I was so turned off by this practice the woman that examined me said to me as I entered the exam room (welcome to the crazy)everyone dosen't use (slang)the receptionist who regestered me was nice. but the otherreceptionist ladies were staring at me and laughing the physicians assistant (student)typed something that I did not say she acted like she did'nt understand what I was saying I Started to leave than the doctor came in the end. Ohhhhh When You Say Welcome To The CRAZY are you Referring to yourself your coworkers or your patience and your managers and your doctors and nurses I don't wanna be in a place that says welcome to the crazy sounds like you're insulting people everyone in there is the same when you said that.

Dr. Becker and Dr. Biddi used to be awesome. But now you can't even get an appointment with them cause they are so busy and never available. Then you can never get an appointment anymore. You call and they never pick up. Holding time has been as long as 20 minutes. Used to love this office but I think it's time to find another doctor.

I have been seeing family practice for several years now and lately my visits have been horrible. The women that work the front desk smell of marijuana and hold inappropriate conversations in front of the other patients. The woman that works at checkout is very rude and inattentive. I will be looking for a new practice.

Dr. Dyanne Westerberg is extremely rude, disrespectful & demeaning. She doesn't listen to you & is very condensing. I will never tell anyone to go to the family medicine clinic.

They don't care about alumni unless you give them money. I received my MD from them and have tried countless times to speak to them about some credit issues and I just get automated e-mails.

Extremely unorganized, obsolete communication skills, and inadequate staffing. Usually have to wait in waiting room, at least 40 minutes with appointment.
