Lovely store personnel nd great coffee samplings.
Slow service cause the people helping talk to much
Unbelievable. Came here a year ago and didn't like the service. The pods were good, but on this visit I tried the espresso pods and they blew me away. Complete 180 experience. The customer service from Tony made the difference. His knowledge and care was outstanding. He showed us his routine for making Americanos and let us sample. So good! And I can't believe how great the decaffeinated espresso was! I'm in IT and I know good espresso and this is worth it! Bought a machine.
Wonderful service horrible drink
I love nespresso’s product! However the “boutique” I’m not about at all. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT THERE, I feel very presured to get out of the store by the staffs fake interactions with me. I just went today, gave the cashier what I believe was $40 for a $38 purchase. He didn’t count the money in front of me, instead went to the back, put my money somewhere then forgot how much I gave him!!? He asked me “did you give me $30 or $40”. I said “I honestly have no idea”. Then he consulted a co-worker then told me “you only gave me $30”, I gave him the last $8 I had. I came home to double check this with a receipt because I’m pretty sure I gave him $40, 2 $10s and 4 $5s. I had gotten cash back from the grocery store earlier and got exactly $48 cash back, my purchase was only $38. NO CASH IN MY WALLET AT THE BEGGINING OF THE DAY. The time before that the same employee misspelled all my info incorrectly SEVERAL times while trying to register me as a Nespresso member. I spelled out each piece of info to him multiple times but he just could not get it together and kept having to go back over and over again. All I want to do is go in, pick my coffees, pay and LEAVE! I can not stand how every time I make a movement in the store the staff NEED TO hassle me. Just let me know you’re there for me if needed and I’ll tell you if/when I need help. I don’t need to be baby sat in the store, it makes me feel as if I’m some kind of 3rd class citizen invading their boujee “boutique”. I would much rather prefer to buy my coffee at the grocery store like I do with all of my other stuff. Unfortunately I just can’t get over the quality of their product and end up dragging myself into their “boutique” to buy as many sleeves as possible to avoid having to go back anytime soon. The one thing I do like besides the coffee is how the store does have designated Nespresso parking, very helpful during the busy hours in the outdoor mall.
Thank you for having the private parking spots close by. It definitely adds to a wonderful experience!
The three Nespresso club parking spaces are awesome!
Love being able to restock and visit the staff here, while having a fantastic espresso on the house each time. A must-stop for Nespresso owners, when at The Domain!
We went in here during a busy time late on Saturday. We wanted to buy some coffee so we waited in line at one of the tills where everyone else was lining up to buy. A gentleman who appeared to be manager was manning the till we were waiting at -- he finished up with a client when we were next in line, took one look at us and wandered off to another till, leaving us sat there. Another guy came up and said has anyone helped you and we said no. The manager then looked back at us, and then just continued wandering around without bothering to help. I actually think he was looking for rich people to network with as that's all he seemed interested in. A very nice salesperson came over eventually and helped us with every thing we needed. However this manager needs to go back to training because I honestly won't come back -- after spending about $80 for coffee here -- I think Amazon will be continuing to get my business until this guy gets over himself.
Need to echo the other one star reviews. Dropped by on a weekday afternoon and was ignored by staff. While they were busy with customers I was surprised that there wasn’t a nod, a smile or a “be with you in a moment.” Planned on buying coffee but left empty handed. Very disappointed in their lack of customer service.
No direct phone number to call the store directly to see if they have what I need in stock. Weak.
Great espresso!
Good coffee, slow service
One of the best coffees around
Even though I find most of their assorted flavors a bit bitter. The yellow pod is a jewel and the result is spot-on perfect brew every time I load it and push the button. It’s not Starbucks expensive, but it’s not low cost either. Around $2 a pod, but to wake up with something approaching gourmet coffee in one push, it’s worth it.
Why Nespresso, why don't you have a shop in San Antonio. I know I can order online but it's just not the same. I prefer my bi-weekly Mecca to the Nespresso shop to pick out my 6-10 sleeves of coffee. The service is always great and I like that they always throw in a sample pack with your order.
Been there for almost ten minutes and no one would care to ask what we need. It’s not even a busy day.
I love there is a Nespresso boutique local. They have a tasting bar that you can try your choice of espresso and coffee
I've been here a couple of times, both times I had to wait quite a bit to just buy the capsules... All the representatives are doing sales pitches, which takes forever... It sucks... They should just start selling the capsules at the supermarket
A smaller retail space that sells machines and has a small tasting area but there is no dedicated cafe inside the store. But you can still get a sample of what the machines can do with the coffee pods. Worth a browse through the store but just remember that it’s not a cafe spot like other Nespresso stores.
Great service every time I go. Tonight I ordered about 6:30 before heading into the Domain for another errand. The system said it wouldn't be ready until morning, but since we were already there, I stopped in after my other appointment and they were able to dash to the back and pull the order for me on the spot. I was not going in expecting that, knowing that they might be too busy, but they saved us another trip into North Austin the following morning. Always friendly and helpful--they when it comes to customer service and being friendly and gracious, the "get it".
Wonderful. As always...
Love is boutique great service most of the time. Unfortunately, my last visit wasn't it so great we still took advantage of the 50% sale of the vertuoplus! Usually, my fiance and I will go there to purchase our caps, first will make a cup of coffee to try. One of the gentlemen, if I can say that, aggressively grabbed the cap from her hand and slapped it in one of the vertuo machines pretty rough and walked away. It took everything in me and my fiance not to stoop to his level and make a scene. Another gentleman came by after seeing that and helped us immediately and helped with our purchase and asked if I wanted a coffee as well. We have all their machines and we go there frequently even being that we live in the Killeen/Fort Hood area and enjoy being gold members. Had to give it 5 stars even if there is a bad apple in the group. Hope I don't run into him again at the store.
Awesome spot for coffee lovers. Helpful associates. Great location in Domain. Nespresso club members also get parking spots right in front of the store
Levi was SOOO HELPFUL and nice. I went in looking to get more info about all the different nespresso machines and I got just that and some delicious coffee to go! He really knew his stuff and was able to offer his personal opinions on the machines which I appreciated. He was honest about his recommendations and not “pushy with sales.”
Ha!! I can't believe anyone would give this place a favorable review. Short of the product itself being awesome I can't imagine why anyone would subject themselves to such poor customer service. I have experienced long lines, wait times in excess of 20 minutes and staff failing to make eye contact or acknowledge shoppers. Save yourself the frustrating experience and go to Amazon.
Go in and look. Great shop.
We thought its coffee shop. Got free espresso there for tasting
Nice little joint.
Frendly and helpful staff. Good selection.
Great service, perfect Nespresso experience and great to be able to taste new roasts but I've had my order incorrectly filled twice now and when they leave out a $20 sleeve it's hard to be ok with.
Everyone here is really friendly and you get the vibe they legitimately love coffee. The same selection you'd find in other Nespresso stores, but with that Austin friendliness you don't necessarily find everywhere!
Terrible service i can tell the staff here profiles people. I understand you being busy but their was no welcome no i will be with you shortly no form of acknowledgement. Never shopping here again i rather buy from the Nespresso Miami store where even when super busy they attend every client. Your loss because they know me for being a very good client.
What a great place to come get my favorite coffees! I have been a Nespresso machine owner for over 12 years. I own 3 machines and by far it always has been and still is World Class Coffee. It is consistently fresh, well balanced and represents the best coffees you can have at home from sustainable farms all over the world. They take your capsules back for recycling things like bikes to writing pens. But mostly I love that Austin has it's own Nespresso boutique. I can go in and get personal service and they even have their own guest parking area at The Domain. Nespresso coffee is the finest you can pull at home hands down! Nespresso machines give 19 bar pressure to produce espresso with a thick beautiful crema on top of a rich delicious coffee. The aroma is absolutely beautiful. The taste is delectable and decadent! Go there today and test drive a machine for yourself!
Best coffee in my opinion. The capsules and the flavors and strengths are varied for the right test. The closest thing for homemade espresso once can have.
COFFEE! If you have a Nespresso machine this is the place to go to try the new flavor and to buy more pods. If you don't have a Nespresso machine you can figure out what you are doing wrong and then stop here to buy one. Nespresso is the best that I've had. Having a machine at home makes a big difference and save you time and money. The staff here is super friendly and they have coffee samples.
Drove 45 minutes to the store today to see a sign in the door that due to failed HVAC system the store is closed today. First they should have updated the hours of operation today on Google and other platforms, second, get some fans and keep working. Product is great, but very inconvenient with only one store in Austin and no good communications from the management.
Always have been taken care of promptly every time we visit. So happy to have a store to pick up our pods from. It’s great to try new blends before you buy. Jackie and Lisa are doing a great job running the store.
Excellent service!
When we walked in the door we received a warm greeting from Janet. While we enjoyed our samples, Janet educated us on the features of the different machines. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and above all, patient! The store was well organized and made it easy to find what we were looking for and fostered a relaxed atmosphere in which to socialize with other customers and discover their favourites. Our entire experience from arrival at the Nespresso Club parking spots to the ease of using Google Pay upon checkout, made this a five star visit.
I asked the attendant for the notes of flavor I was looking for in a coffee. He asked me if I’d like to sample what he suggested and we became best friends. Loved this place!
So good to have a store and not have to order online.
Good espresso, relaxed atmosphere, friendly workers
The Nespresso Boutique in The Domain is an excellent customer service spot combined with Nespresso's quality reputation.
Quieter than Starbucks
I tried
Always have had fast and helpful service. Didn't even have to ask to get waited on
Friendly staff, tastings, and always have the newest items in stock
Liked the coffee and all the fun things to use around the house.
Great coffee and great service!
A bit pricey but the boyfriend loves his coffee.
Levi was so very helpful today explaining the differences in the coffees we’ve already tried and helped me carefully find what we needed next based on our preferences. Thank you, Levi!
Loved it. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered my questions not just about the espresso but also about which milks froth better. Wish they had a location in San Antonio. When you get there, go to the stop sign past the boutique and make a right. There's 3 or 4 Nespresso club member parking spots. Very thankful for that because I just wanted to go to this one store and didn't want to deal with the parking drama.
(Translated by Google) A nice shop ... Although the truth is best asked for online (Original) Una tienda agradable... Aunque la verdad mejor pidan por Internet
Kind of Confusing, it comes off as a Coffee Shop it even smells like coffee inside just they only sell Coffee Machines.
Rude, smart aleck female employee talked to me like I am a third class citizen after I asked a question.....the employees there (all 3 of them total on a busy day) act like you're putting them out by bothering them.....ridiculous
Love how it is in an old elevator shaft. We walked past it at first on our way into the craft store but luckily saw it on our way out. Good espresso but the tea drinks were amazing.
Caffeine accessories for days....
Awesome experience, very personalized concierge style. Happy I went in during slow hours.
I love Nespresso coffee, but sometimes the service in here is real slow. They focus on selling new machines, and don't really seem to give much attention to people who just need pods. Order your pods online, save yourself a headache.
Jackie is fun and knowledgeable. Thank you!
