely they said I still had to pay my bill. Like how and why would I pay for class I didn’t take?!

This school is horrible! Not only did I not learn anything there, but trying to get a hold. of administration is a NIGHTMARE! While trying to fund my education there the staff I had spoken with (after two weeks of trying) told me I was all set and my classes were covered. Now I have money coming out of my tax refunds??? This to me is astonishing and nothing is going to be done about it.

The First couple of years were great, since that have had teachers and deans call me a liar and a " disgrace" it's amazing they can do this and get away with it. When i said id write a review she laughed. well here it is. they claim to care but they don't. Do yourself a favor and ask someone who goes there if its a joke or not.

The staff that I have encountered were always as helpful as they could be. Shout out to everyone working at the help desk, they responded to my email immediately with answers to all of my questions, I didn't think I would even get a response that day. Thanks guys.

Unspoken Truth

They closed down the cafe for the poor innocent school students, that don’t partake in gang violence, due to one fight that happened. No students can’t even sit and study in the cafeteria. If you guys have several police offices guarding the cafeteria doors why not let students eat there? And suspend the student who ruined it for all of us. Smh think about your students who pay 3500 a semester to eat there food in there poring rain.
