I really enjoyed the atmosphere here. Laid back, warm & welcoming, a great place to do homework or have coffee with friends. They have a pretty good selection of pastries, & a wide variety of drinks. I ordered an iced caramel macchiato, which was great. Kinda steep at a little over $5, but it was probably the size if a grande macchiato at Starbucks. The guy who took my order was super helpful, answering all my questions about their drinks. I recommend checking this place out. Hope this business does well.

I agree with others: it's got a good vibe. However, if you can't make a good product, people won't come back. I ordered a frozen caramel macchiato (because it's 90 degrees outside), and the guy said, "Yeah, it's great - the caramel and chocolate we use in it is delicious." I couldn't taste ANY caramel or chocolate. All I could taste was old coffee flavor and milk (and could barely taste the milk). It felt like I was drinking iced dookie water...but for the price tag, you better believe I was gulping ALL of that iced dookie water down my gullet, much to my chagrin. Disclaimer: after he made our drinks, he ended his shift, so he could have been burnt out and simply forgot key ingredients. Regardless, I'll think twice about going here, if I need a caffeine fix. It pains me, because I'm all for buying local to build up local businesses. The truth of the matter is: Mcdonald's makes a better frozen coffee drink.

The best coffee in the entire greater Memphis area. Fresh baked pastries (love their croissants) and gorgeous desserts . Super cozy environment with excellent high-speed internet to boot. The staff is very cordial and pleasant. I spend a lot of time in Europe (have an office in central Paris) and around here this is as close as I can get to the same tastes. Enjoy!

Terrible quiche, 95% cream, tiny amount of egg. Totally gross. The cappuccino was awful! I asked for extra hot and I got a Luke warm cup of coffee. When I asked for it to be warmed up he argued with me. Told me it is hot instead of just offering to warm to up. Don't go here, it's awful!!!!

This place really has a great vibe! My coffee always tastes spot on! And I appreciate the fact that they are hanging paintings by local artists. The ones in the back along the left side of the wall are really very nice. And affordable! Way to go Cappuccino's!

Cappuccino is a nice addition to the Forest Hill shopping center. It’s nice to have a local coffee shop available in that part of Germantown. The servers were very kind and helpful. The menu was extensive and they had delicious looking sweet treats available. I would definitely recommend and plan on going back in the near future!

Good quality, but expensive, especially the desserts. However, It's nice to have another option besides SB in town. Also odd the employee occupies the best table with his laptop daily, but nice ambience overall and not overly crowded. 5/1 Update: After avoiding it for several months, I decided to give it another try. I asked for a Mocha Frappe (it's still listed on the online menu) and was told they don't make them anymore 'due to no counter space for a blender'. I received coffee with ice in it and syrup at the bottom instead. I'm done, this place won't be around long.

Collierville doesn't have enough coffee shops. Starbucks is always great, but it's nice to switch it up occasionally, and this is the best shop I've found nearby. The vibe is excellent here. It feels so homey, it's not loud. It's a great place to focus on your work. And the coffee's great too, of course.

Dig it. This is a quiet spot that is great for catching up with a friend, studying, or working. This is my second day in a row here just to get out of the house to work and the staff is friendly. Best part is that the coffee is good, too!

I was at gnc next door to cappuccino coffee shop and thought I'd like to see what they're about! I ordered a iced vanilla latte and i told the gentleman how I liked it. He asked me to try it before I left to see if I liked it and he made it to perfection!! I definitely recommend this quaint little place!

Great coffee, caramel macchiato is awesome. Inside ambiance needs some work. Service is good but a little pricey. Supposedly desserts and coffee are imported from Italy. Overall would recommend.
