We have been waiting for a Nespresso boutique to open in Victoria and here it is! It will be so convenient now to just pop in and buy coffee pods as needed. Mike was very welcoming and we received great service from Michael. We had recently purchased a Nespresso machine and had no issues claiming the credit that accompanied our new acquisition. Thank you, Mike and Michael!

Went in and was served by Michael, the assistant manager. We had had an issue with Nespresso gift coupons which he immediately sorted out , and he gave us excellent advice on coffee buying options. Nice to have excellent customer service, and we will be back. Thanks Michael!

Big shout out to Gillain. I hope i spelled that right. To be more specific, she was the tall, young blonde lady with glasses. Anyways My wife and I ended buying a coffee machine just by listening what she had to say to my parents. She answered every one of their questions with detail. Plus the patience she had with all those questions lol. She devoted a lot of time to my parents even though they couldn't buy the machine at the time. But FYI...my father hasn't stopped window shopping on line..and right now he is testing ours....daily. The only reason they didn't buy one is because they are flying back to ontario. If anyone is interested in Nespresso please go down to the Mayfair mall and try some testers. They will make a drink for you while demonstrating how to use the machine. And if you are worried about recycling like my wife is, you can bring the coffee containers back to them to be re used to help the environment. So to recap, Amazing machines, great tasting coffee, very informative staff and deals happening right now. Thanks again Gillian

SO excited that Victoria has a Nespresso now so I don't have to order online and pay for shipping/wait 5 days to get my coffee! We were way WAY overdue for a store to open here. Amazing service, amazing selection. LOVE this store. The manager said that it is a popup store... does that mean its not here forever? OMG please stay.
