It was a pleasure to find a Caribou coffee shop after seeking one for so long. This one was off the beaten path though and difficult to find. Once I got there though, it was great. I was pleased with the greeting and services. I got a pound of beans and a nice latte. Give it a try.

Worth stopping for!! Caribou coffee is my favorite and this location was a delightful surprise on our journey! New and very clean travel center attached too. The ladies working were so sweet, they saved me from having to eat cold homemade tomato soup! We will be stopping here again next trip!!!

My boyfriend & I came to the truck stop for our break, and we wanted healthy good quality food & coffee. When you come to the Petro truck area there wasn't a Caribou located in the truckers building.It's located in the front fuel building with the cars the same building as Burger King. Man their oatmeal is amazing! I got cranberry almond oatmeal with a medium black coffee. It was very filling & very delicious! My boyfriend got the blueberry almond oatmeal with his own black coffeel in my opinion his was better both were delish though! Cashier was a sweetheart! I enjoyed my visit here and will definitely be back. Pss the only reason I didn't rated 5 stars is I originally went in to get a turkey bacon egg white with Swiss cheese sandwich. They didn't have any sandwiches available.

The only reason this is recieving a one star is the inconsistency of the hours of operation. Normally great service and amazing coffee! My favorite destination. This location just does not operate when it is said online that it will be.

The menu seemed limited compared to the other Caribou Coffee location to which I've been,particularly regarding breakfast wraps and sandwiches. The coffee drink that was ordered, a Caramel High Rise, was also prepared more opulently at the other location with significantly more whipped topping and caramel.

Stood in line for 5 minutes while the girl working behind the counter chatted with her little boy friends. When it was finally my turn to walk up and order she says "O sorry we close to 9 o'clock." I got to the counter at 9:02... won't stop here again.

Picked up a bag of daybreak blend. "MY FAVORITE"! I purchased a bag, and she gave me a free cup of coffee for my purchase. All the Caribou Coffee shops closed in my home area.. This place is in Virginia I-64 EXIST 205. Just a click off the highway near the EXXON Station.

I like Caribou so much better than Starbucks. Really wish we had Caribou Coffee in Richmond. I always have to stop when traveling to Roanoke to get my caribou fix. Need to open more locations please!!

Surprisingly delicious! Traveling from Radford to Richmond and a die hard fan of Starbucks. Had a Pumkin Pie soy latté. Better flavor than SB!! Made the last hour drive bearable! Mmm.

I go to the one at HyVee on 40 and 7 in Blue Springs Missouri. They have good coffee and I drink it while I'm shopping. They also have free refills if you haven't left the store yet.

Its like a Starbucks with about the same prices. This location is in a truck stop so you have battle big rigs in the parking lot. In order to get to Caribou Coffee you have drive half way through the trucks.

To the person complaining about it being in a truck stop and having to battle big rigs to get in simply don't stop AT A TRUCK STOP and you wont have to battle them where do you think the ingredients come from? Driving out of state on vacation and saw signage about this Caribou at an upcoming exit - had to stop as our local Caribou had closed about 5 years ago and we miss that rustic, wholesome coffeeshop experience. We were not disappointed! This shop was fully stocked with comfortable, cozy, coffehouse seating, friendly baristas, an assortment of tumblers and mugs to browse, and of course delicious coffee and tea!

The only reason I’m giving this one star is simply because the hours open don’t match online. The coffee is great and my preferred destination. However when I show up an hour before it closes via the website and get told that they closed 3 minutes ago, can leave you a little miffed due to a need for coffee to get your day started. (Power to the night owls on graveyard. We still exist just hate the sun is all.) Hope this helps others.
