My kidney specialist referred me to a Rheumatologist at CU Health in February. They said that my referral never came through, so I call my doctor and let them know. CU Health gave me two different fax numbers to try and verified with my Kidney specialist office they used these numbers. Still never got my referral. Finally my kidney specialist said lets mail it. Well they mailed still heard nothing from CU Health, so I call them they say sorry still nothing, so of course by this point I am annoyed. Finally the gal said O someone put it in the wrong file I will send this off to medical records now. This was in beginning April. I finally call today because I have not heard anything and my appointment is in June. Again no referral no medical records.. I said I am going to have to cancel my appointment and get a new referral to someone else. All the people I spoke with were rude every time even though I remained polite during this whole ordeal. I am going through a lot hints why I need to see a Rheumatologist. I wrote this review because I find it said that the people answering these calls at CU Health are being rude and impatient with sick people trying to get an appointment.

Quiet and spacious!! If you’re a CU student you can stay after closing time. Which really comes in handy.

My mom had gastric bypass surgery and was in the hospital for 4 days. I was so impressed with all the nurses and CNAs. They all responded right away when my mom needed them and they were so helpful and kind to me too. Doctor checked in at least once per day. I would recommend that place to anyone!

I interned at a lab here 6 years ago. I found the doctor in charge of the lab, dr. Hirsch, condescending as well as his staff. They were disrespectful.

TL;DR: Jason in the ER got the whole hospital this review because he is to stupid to understand critical information about a patient with severe autism from a calm collected caregiver. Im writing y'all this review 30 min after this happened. I called their ER number three separate times. Same extension, wait 10 minuets, hang up try again. Just as I was about to call the "provider transporting a patient" extension. Jason ends up picking up and in an incohearent auditory vomit I assume asks "can you hold" and sets the phone down before I could answer. I know this cause either can hear him stapling someone up over the phone. So finally after about 7 minuets of waiting he picks up the phone and I begin to explain "Hi I'm calling because my brother is severely autistic and virtually no verbal. He came to me complaining of pain in his lower right side but he doesn't have a fever. He hates hospitals and gets some serious strength. I need to know if you guys are equipped to handle this." The answer I got was "I'm not going to give you medical advice over the phone sir" Congrats Jason you answered my question after all. You personally aren't equipped to diagnose a hard boiled egg. Your incompetence and apathy earned every one at anshultz this review.

I was referred to Dr. Hogan and he treated me like i was a liar and didn't have the problems i had. Even his assistants were luke that...even though they had my MRI and x-rays. I would never recommend to anyone to see Dr. Hogan! He just brushed me off! Everyone but the Doctors were great!
