Fantastic coffee, latte and baked goods. This will be a regular stop when in VT. Bacon, egg and cheese is a must try. Customer service was great.

This place is amazing! I bought 3 different baked goods (a molasses cookie, a fig bar, and rhubarb bar) and they were all incredible! Even 2 days later when I got around to the cookie. Add that the decor was charming and clean and the outside patio area was incredible. Used to live in VT and visited on a trip back. Definitely adding this to my always visit list. Most excellent.

Went in for the first time this morning. Wanted to buy 3 croissants but they tried to illegally charge me the rooms and meals tax. Pointed out to the staff and they said they would inform the owner - in a very smug way - but would not take the tax off the bill. Left without the items and will never return. Here's the law: Vermont Statutes, Title 32: Taxation and Finance, Chapter 225: MEALS AND ROOMS TAX, 32 V.S.A. § 9202. Definitions, (10) "Taxable meal" means: D "Taxable meal" shall not include: (i) Food or beverage, other than that taxable under subdivision (10)(C) of this section, that is a grocery-type item furnished for take-out: whole pies or cakes, loaves of bread; single-serving bakery items sold in quantities of three or more; delicatessen and..."

Very cute coffee shop and a nice change from all the chains in Williston. The owner was very friendly and even gave me a free cookie because it was my first visit. The coffee itself was great but the prices seem very high to me. I ordered a latte with an extra shot and that ended up being 6 dollars! 4$ for a regular latte and 2$ for the extra espresso shot. I would love to come here more often but the prices are steep.

Excellent Pastries. I would agree that their pastries are one of the best in the Burlington Area. It is always nice to run in grab a coffee and a treat. Everyone has always been very friendly and welcoming. Too bad they aren't open on Sundays.

They carry Brio Coffee and make it to perfection. Don't go anywhere else in Williston for a cup. Also, the sandwiches they make are superb. Ask for the Sweet Pickle breakfast sandwich even if it's not on the menu. For lunch you can't go wrong with the BLT. The amount on bacon on that thing is...whoa.

Williston Coffee Shop is a nice, quiet little coffee shop in Williston, Vermont that serves local house blend coffee, tea and espresso as well as other beverages. Their menu of comfort food includes breakfast sandwiches, lunch sandwiches, cookies and pastries. Just stop in for your favorite beverage and a quick bite and enjoy your conversation with others in the small, quiet dining area. Outdoor seating is available if weather permits. The staff are super nice and friendly. They will serve your food and beverage in a timely manner and they can even deliver to you at your work site if you don't feel like or cannot leave your office. At closing time, they don't like seeing their pastries behind the counter go to waste and they sometimes give them away as long as you purchased a beverage or a meal.

First time here and really happy. Coffee is really good, but the breakfast sammich sealed the deal. Yea it's a little pricey, but you're getting what you pay for. They use actual meats! Not ham that's been super processed and has barely any flavor left, like real smoked ham! It was amazing! I'll pay a little extra every time for better quality food.
