It's great to get started here, but it's beyond annoying that to actually finish your degree, there are several classes that aren't offered online or at this campus, so you're expected to commute to Ontario. I couldn't finish my degree in Business for this very reason. It's no surprise that their graduation rate is so low for this very reason. I would steer clear if I had my chance to do it over again. It was a very frustrating and long process to get nowhere except in debt with student loans. They sell a dream and do very little to help you make it a reality.

I've personally never attended this school, but my boyfriend and brother does. I have gone with them several times for the bookstore, or the testing center. I like to walk around the building which is right on the river. I have seen the interactions with the students and I can see that this is a good school. My boyfriend and brother have nothing but good things to say about it. If I wasn't already a college graduate I would enroll here

This college is amazingly incompetent, I have never once talked to someone in this entire school and had my problem resolved. The list is sooo long I am just going to name a few things. First, I want to warn anyone going here or thinking about going here to make sure that you email the instructors so that you know exactly where and when your classes are. So far, two of my classe's course descriptions have been completely wrong about when and where they are held, and I am now failing those classes due to their error. Also, make sure you get your financial aid info in as SOON as possible, it took them three months after I gave them my tax information to get my aid. They told me for 4 weeks straight that it would be coming in the mail that week, so I finally demanded that they give it to me right away and in person; they had it printed off in a matter of minutes. Funny, they had no problem mailing me multiple bills, but they couldn't seem to get my financial aid letter to me. Currently, my account is blocked because I paid my bills late, I talked to them about this and they are under the impression that my financial aid STILL hasn't gone through. This is false because I got a statement in the mail last week stating that they owe ME money due to the pell grant. Suprisingly, I could describe even more incidents of their incompetence, but I choose not to. I just want to warn you again, be VERY aggressive when dealing with these people and don't believe a word they say, they don't have a clue what they are talking about. Also, if you ask them to do something for you, even if it is a very simple task, such as a change of address form, make sure you come back the next week to be sure its done, because nine times out of ten it won't be done.

Nice people for the most part, BUT horribly understaffed. None of them answer the phone, no departments will because there MIGHT be one person there. I transferred to BSU because of this. It's worth the money. Also, the people in the bookstore are incredibly rude. I once stood with $500 worth of books and the lady made eye contact with me, and then proceeded to spend 8 minutes in a personal INAPPROPRIATE conversation her coworker. This place bummed me out.
