Excellent service, delicious wide variety of options! I got their banana pudding shake, and man it was good - I only wish it had a little more vanilla wafers in it :) The flavors here actually come through really well, I've been to Starbucks and Silver Grizzly in Longview, and I feel Sippy's is far superior.

Great place for coffee. In response to your message, the only reason I dropped a star is one of the employees argued with my girlfriend when a drink was wrong. It was fixed the second time around and it was great. I think the employee was just embarrassed to admit they made a mistake. Other than that one time I have had nothing but great service.

Great food, great coffee, and wonderful service!! Getting 5 stars for the girls that work so hard and make Sippy’s great. But I thought everyone should know the tips that are given DO NOT go to the girls. They go into a community tip jar and they rarely see any of it. So their not receiving the tips customers give to them. Where else would the tips go?? This is coming from a former employee who left because of that, especially not getting the tips that “WE” earned. Yes I am disgruntled because this is all true and no I was not fired. I left on my own terms.

My husband and I stopped by here on our way to Houston and LOVED it! The staff working were so friendly and helpful with making recommendations since we had never been there before! I got the Java Chip frappe and 100% recommend it. They actually put chocolate covered coffee beans in it which sends it over the top! The only thing that makes me sad is that we do not have a Sippys closer to us

The espresso drinks are excellent here, and the muffins are outstanding (the parfait muffin concept is really cool). The service is also friendly. I am taking off one star because of how they handle tips. Rather than tips going directly toward the employees, they are “dispersed at the manager’s discretion…. Used for bonuses during the year for the employees. Most of them are saved for Christmas bonuses that will be starting this year.” The owner wrote all this in a recent response to a review, and I feel that this is a bit misleading for customers when they leave tips. Otherwise, an excellent coffee shop!

My wife and I were very disappointed with our mocha frappes. She ordered the sugar free one and it was terrible it didn't taste like coffee at all and it still tasted sweet considering it was supposed to be sugar free. My frappe was OK but nothing special and the driveway entrance sure was rough and full of holes we would not recommend this place.

Very warm welcome everytime I go thru with wonderful coffee, I know you can get coffee just about anywhere but it makeS a HUGE difference when its locally made and done with love and care along with small details that has me saying I WANT MORE because I leave with a smile and a warm perfectly made cup of coffee. Great latte and hands down the best panini I've ever had!! Get the chicken panini, do it, what if they ran out and you hadn't tried it, but then they made some more and you got one of those, and realized you should've gotten one of the chicken paninis the first time you had a chance... that'd be tragic. I got my first Bulletproof coffee at Sippy's today! They were friendly, patient, and helpful as I worked with them to get it just the way I wanted it; sweetner, flavor (vanilla & caramel), 2Tbs of butter, and 2Tbs of coconut oil... So as to be Keto-friendly. Thank you so much to Sippy's for offering to provide a product that's conducive to my way of eating! Danger got a chocolate chip muffin and chocolate covered pretzels; he loves them!

Sippy’s is a small town gem that you would never find if you didn’t know where you were looking. No place to sit at the drive-through service is quick, friendly, and delicious! I will be returning here often. I recommend you do the same!
