Best mocha I've ever had

Julia Clopton

I had a hot chocolate with coconut milk (totally dairy free). It was soooooo good!

Cara Larson

I attended a Bean to Bar class. It was fantastic. I learned a lot and got to taste some very cool different chocolates. The teacher was knowledgeable and explained things very clearly. I highly recommend a class here.

Oh my goodness... I cannot say enough good things about Indi chocolate. Their story is incredible, I love that this is a small independently owned and run, bean to bar chocolate shop. Their chocolate is incredible, their spice rubs are delicious, and everyone goes above and beyond to make your experience as amazing as it can be. Definitely a must in Seattle.

Manali Mehta

One of the best hot chocolates I’ve ever tried! High quality chocolates, teas, and bakery items with a cozy ambiance!

Jeremy Fendley

Great chocolate and service.

Yolanda Hong

Highest quality chocolate in Seattle. Everything is made in small batches, right in the store! Owners Erin and Peter are very knowledgeable in the chocolate making process and a staff member will be happy to show you the process as well as provide you a sample of chocolate as it's being made! Their house-made spice rubs are a delicious addition to your cooking repertoire, and their cocoa butter lotions and lip balms make your skin feel dreamy! Stop by today! (It's located in the new part of the market, next to Honest Biscuits and Old Stove brewing)

This is a cool and fun place to go visit while you're at Pike Place, especially if you love chocolate. It's all responsible/sustainable/buzzwordy chocolate they make in house. The coffee wasn't bad either. For our money, the brownie was good, but that chocolate cookie is where you'll find Nirvana. Staff was super friendly as well

Jen Hsu

Super friendly staff and our family enjoyed the airy open space with long and tall bench seating. mocha latte was excellent and paired really well with the gas torched mole marshmellow. Definitely coming back for more of their coffee.

I must admit this is a unique place, where the moment you enter you are pleasantly greeted by someone and are given a mini tour of the place and some tasting of their chocolate in process of making. Our expectations soared too high and we wanted to order their best sellers. We ordered the Mole Caramel Latte and Expresso Egg Cream. Both of of them had a bit too much spice and the egg cream could not be finished because of a repelling taste. We may have made a bad choice but both the drinks were off which was disappointing. I would assume the chocolates here might be good, but till the day I get to taste them, can't rate them high for what I had.

Direct sourced chocolate, Family owned from bean to bar, Skin care products too!

A very beautiful, warm and cozy chocolate place near the Seattle port. One of the best places in Seattle to visit on a nice evening. You can enjoy the chocolates inside and it is located side by side with Honest biscuits, which are worth a try too! The friendly staff will serve you nice hot coffee which will be one of the best coffee's you'll ever taste. Definitely buy one with some biscuits or chocolates and enjoy it outside while watching the sun set in the water.

Rich Sieck

Tasty chocolate, Amazing cup of coffee. Staff was friendly an professional. Very clean environment. You can't get much better!

Andy

Didn't have a good experience, I ordered an espresso and my friend ordered a cortado. The cashier gave us two espressos, when I acknowledged our order was not right, the cashier looked at us and said sorry but did not fix our order.

It is pretentious, slightly snobby place, but not in a condescending way - the guys know their stuff, and are more than willing to share the knowledge. I love it! The espresso is really very good (single origin is almost on par with the best one that I found so far in La Marzocco bar), but the star of the show is the chocolate. I've never thought that beans of different origin could really taste so different, and that one could taste the difference without reading the fancy brochure. The guy suggested that I should try them first and then look at the brochure and it was 100% on point. Yes, they are expensive, but do yourself a favour and give it a try - you won't regret it.

Zebbie and her amazingly normal family

I went to smell their amazing chocolate lotions but ended up purchasing a croissant and it was pretty huge and yummy! I had to finagle some butter but got it! Lol they warned it so perfectly and I couldn't even finish it all, it was around $4 a little pricey but good, clean place, and great views! I would totally come here again just to enjoy a croissant and coffee!

Cute chocolate/coffee shop with free samples. Nice open seating area with good views. The chocolate was delicious, but a bit pricey. I enjoyed the mole caramel latte.

Dean Hanson

A casual stop turned into a feast for the senses. Chocolate from around the world...amazing. For me, a bit of sipping chocolate that was rich, dark, and decadent.

Kyleen MacGugan

Amazing chocolate made and sourced by the owner herself. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable to talk to as well.

James Tolson

The atmosphere is really spacious but it doesn't feel empty. Even as there are just a few people here, as most folks are in and out in minutes. There is just enough background noise from machines working to drown out any feeling that you are alone. The smells of chocolate, coffee, and food in the air, will pick up your soul and give it a warm hug. I ordered their signature coffee and it is a dark roast with a robust flavor profile. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Barbie Van Horn

Friendly and #beantobar!

Brett-Chirstian Montano

It was a great feeling walking into the store and the smell of chocolate was pleasant. Even the man who has knowledge about chocolate has caught my attention and learned about different chocolates. Which also makes me happy that a Father and Daughter were running the store. Very generous people.

Allison Durazzi

A hidden gem in the new Market expansion! They make the chocolate on site and have a number of chocolate and chocolate by-product retail offerings. I had the mocha with a toastes marshmallow topping. It was the best mocha I've ever had, not too sweet but full of chocolate flavor. I highly recommend stopping in.

Erin Andrews(the owner) is passionate about her business and it shows! You can enjoy anything from body products to hand crafted drinks and desserts! Ended up spending a couple of hours learning about Seattle's local business community and the personal sourcing of cacao from hand selected central and south american farmers to be a step above free trade! Show up and support this wonderful business you won't regret your experience!!❤

Stephanie Lamy

Super good sipping hot chocolate. One of my favs in Seattle. And they were able to accommodate with oat milk! Very nice and friendly staff

Victoria Robinson

Lovely chocolate maker. They grind and mix their own chocolate from varied sources. We got to sample Ecuadorian beans that were near the end of their grinding. They have so many high quality chocolates to try. Enjoy

I love it we share the same name I am also Indi. INDIS FOR LIFE

Lara-Ashley Monroe

There’s not chocolate... they have quiche. They have tea. They have seeds. They literally don’t have chocolate...

Seth T

This is like a mini chocolate factory below Pike place market (the new section on the north side) they make drinks and snacks or just sell chocolates and things. They also have classes and samples. It's a ton of fun and the drinks are very good! I fully recommend stopping by if you are in the market. A great place to try some different chocolate from around the world.

Jacky Lam

Excellent chocolate, family business, amazing mocha!

Siena Andrews-Shank

Fantastic chocolate, the owner taught me a lot about chocolate

Girl in the front was in an extraordinary rush all three times i tried to order with her, to the point she was dismissive and rude. Only tipped her because her colleague was making my drink. Molé latte is out of this world, recommend. The follow up chai was not even chai because it had no milk. It was more flavorless than green tea. It was so hot i could not hold my cup, i put three covers on it. When i went to sip it 5mins later the steam was so hot it burned my lip to numbness. I abandoned the drink. Damn $2 truffle i bought, the person handed to me just in my hand, so I'm walking on the street with chocolate melting in my hand, and eventually fell to the ground.

Lutfiyah Haji

Did not expect the light, uniformly smooth latte and melted chocolate flakes at the bottom of the cup(or sludge, but that does not sound very appetizing). Yum!!!

Took an out-of-state friend here for her first Seattle coffee. The staff members were friendly, but the barista took a long time to make her cup of coffee when there were only a few customers. At one point one of the employees walked up and told the barista that he'd given away her (my friend's) drink so he should look into it. He said he was making it. Coffee was good, but vibe and our non-existent phone service at their tables made us head up to Honest Biscuits in search of phone service and a better atmosphere.

Morgan Malone

Do they want to make sales???? I think not. Lol I went in asking for a variety such as truffles, bars, or covered fruit. The young lady said "well the only truffles we have are these here...lavender. And as far as bars.......these." I then asked about a display case...she said, " No. We don't have anything like that." CARE TO ELABORATE DEAR? Lol I wasnt upset but she just really wasnt trying to suggest anything. I was out shopping and looking to take some nice chocolates home. Smh. So they don't have much variety and she didn't even try to tell me about anything else. But they do have pastries and salads on display lol so if you are looking for a CHOCOLATE shop....don't come here. Just go to a godiva. Not much to choose from as far as edible chocolates. And to think its like the only "chocolate" shop in Pikes market. #waste

Perfect and tasty chocolate treats.

We recently attended a private Truffle Making Class for my sister's Bachelorette Party. What a wonderful way to spend the afternoon! The class was very informative, and the level of activity/engagement was just perfect for a group of friends who are excited to talk, but also work with their hands and make something fun together. Highly recommend, and the chocolate was delicious!! Peter was excellent at leading the class and telling us the history of the company. And working with Becca to set up the private party itself was also a joy; she was wonderful to communicate with, and was so helpful in suggesting other fun additions to our day in the Market. Thank you, Indi Chocolate!

Kkd253

So helpful and friendly here, she was more than happy to explain the process of how they make their chocolate here. Yummy, unique chocolates here and I would definitely recommend stopping by!

Isaac Seidman

Their chocolate is very, very good! Not too sweet and full of complex flavors. The staff is friendly and helpful.

SoCal Punx

Some of the best chocolate ive had in a very long time. A richness and moistness that allowed the chocolate to melt in my mouth. The taste and flavors are phenomenal, definitely made from scratch.

Ken Bass

Fresh chocolate, beverages, and a wide variety of yummy packaged treats. Then open air concept store is easily accessible via the side or front doors. A brand new building in part of the newly constructed area of the pedestrian area. Perfect for a quick shopping trip, quest to find that perfect gift for someone special, or to grab a treat to eat outside while enjoying the afternoon in beautiful Seattle!

Charles Aquino

They make all their chocolate in house and you can even watch them too! Great air conditioned place to come and have an iced mocha. Try the chocolate lotion too!

alicia goodwin

Great place to stop with kids.

Jim Salter

Fabulous, rich chocolate. Like a little taste of Europe! They can make anything on the menu vegan, too.

Robin VanGilder

The chocolate is amazing, the environment is well thought out and the staff is very knowledgeable and ready to explain all kinds of chocolate fun facts to you. I highly recommend paying these folks a visit and am looking forward to popping by again soon.

Igor Bubis

Liked their bread pudding and espresso

Kari Shearer

Great service. Recommend getting the hot chocolate.

Kara Roberts-McKeage

Finally was able to stop by the new location and it is beautiful! The coffee was perfectly delicious. It is really neat to see the chocolate factory and the passion that goes into the process of bean to chocolate bar. Their hot chocolate is seriously the best I've ever had. It's a big hit for the kids. Indi is a Seattle gem!

Iris Lazarus

Paul Joldersma

Way overpriced, normal coffee. Wanted extra money for whipped cream on my daughter's $5 hot chocolate. My "single origin" latte turned out to be a blend. A blend not only from different regions, but different countries.

Eric Swynenberg

Very friendly and accomadating staff! I walked in with two kids and two of my Thai cousins. All four were being very particular about how they wanted their drinks. The barista graciously acquiesced to every request!

Emily Duncan

Best body care products out there. Amazing single origin dark chocolate with different flavor profiles to choose from. One stop shopping for unique and fun gifts people will ACTUALLY use.
