Cool little shop in the middle of downtown Spokane. Went to meet my coworker here to get some paperwork figured out and ended up getting a latté. The barista was pleasant and accommodating. I wanted a French Vanilla flavor but didn't have it so she mixed some flavors to get as close as possible. Nailed it! Great coffee!

Awesome place for books, trinkets and spokane attire. But man every time I've gotten a coffee lately. 4 total in two weeks they all taste burnt, with no flavor. I finally have given up on the coffee portion from here. I wish I could give it more but for being a coffee shop the coffee does not taste great especially for the northwest. IMHO

When I walked into this place, I had low expectations since it is mainly a gift shop, but when I tried the coffee I was amazed and ordered another one! QUALITY coffee made insanely quick, so if you are really impatient......don’t worry!

Wishing there was more space to sit, but the atmosphere here is worth it. The Barista was able to give me some yummy drink recommendations and it's always fun to browse the store while you sip your coffee. You can purchase art, tea, coffee beans, and little trinkets.

I'm torn. Atticus was my favorite atmosphere of all the coffee shops we've visited in Spokane. It moves away from the modern white wall accented with wood and succulents vibe for a uniquely cultivated rich warm wood cabin feel. But their espresso italiano and soy latte was significantly inferior to their competitors just a few store fronts away as well as those in other parts of town. The coffee alone would earn 3 stars but the incredible gift shop, book store, and general seating are unique and hard to resist.

My son goes to EWU, and he brought me here after trying it with a friend. He loves the coffee. I had a hot chocolate and was pleasantly surprised with it. Some coffee shops have hot chocolate that is a little bitter or watery. This was neither. This gift shop has a lot of mugs and trinkets, some branded clothing, and they have a great selection of teas. The staff was very helpful in selecting a tea, and of the 4 people we interacted with, all were friendly and accommodating. I had been looking for a caffeine free blueberry option. I would come back!

We always go here with friends and family from out of town. Feels more like a place for tourists than for locals. There is no-wifi on weekends and always super busy. There are plenty of places to get the same quality of coffee. It is a nice place to grab a drink while walking around Riverfront Park.

The gift shop side of this long-standing local establishment is a pleasure to walk through. They have a mix of local and non-local gifts -- mugs, tees, notebooks, artwork, candles, and other earthy items. The staff was very friendly and happy to show me around. It was nice to be in a store where the staff were so proud of their little town. I didn't try the coffee.

Its always nice to come in here. It feels like a traditional cafe but allows a unique creativity to be displayed to everyone who comes in. They have a pretty large coffee/drink selection, never have been disappointed once by the flavor. Even the pastries live up to expectation. Beyond the cafe aspect, their gift shop always stocks unique collections and changes it up fairly frequently so you'll always find something new. Its a great place to visit whether you live in town or you're just visiting.

Have always loved Atticus’ coffee, so this review is a little sad to write: I am very allergic to dairy. I ordered an almond milk latte, and by accident, received a latte with normal milk. The employees made me a new latte, but did not care about this situation—did not apologize, did not offer me a refund, did not offer me a free drink for the next visit. In addition to this, they shut off their WIFI on weekends to prevent students from coming to study there. My friend and I were at a small table, studying, and Atticus coffee employees very rudely asked us to leave, as they do not want customers studying there to “ruin the coffee shop experience” Will not be going back.

Cute spot, fun shopping, enjoyable treats and tea, and the coffee is strong. Outside in the rising sun, inside the A/C or out of the snow, they have a great atmosphere. Prices can be exorbitant on the shopping side, but they're at least inspirational and usually wonderfully quirky that it's either worth it for you, or an entertaining look that you don't feel guilty for passing as someone else's treasure.

This is a wonderful shop in the downtown area that attracts a cornucopia of different people. There are not only coffee options, but they have an absolutely massive selection of some of the best teas that I have ever tasted. There are shopping options, mainly for beverage related items, but there are also some random types of items for sale, and also a small book section for your coffee table at home.

I love this shop so much! First off if you haven’t had the Maple Pecan Scone then you haven’t lived. It is delicious, so delicious that I will be trying to figure it out at home. The shop is a nice liberal pocket that felt safe. Super cool trinkets and gadgets and was able to pickup some eclectic gifts for Christmas. I hope that this shop sticks around for a VERY long time. Oh yeah, the coffee was pretty stinkin’ good too!
