* This is an updated review. We've been customers since Frank and Joe's opened, although not always frequent. Some time ago we were given some coupons for a free medium coffee or tea beverage. We had them in the console and kept forgetting to redeem them every time we went until Mother's Day. Before church, we went through the busy line, ordered, and presented two of the coupons. The cashier refused to accept them, I immediately tried to pay with my debit card. There was a long line behind us and we were a little irked, but polite, meanwhile the cashier and another barista discussed the coupon for a minute or so. Then they held me a little while longer to explain to me that the new manager came in April and decided to not honor the coupons any longer. By then I just wanted to pay and leave. I love supporting local businesses but the chain across the street always does what they say. Original rating was four stars. **Hip place to spend time with people. Good fresh coffee, snacks, and custom beverages. They have private carrols, sofas, table and bistro seating. Also offered are a drive through window and outdoor seating. WiFi is available for free, the password is at bottom of your receipt.

This small town coffee shop is comfortable and quaint. Nice atmosphere for meetings or just working on your own. That said don’t expect amazing coffee. Not that it was bad, just wasn’t great. Very commercial not robust nor was there an option for something for the coffee lover.

This place is nice inside! The beer is cold, the tea is flavorful, the drinkware is clean. I am not eating here tonight so I cannot comment on the flavor and quality of the food. There is pastries and deserts in the display case. Those items in the display case look really good. If one were hungry after a beer, coffee, or tea; try eating at Heffs burgers acrossed the parking lot. I would recommend Frank and Joe's to friends.

Disgusting coffee. We've given this place so many chances and tried at least half of their drinks, but we're always disappointed. Any other coffee shop in the area including starbucks has better tasting coffee than this place. We are done giving chances. Also, stop being cheapskates and give people a cup for water without hounding them for more money. Theres no way that plastic cup costs almost 50 cents for you.

The best coffee house in Wichita Falls, this coffee house is a definite must stop either on your way through Wichita Falls or just running your everyday errands. Not only does this coffee shop offer the freshest most delicious coffees, owner Jessica Prides herself in educating all of her employees about the roasting process as well as how to pull the best shot of espresso every time. This is a must stop even for those who are not coffee lovers being a little bit partial to them did you I am the creator of the original mermaid, they use quality healthy ingredients and hold every drinks the highest standards. Jessica is the perfect model of the ideal local business owner even going as far as if you do not like the drink or any food item that you get even if it is made correctly at the best equality she will replace it for something that you would enjoy for free, management honestly does appreciate feedback negative as well as positive they are constantly working towards achieving the best experience for each and every customer. They also carry a variety of delicious food for those who were on some of the trending diets as well as just really good pastries breakfast sandwiches and even cupcakes. Frank & Joe's does not stop at trying to create the best experience for just their human customers but as well as their canine friends they have puppy parfaits and doggie treats all homemade in bakeries by local vendors. I've never experienced a business that is so proud of the town that they reside in as well as so supportive of their fellow local business people. I definitely recommend this coffee house to everyone from the Busy business person needing to grab a quick quality coffee or even a conference room for an important meeting. College Students needing a place to study as well as the caffeine boost to get them through can enjoy the free WiFi and inexpensive personal study rooms. Then maybe you are not a business person or someone looking for a quiet personal study room maybe you are the busy stay-at-home mom or even just a mom who could use a relaxing break Frank & Joe's also sometimes puts on children's events where they do crafts and enjoy a drink such as the non-coffee Frappuccinos are even my favorite the mermaid did I mention it's vegan. Still feel like this is not appealing to you maybe you are looking for a exciting yet relaxing girls night out Frank & Joe's occasionally hosts painting sessions or local vendors events where you can come in either paint and enjoy local wine or draft beers. Enough about the coffee and the products and being locally source and how well-educated all the employees are the root of their greatness is not only Jessica their fearless leader but the workers themselves they all are very well educated on their jobs and do it very very well and strive daily to progress and do even better, this staff is so fun and really enjoy their job you can tell by how they hold conversations with the customers as well as the environment is always a peaceful happy environment. I could go on and on about this amazing local business but I recommend going in and experience it for yourself. But I warn you not only are the Beverages and the food addicting so is the atmosphere and the employees if you ever feel down take a trip to Frank & Joe's I'm pretty sure you leave a bit more relaxed and smiling not to mention a little more educated about coffee as well as Wichita Falls and all of its local small town businesses. Jessica Edward's is one of the best representations of a positive role model for all women, she's achieved so much through hard work and dedication and is so educated and experienced in the business world I recommend all females who are going for their dream whether it is in business or anything at all get the chance to really sit down and have a conversation with Jessica she is so inspiring and you can't help but become more determined to go for your dreams after a conversation with this young lady.

NEVER GO TO STARBUCKS AGAIN! I found this gem of a place after I got fed up with Starbucks’ service when it took a nose dive two months ago. Shop local at a place where they have great customer service and it’s nice to hang out and do homework. Nice touch supporting local law enforcement by putting their photos on the wall. Smart idea. Special thanks to the manager Andy who is always so nice to us and remembers the regulars and their drinks.

Hands down, this is a top-notch coffee house and I couldn’t recommend it more highly! I have visited coffee houses around the country in several major cities and have to say that this is one of the finest. The atmosphere, the quality of coffee, and the good service are all superb. My favorite part of Frank & Joe’s, however, is its involvement and impact on the local community. In a short amount of time, this coffee house has brought together our town. It’s refreshing to see a place where students, professionals, youth and retirees all cross paths together – a sight I haven’t seen since visiting pubs in Europe. Frank & Joe’s makes Wichita Falls the place to be!

Best coffee in Witicha Falls that I've had. Tried two other places and prefer the roasts used at Frank & Joe's. Honestly had the best cookie that I can ever remember tasting here. I've had their latte, macchiato, and a cortado. Was a little confused with their cortado as it was the same size as a latte.

My wife and I want to love this place so bad. I'd like spend our money here rather than across the street at Starbucks but there are some issues for sure. Consistency doesn't exist. You want a macchiato? Well... get ready to drink a cappuccino. Want a cappuccino? Be ready to enjoy a tasty latte. My wife watched a woman wait for so long today she was late for work. With the short lines and the amount of staff behind the counter, there's no reason it should take more than a couple of minutes for one drink. Staff has pretty good customer service. Love the decoration/layout. Somebody please help! It has so much potential.

Went inside with another party who ordered 3 coffees. Took 17 minutes after they GOT their coffee to get my two. Two of my friends finished their drinks before we even got ours. Wasn't busy inside but drive-thru was rolling. Felt like that was more of a priority. And then the coffee was just average. Might recommend the drive-thru if you can find a coffee combo you like.

We visited this location a few weeks ago (May 19). We love supporting local businesses and were excited to try it from reading other reviews. Unfortunately, we were pretty disappointed. They were out of cold brew which is my husband's favorite, but we still ordered other drinks and a breakfast croissant. The wait time was over 15 min even though it wasn't busy when our order was placed (there was no line). We did enjoy the overall vibe of the place and the outdoor patio. However, the egg on my croissant was the texture of burnt plastic so I had to pick the majority of that off. I was too hungry to take it back to the counter and wait for another. We were prepared to spend the $18 on a cute toddler tshirt in further support of local business, but it didn't feel worth it after our experience. Maybe it was just an off day, considering the other reviews, but we left wishing we had gone to Starbucks.

The first time I went to Frank and Joe's I noticed they had a mimosa bar set up. I thought this would be the perfect first stop for me and my girls before we went wedding dress shopping a few weeks later! I called ahead of our shopping date to see if they would have the mimosa bar set up again; they said no, but that they would be happy to have champagne, orange juice, and fruits set up for us when we got there! HOW SWEET IS THAT!

I'm a fan of Frappes. I really am. I normally purchase them from places like McDonald's and Starbucks. Or, I use to to say the least. After heading on over there with a couple of friends and trying their Protein Frappe, I have to say that they have the best Frappes to date. While my group did sit outside to enjoy the setting sun in their semi-private porch, the layout on the inside was nicely planned for optimal efficiency in getting the order and then resting in the many couches and love seats in the dinning area. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

This little gem in WF offers more than just coffee. Their coffee is smooth and rich. They offer Coconut, Almon and Soy milk alternatives, I got the almond. It was creamy in both my hot and iced lattes. The servers are friendly and the atmosphere is relaxed and comfortable. They offer meeting rooms to let out and have specialty pastries and chocolate. There is almost always a line of cars at the window and people inside (in this summer heat). Highly recommend!

I would have clicked on all 6 stars if Google review had it. First of all it was my first time ever in Witchita Falls, the last day after spending about a month, I was FARMISHED after checking out of the hotel and googled "breakfast restaurant near me". I saw Frank and Joe's Coffee house and went there immediately. and I was blown away by the following ; 1.) The enviromwent is very welcoming, homely and super neat. You feel so relaxed as soon as you walked in. 2.) The sweetest genetleman who took my order, (I think he was Hispanic?) was very knowledgeable about what was on the menu, I was confused and he helped me make the perfect choice of their overnighted oatmeal. He quickly described some of the other different options on the menu that I had asked about. He was speedy, courteous and hospitable. 3.) Another tall slim healthy looking older guy maybe 5'11/6ft/6ft 1? manager maybe ? This guy was awesome. He also made a few suggestions about what to eat. I remember I asked him if it was a chain restaurant and he said We are as local as we can be". But such a welcoming gentleman. 4.) I had the overnighted oatmeal. OH BOY DID IT TASTE SO FRESH!!!. guess what?. It was also served just in time. Capuccino was hot and fresh. 5.) Please keep your staff. Love that Hispanic guy? (Not sure). The manager knows exactly what he is doing. PLEASE COME TO HOUSTON. WE need something like this, Its time, what are you waiting for? THe rest of America needs a breakfast experience like this.

There's plenty of seating with a chill and friendly atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and engaging, the manager too! Our drinks were quick and tasty but best yet; Beer! A coffee place with legit drinks. I just became a regular.
