I want to give this bakery four stars but I felt their selection of baked goods was very limited. Sconed where great but the coffee was okay and very pricey. I felt for what I spent I could have gone to Starbucks although the scones were very good. So this place is a combination of coffee shop bakery and mini restaurant. They had breakfast burritos sandwiches and I believe even tacos. This could be the reason for the limited amount of baked goods. Nice place, thought.

Food was great and the coffee is definitely the best in town. The all around experience is amplified by a wonderful interior of the old building. I would definitely recommend giving it a try on your way through town and be sure to stop and see Lander as it's got so much to see!

Stood in line with about 5 others for 10 minutes. Everyone working behind the counter just looked at us without anyone ever acknowledging the line. It was bizarre. Go to the Crux across the street much better service.

Great coffee shop and so CUTE! Came in from a camping trip and drooled through a cinnamon roll and breakfast burrito plus a latte. Honestly wish I had a bigger stomach to try more items. The latte had great flavor alone, didn't wish I had added syrup. The staff were also super friendly and joked with us :) definitely recommend

Great food, decent coffee and excellent seating and atmoaphere. It can be hard to get a good look at the display cases, and the service can be a bit slow. Definetly a better to meet for book club or work remotely from than get something quick on the go.

I stopped in here every time I travel through town because the people are very friendly, the desserts are fantastic, and the espresso is magnificent! Do yourself a favor if you're traveling through town or if you live near, and step in and enjoy the atmosphere and the wonderful things they have to offer! Great prices and fantastic espresso ️ ❤️

The lunch sandwiches are paltry. The base price of $7.50 only includes the bread and meat (unless you need gluten free that's extra) You get nickel-and-dimed for mayo, cheese or God forbid two thin slices of onion, seriously .50 cents extra just to add mayo to a sandwich. Total of 10.50 for a sandwich that had less to it than a grilled cheese. Would have just left when the final price came up but the young man serving us was very kind and we did not wish to embarrass him. He is the only reason for even getting one star. There was a group of us, all walked away angry and hungry. Way to ruin our lunch!

I have been here several times while in Lander for training and for fun. I have always gotten drip coffee, and it was good. Their M&M covered brownies are really tasty. IT took me a while before I finally ordered something for breakfast instead of just something sweet, and their hot breakfasts really tasty! The staff has always been friendly and their coffee good. They also do a great job of supporting local activities and events.

The lattes I got here were good and fairly priced. However, we ordered two bagels with avocado and tomato. The avocado was completely underripe and the portion was laughable. Not even a quarter of an avocado between the both of us. We ordered this in the past here (years ago) and the avocado was spread on both bagels, but this time we just got 2 ridiculously small slices each. Honestly embarrassing. Otherwise, the bagels themselves are very good. Atmosphere is alright, I enjoyed the art work. It's a good place to charge your phone or use your computer.

Lander Bake Shop is one of the friendliest places you can go! It is full of lively smiles from new and old friends. Casual business meetings are held here. And of course there are people just enjoying a good cup of coffee and baked good. Their bagel breakfast sandwich is very good too!

It's okay. When I arrived, a family of 8 was in the process of ordering drinks and sandwiches, so I knew the service would be slow. That is not a reason to rate 3 stars. That is part of the experience, I know. The 3 stars came in because there was no sense of urgency among the employees in making the food or taking my order. To top it off, the manager came out to take an application from a girl without even acknowledging that I was in line. I was only going to order an iced tea. It would have been very easy to take my order and push that out as one person, but no.

Lander Bake Shop is a welcome respite from the endless hours of driving for anyone passing through Lander on the way to the many state and national parks in the region. We stopped here one afternoon on our way to Grand Teton NP in August. The staff were friendly and the coffee was effective. Initially planning to stop in long enough to use the restroom, refill coffee, and get back on the road; my wife and I struck up conversation with the staff who happened to be from our hometown (almost 1000 miles away). We decided to sit and relax for a bit and were told we should visit the nearby Sinks State Park which ended up being a worthwhile detour. If you live near this business, consider yourself lucky that you can visit whenever you like. If you aren’t from the area and are looking for a place to grab coffee and recharge, you could do much worse than to give these folks your money.

This is a really good bake shop. They have a solid breakfast menu. Had their “Paleo” meal option and it was really good! Their coffee is also good. The atmosphere is lively and busy. Check this place out. It’s a hot spot for a reason.

Not sure what the kitchen hierarchy is, but when I order a pastry to go, I expect it to be pulled from the display case pretty much immediately. Instead I played the game and waited 15 minutes, while the cashier stocked cups and cleared dishes. Very delicious cinnamon roll though.

Nice atmopshere but that's about it. My bagel was bland and there was a large chunk of plastic in the creamcheese. My breakfast burrito had faaar too much cheese in it (and I love cheese as much as anyone) and the coffee was meh. Also, for a coffee shop that expects people to walk out with their hands full, the door is impossible to open and slams shut on you as you try to walk out! Poor planning!

I grabbed coffee and/or food every morning for a week and left with a smile every single time. Thanks so much to the workers for being in good moods, having timely service, and just overall keeping up a good vibe. I had the drip coffee, bags of beans, lattes, americanos, quiche, and pastry goods and they were all exactly what I want from a coffee shop. Please keep up everything you're doing because you're doing it perfectly!

Prices just keep climbing and you pay more for less. It is sad to see a basic sandwich on a plate and nothing else, not even a piece of pickle for garnish, for about $8 and extra for most everything else, even chips now. Bakery items are great and they have a good number of gluten free items including cookies and brownies. This used to be a town favorite. Sad to see the negative changes. Especially since there is competition in town whose food is great and prices are less for far more.
