I don’t appreciate being solicited to give money when I still owe $1,000’s in student loans. “Can you give $100?” No. “Can you give $25?” No. It’s just in bad form. It’s rude. It’s fake. Leave me alone.

Homey campus. Lots of trees and vintage buildings. Green spaces.

Loyola is an undiscovered gem of a school. It is located in a beautiful suburban part of baltimore-very safe. The campus is lovely. It is accessible by train or car. The sports are good as are the club team. And it is very affordable compared to most other private schools.

Loyola Maryland is an excellent school -- really top notch faculty and great environment for students to learn and grow. Other posts here are way off topic. The school itself is fantastic and the campus is beautiful.

My son is graduating this May and we were extremely pleased with the college. The campus is like a park! My son put a great deal into the College and got back what he put in, a great education, great experiences, a great professional network and great friends. The private school setting adds the lifetime camaraderie. It's small enough that you can actually get to know your professors, yet big enough for professional opportunities. Being in Baltimore and so close to DC, you cannot lose for internships and jobs. Good luck to all! It was a great fit for our freshly minted college grad, best wishes to those just beginning their ventures. FYI - you will get out of any college what you put into it.

These people call me 3-4 times a day and never speak on the line. I hope they get the hint and stop calling before I report them for harassment.

From the perspective of an African American student, I want to warn potential minorities. I did not experience a really good first year at this school. The professors are not as great as they have told you. At least for the freshman year. A couple of the professors I had, never returned papers and won't send emails. Many times they would change the syllabus and give you last minute assignments. I struggled a lot even with all the extra time I spent on all the classes and getting tutored. This disappointment I encountered has occurred to other freshman students as well. Don't be fooled by the lovely campus now. That's what drew me at first. Not only am I transferring, but soooo many others are also. Be far warned and save some money also. Side note, many Class of 2020 freshman have experienced some unpleasant people. Overall, know what you are getting yourself into. I can guarantee that you will struggle.
