California Grill is a great veggie panini. Club panini is also good. Love the chips and pickle :) hazelnut cream coffee is so good. Wifi is pretty bad, not a good place to do work on laptop. Many normal sites are blocked for no reason.

Love the 1/2 sandwich 1/2 soup combo. Comes with chips and a pickle. Great deal. My fave is the BBLT with the balsamic mayo and I add avocado. Awesome. I really miss the chicken lemon orzo soup!

Love this place. Today I used my 2 entrees for 12.99 coupon. I bought the chicken carbonara and the shrimp scampi. Ate one and tasted the other. They were both delicious. Go try it this place out. You won't be disappointed!!!

I am hoping the food is much better than the service and attitude of manager, Tomas DeWitt. He was absolutely RUDE and condescending towards us. We ordered, as written on the menu, two "regular" coffees (the size choices are "small", "regular", and "large") and noticed that the register screen listed "small". I informed the employee that we wanted "regular" (thinking that it meant medium). Tomas jumped in using a VERY abrupt tone saying that "regular" was "small". We said "oh, we just ordered according to how the menu is written." He then pushed the issue by saying that if we wanted a bigger size, we should have said "medium". He was NOT nice at any level! It's ashame to have had this experience, being it was our first visit here. To make matters worse, my breakfast sandwich was cold. I will not be coming back.

Do not order a large order from this location. We ordered ahead of time and confirmed delivery 24 hours ahead. They were scheduled to deliver the meal at 11:15. By noon they still did not arrive. After multiple calls and continuous hang ups in our face, we had to pick up the food and bring it back. When we got there the manager refused to speak with us nor apologize for the poor customer service. He was within 5 feet of us and ignored us completely. The only reason why I gave them 2 stars is because the employees helped us load the car and discounted the bill. The food was good but the management team and customer service is less than poor.

This place is so good. I've yet to get anything I wasn't happy with. The hibiscus lemonade is so good. You have to leave room for dessert or atleast take something home. I saw someone eating a salad and it was huge.

I can say that the baked goods range from good to very good. However, the service is spotty. I ordered a mini Bundt cake and was told that the cashier that helped me would place the item in a container and hand it to me within a couple minutes. He completely forgot and I sat there until I had to ask someone else to get it for me. It literally took her 30 seconds to get the item.

I work about 5 minutes from here and I get lunch here atleast 3 times a week. My order is ALWAYS correct (which is special because I make a few modifications each time) and ALWAYS delicious. Definitely my favorite deli style place to eat. AND the workers are friendly and fast all the time, ive never had a bad experience.

Went for the 2 for $9.99 special today and was quite disappointed in the California Grille Panini. They actually boxed this burnt sandwich and I didn’t look until I got home. They were not busy at all so they could easily just made another. So disappointing. Update: I received a complimentary guest card in the mail and re-visited this CB over the weekend. The salad I ordered looked and tasted great! I'm pleased with how CB handled my review.

After sitting outside for almost 15 minutes after ordering our food, I go inside to check on it only to find out our food was sitting under the heat lamp because “they couldn’t find us”. Food was ok. I visited this restaurant during lunch time. Parking was chaos, but service and food were ok. I had the pick two with the Turkey advocado sandwich. The bread was a little tough. I did not enjoy the chicken noodle soup that accompanied my meal.

These are the friendliest, kindest restaurant staff I’ve ever met. We came in 15 minutes til close and they could’ve turned us away. They did the exact opposite! They welcomed us in and made us feel like the most important people in the world. They spoiled us rotten. Mimi, Jaime and staff were excellent and deserve the highest praise. Love this place. Had a late lunch with my son today and I was saddened to see that the service has gone downhill completely. The food tasted overd and old, I would give the customer service C-, and the staff was very loud, I could hear them from across the restaurant. It looked like there was a lot of playing around, rolling their heads, loud slang talking, Just an inappropriate behavior for working at a restaurant. If you work at the restaurant and you’re out front then you should be professional. I really used to like this place but it definitely has changed.
