Sometimes it does get a little busy and you may have to wait a little bit but it's completely worth it. You can't make a good mixed coffee in 30 seconds cause it taste like crap. Have Andy make you one and you won't ever want to go anywhere else!!!

I really enjoy this place for many reasons.....I rent movies here, and buy. I buy cds here (yes, I still enjoy a full album and can find them here). I love the book section and coffee shop too. It's warm and comfortable! Awesome, knowledgeable servers. I love the variety of coffee drinks & creative flavors. Also, there are movie and music memorabilia for such enthusiasts. I'm glad that it is in this location too. Great place for all your entertainment needs.

Great place to get a coffee and snack. Nice place to pull out your laptop or favorite book and relax, while enjoying a cup of coffee or tea. The employees are always really nice and are honest about how long it'll take them to make your drink. They also have a drive thru which is nice.

Used to be okay, now it's a giant waste of time. Don't go to the drive through, it will take over 15 min' to make two late's. Ordering inside is only slightly better with a 10 min' wait and no one in front of you. It's best to not ask for anything that deviates from their menu, extra flavor shots, one less espresso shot, skinny, etc. The barista's become irate when you ask why it's taking so long and when it's brought to their attention that what was given to you is incorrect they will turn their back or shut the drive through door and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Save money and time and drive a little farther for Starbucks, Grounds for Coffee, or any other place that serves the same thing with better service and competent staff.

I'm a big coffee fan so I tried this place out and it was so good! The coffee was fresh and the employee was very friendly! There was only one employee working and it was pretty busy, so she seemed a little stressed but she did an amazing job and my order was on point!

They have THE BEST coffee here, hands down. The customer service is great, theyre always sweet and patient. Their coffee makes my day, you should try a sugar free vanilla frappe. Its so, SO yummy. Sugar free but its still sweet.

Just moved to this area, with my main place being a 15 min drive I thought I would give it a try. Waited 10+ min at the speaker to order the guy who took my order apologized but I waited at the window a good 20 min a lady opened the window looked around and shut it again without saying a word to me I made the decision to leave without my order. 30 min wasted and unfortunately lost my business without ne trying the product I'll make the 15 min drive to my norn place.

I've alway had excellent service at the hardbck cafe in ogden utah they make the best frappe's and smoothies and the employees are always happy smileing and friendly then today i learned hastings might be closeing and if they close hardback cafe closes to i don't want to see that happen they are the best i think a pation should be started to keep hardback cafe upen and just move it if hastings closes WE NEED TO SAVE HARDBACK CAFE AND HASTINGS!!!! ANDY AND SONIA AND ALL THE OTHER EMPLOYEES ARE GREAT and always make sure you have good service
