This is apparently a joke. Edit: at the time of my review, there was not an actual location and the owners had the business registered on Google and other search engines as a place of business and running at the kingwood location. Others responded that it had been over a year that it said it was going to be there and yet didn't see any coffee. In fact, it's been so long that I forgot I made this review. Regardless, I haven't tried the coffee and it may be good. In fact, I don't doubt it at all. Unfortunately, the fact that the owners tried to call me out about how I could make a bad rating about the place of business when I haven't tried the coffee already puts a bad taste in my mouth, when they know the exact reason why I gave the rating.... It didn't exist and I drove there to find out it didn't exist, and this was something that people reviewed about for a long while before it actually opened. Reviews aren't always based on the product. You can eat anywhere and get good food, but it doesn't negate any other bad decisions made by the place it came out of. I'll change it once I get there and try the coffee and I understand the attempt at getting that full 5 star rating, but just accept why the review was made and don't make a coy response as if it wasn't your fault. A simple, "sorry we're open now, stop by and try" would be sufficient.

This is the best coffee shop that I have been able to find in Morgantown!! We moved from Austin, TX which had a ton of great coffee shops and I was worried I would not find anything that compares to some of my favorite down there. I was wrong, Quantum Bean is every bit as good. I definitely go out of my way to go here!

Off the beaten path and that was the first thing I liked. Good music, great atmosphere, great coffee. Gave me a nice spot to enjoy a morning cappuccino and read a couple pages in my book. Grabbed a jar of honey and a bag of coffee to go. Probably gonna stop back for another cup of coffee before I leave town tonight.

Great place in an unassuming neighborhood. The staff is a little "eclectic" and there was an air of independent coffeehouse snobbery, but maybe just a bad morning for them. The cafe latte was on point; perfect pour! Would definitely come back again the next time in town. Recommended, for sure!

A great local coffee shop and roaster! They use quite a variety of freshly roasted coffee, always roasted within three days. $10 for 1/2lb, $17 for two 1/2 bags, which is a steal if you prefer buying locally roasted. They also have a full coffee bar that I'm still looking forward to trying. They even sell all the coffee brewing apparatuses you need to make a great cup of coffee!

I never write reviews, but this place deserves my taking the time to do so. I am such a picky coffee connoisseur, and always in search of really good coffee. I found it. My husband and I were visiting our son, who is interning at WVU this summer. Our son told us about this new coffee shop around the corner from his house, that he had not tried yet. The three of us walked the block and a half to check it out. My husband and I each ordered a pour-over of the Costa Rican Tarrazu. Wow, it truly exceeded my expectations. We were all impressed by the rich complexity and depth of flavor in this cup. I bought a bag in hopes of repeating the experience at home, and was not disappointed. This is my new coffee of choice. I will continue to order from Quantum Coffee online, as long as they maintain consistency with the quality I have enjoyed.
