Awesome. I loved their coffee and the atmosphere. My husband and I were visiting from MA and stopped in for a morning coffee. I was enamored with the decor from the moment we walked in. Those vintage lights- so many! There was so much seating, I could see it is a good place to come and work- and plugs everywhere! We noticed that the coffee shops in Austin we visited all had copious amounts of outlets! For some reason in MA they pretend like they don’t know people work on coffee shops and only have like 3 plugs awkwardly placed around the room. Thank you TX for acknowledging the working world is changing. Also, the plaza Epoch is in is... Epic! A record store, a vintage store, and a coffee shop- very exciting danger zone for me. Needless to say, we had a great morning.

All the Epochs have excellent coffee and teas and are good places to study or just relax. This one is the smallest with limited seating but also a bit more out of the way so tends to be less crowded, though it can fill up during peak hours. There's a small patio outside and the inside is divided into a main room and a smaller side room that's a bit more secluded with small tables.

I love this spot. Because it's 24/7 and there's indoor and outdoor seating, it makes for a great study or remote work spot. Plus they have lavendar syrup which is my favorite add-in for lattes! Today was my second time going here. I ordered, found a seat outside, and then went back in for my drink. When I went back outside, I tasted my drink and I couldn't tell if the lavendar syrup was added or if it was just subtle. So I went back inside to ask...and then realized I left my drink outside. So I went back out to the porch. My barista saw all of this and popped out the back door to ask if I needed something. I explained the situation and he immediately offered to add more syrup. Gave me my drink back and then checked up on me later to make sure I was happy with it. I felt like that was really good customer service, and I would absolutely recommend this spot. Plus my latte was delicious and reasonably priced!

Best 24 hour cafe in all of Austin. Their WiFi is the best of any cafe I've been to in Austin (rarely any connection issues) and they also make the best decaf americano. 5 stars no doubt. The other Epoch locations are great coffee houses as well, however this one is something special... I love it that the place is bustling and busy into the wee hours of night.

Love this coffee shop, the coffee is awesome. Snickerdoodle latte is my favorite and they make the syrups themselves! What I really come for is the people though. Like tonight, was hanging with some of the funniest and most interesting people I've ever met....they even started liking eachothers faces! If you love meeting some real characters or even just people watch this is the place for you! Also say hi to Chloe, she doesn't work there but practically lives there lmao

The decor and ambience is overwhelmingly better than the customer service. I went to the 24 hour one. I ordered a pizza and I didn't know it was from a separate company so when I ordered a slice and asked to hold the olives the man gave me a mundane and annoyed look and said "no, you cant, you can have a normal one." I was surprised at his response and I didn't wanna be rude back so I ordered it and paid 4.50 for it and was so mad when I got it because it was really tiny and tasted like it was sitting in a fridge and then stuck in a microwave before it was served to me. The brownie I ordered tasted old and was kind of over priced just like the pizza. Probably wouldn't come back or recommend to folks.

Love this place - my one complaint would be the chairs. Most of the chairs aren't very comfortable. Like most coffee shops, quality of espresso depends on the barista's skill. If you don't want to gamble, just go with a cortado. Try the pizza slices and the chocolate chunk cookies - absolutely delicious.

Epoch coffee has great vibes and good coffee. Staff are very chill and the brews are good. Lots of hipsters and people working quietly on laptops. Only thing is it's very busy and parking is limited so be prepared to park on the nearby streets and walk. Plan to stay at least 30 min with schoolwork, a book, or something to doodle on if so inclined!

Smooth and full of flavor without being too sweet or over powering. It was a little crowded but bearable. This is not the place to go if you are in a rush, but they take their time and get it right.

Epoch coffee is by far the best coffee house in Austin. They hold a true flame to Austin culture and local coffee etiquette. The atmosphere is bubbling over with the artsy and wired, bohemian and grassroots Intellectuals. (In a good way) From tables field with students studying away for there next exam... gamers lost in there own world, and my fellow grungy philosophers smoking cigarettes on the back porch. It is clear that everyone from upper class rushing off to a meeting or lower class like myself just looking for a new chill spot.. are welcome to this hipster paradise. All walks of life come through these doors. Epoch is great for the perfect fix, wether it’s 7am on the way to work or if it’s a coffee date at 3am with you’re cutie. Because they are open 247!!!! Yeah that’s right. And it doesn’t matter what time it is or who’s behind the counter, because you will be greeted with a smile and a professional attitude. Not to mention the best coffee made by the best baristas in Austin! Both there baristas Eric and Ben are excellent and will get you what you need! And last but not least, I left my brand new AirPods here over night and came back the next day to find them safe and sound in there lost and found! So, if that doesn’t show care and honest business, with the up most love for their customers, well I don’t know what does! THANK Y’ALL, YALL ROCK!

Great place to get food or coffee anytime. A lot of people study here or meet up with groups. I think it's a bit too crowded for that, but just my opinion. It's a pretty cool place and the art inside is beautiful. Customer service is great, baristas are fast and keep the line going. They have a printer kiosk that's very convenient, it's saved my life a few times. Parking lot is alright. Even when it's crowded I've been able to find a spot though. Pretty inexpensive and everything is good!

The staff used to be so friendly and amicable and though some of the old faces are still around the service in general is nothing like it used to be. Miss the old welcoming vibes when your experience tasted just as good as your coffee.

Props for being open 24 hours, and the nice kind of retro-cozy setting, but the coffee wasn't good, and that's kind of the point of it, isn't it? The lavender coffee was saturated with lavender to the point that it was not really drinkable. I'm no stranger to lavender coffee, or intense flavorings, but this was so bitter and inundated that it had to be accidental. Rather than being understanding, however, the barista seemed really put-off and rude. The other coffee we had was just okay, not memorable in either way. Wouldn't recommend unless you just want a haven to study late into the night.

I was so excited to try this place out because of the great reviews. The minute I walked in, the woman at the register told me that I had to go outside since I had a dog. I assumed that she simply didn’t see my service dog’s vest, so I very politely told her that my dog is a service dog. In a very offhanded and rude way, the woman said “of course she is” then proceeded to take the order of the person in front of me. I was so shocked that a grown woman would act so immaturely about my perfectly behaved SERVICE DOG. I had her sitting right by my side. She wasn’t sniffing around or causing any kind of disturbance. I just stood there in shock for a few moments, wondering if I should say anything, but I didn’t want to stoop down to her level. I calmly and briskly walked out while the employee told me that I could stay. Ha. I didn’t want to stay after that. Just because my dog isn’t performing a task for me at every moment doesn’t mean that she isn’t a service dog! I understand that a lot of people try to get away with having their pets with a vest so they can get into public places, but if the dog is extremely well behaved and not causing any trouble and acting in a very service dog-like way, it’s not in your rights to act as though the dog isn’t legit! (By the way, the woman had very short grey/white hair)

This place is great. I've been here on and off for years through girlfriends and friends and just needing a place to drink coffee and study. It can be hard to find seating at times, but when you can, it's worth it. There's usually a place to plug in your laptop and you can sit back and enjoy your coffee while you work. It's generally a pretty respectful noise level and they never close.

We got their signature drink while in TX, unfortunately the name escapes me right now, but it was Amazing coffee! Just sweet enough with the right amount of milk and crushed ice... So good!! They had a few different bagel choices, but the one that stood out was the jalapeño cheddar. My mouth and spicy peppers don't do well together, but I've never heard of that at a coffee shop before! The art around the shop was pleasantly uncommon, and the bathroom was painted with chalkboard paint. They provided chalk too!! There was art and writing all over the walls, and it was all erasable if they felt it was inappropriate. Thankfully nothing was, so they either police it well or people are actually respectful!! If I'm ever in the area again, I will make it back here!!!

Epoch is awesome. Estep is very friendly, The place was clean and had a great vibe. There are outlets available at almost every table, and they're open 24/7 which is a great plus in case you get a late night hankering! Would definitely recommend Epoch!!

Blatantly ignored by two employees at the register....but the cashier's "honey" was immediately acknowledged-of course. Mediocre coffee...or was it the bad taste in my mouth? The Epoch on Anderson is much better.

I love it here so much! It feels like home. This was my first time at this location and I love the homey atmosphere, the lighting, the music. I always get the same thing, a London fog which is an earl grey tea with steamed coconut milk and a shot of vanilla. It is not overly sweet it is just the right balance. Also, goes really well with the chai apple muffin!

Cold brew was great, and i love the dark vibe. The barista was a bit rude but it was late it the day so i don't blame him, customers suck sometimes. Will definitely be going back.
