What a wonderful experience I had at the Curry College in 2010. I was on a schooltrip from Italy and I spent there 10 days. The teachers were so lovely with us.

This school is a joke. The quality of students is embarrassing. The food is beyond terrible and overpriced and portioned and can't take as much as you want. The dorms are old +gross and there is absolutely NOTHING that goes on at this campus. thats right, 0 parties. the campus security thinks there the FBI and will raid your room no questions asked. freshman can't have cars on campus and everyone goes home on the weekends. The school has managed to get names like curry high & camp curry due to the strictness of the school and the lack of events. Do you self a favor and DO NOT GO TO THIS SCHOOL biggest waist of money ever. terrible employment rate. the credits do not transfer del to other schools!! insed of making the students happy they try and trap you their by removing reviews like this and holding your transcripts. Basically I beg of you to listen to this review and save your life from depression and misery.

Wonderful professors, great curriculum, plenty of extra curricular clubs and events, plenty of help resources, safe campus easy to get from one side to the other walking, okay food, on the expensive side for tuition, many dorm problems and inconvienances from offices

PISS POOR SCHOOL DO NOT GO HERE THIS IS A PISS POOR SCHOOL .This school is horrible, being a student here I would know this. For any one looking to come here think otherwise! I would have left if the credits were to transfer, but because it is such a rundown school other institutions do not accept Curry College credits. Hard to believe, yet it is true. Worst college experience, campus sucked, people sucked, classes sucked, weekends sucked. The food was also awful, and you can't take as much as you want. (What college does that? None.) Wish I never applied here. Everything about this school was awful. I wish I transfered mid first semester but I figured I would wait and maybe it would get better. I was wrong. It got worse. Housekeeping didn't clean our bathrooms, maintenance wouldn't fix our sink/shower. There would be throw-up sitting in hour hallway for a full day. Also, I can recall two instances where we didn't have hot water for 3 days. I wouldn't be surprised if this college got shut down its awful for what you pay. DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID, CHOOSE ANOTHER SCHOOL.

Curry College is a gem. Our daughter is happy here, doing well academically and socially. The campus is beautiful and well kept. The student center is as good or better than any of the dozens that we have visited across the country. The menu offerings are diverse and of high quality. While her freshman dorm could use a renovation, her current facility is beautiful inside and out. There has been at least one weak professor, but that is no different than my own college experience. As she delves deeper into her major, the teaching level and effectiveness has improved. Apparently, a number of students do leave on the weekend, but there is still plenty of fun to be had. There was a dance just last night, and she is regularly in Boston or Braintree with a diverse group of friends. Perhaps most importantly, she is being well prepared for employment upon graduation.

I graduated class of 1992 if it wasn't for Curry College I would never have succeeded in getting my degree it was a wonderful college and had wonderful professors they cared about their students as a student with dyslexia and back in the late 80s the only college that would accept any students with a learning difference plus I made a lot of great friends and it was a wonderful experience if I had to do over I would go back to Curry again I wish I could go back to those days of Curry College they were the best time of my life I would strongly suggest is college for anybody who has a learning difference they have a wonderful program and wonderful people and the professors really care

There are rats in MANY of their dorms. And they will refuse to aid in stopping the issue! For what you pay, there is NONE of that money going towards maintenance, residential amenities, and simple upkeeping. Don’t attend unless you want to hear rats scurrying at night!

There's good things and bad things about any educational institute, and Curry College is no exception. The good things include the campus (it's beautiful), the fact that the professors and staff do care about you and stay in touch with you long after you graduate, its proximity to Boston, and that you are not just a number here. The bad things include the price of the school (it's ridiculously overpriced), the food (no college really has great food though, let's be honest), the dorm life (nearly everyone who goes to this school lives locally and goes home on weekends, despite what they tell you when you first visit the campus), and the fact that transportation around the area may be difficult if you do not have a car since there isn't much around this suburban area. There's no local buses or anything, although there is a train station nearby I didn't find out about that until I'd been at the school almost a year. I stayed at Curry for four years, and while I had a pretty good experience I understand why some people wouldn't. That said, it's only an "okay" school. If I could do it over again, I probably wouldn't have gone there (mostly because of the student loans I have now). I do appreciate my time there though, and I know I did grow as a person.

Our daughter participated in a Nike sports camp at Curry in summer 2016. She had much fun and the campus was spacious and well tended.

I went to curry college for a year and I met a lot of great people there but besides that I would have to say I really disliked the college. Everyone who went to school there lived in the area locally and they would go home on the weekends. I didn't live locally so this was not an option for me therefore I would be on the campus during the weekends and it was a ghost town. The only good thing about the college is that it is near Boston so at least when everyone left I would be able to go to Boston and find something fun to do. The dorm rooms were really small and the dorm halls were a mess. I noticed that curry college tends to let people into there college that don't necessarily belong in college what so ever, there were a lot of delinquents that would cause trouble. One time a player on the basketball team hit me in the face with brass knuckles, and I knew exactly who the person was and pointed them out to the "Public Safety" officers and they didnt do anything about it. How is someone supposed to feel safe in this school? I wouldnt recommend anyone letting there child go to this school, not only because of all the things I have stated but also because its is ridiculously expensive, and you definitely would get a better quality of education for much cheaper at a state school.
