snobby staff. they were condescending of my inlaws, because my inlaws are southern and talk slowly.

Although I love supporting local Sioux Falls restaurants and DTSF coffee shops, I have now had two unfortunate experiences with the owner of Josiah's, Steve. Two visits in a row now he has gone out of his way to sternly tell my table that we have chosen the "wrong" table. Which the entire restaurant is seat yourself... We came in at noon today and took the very last table which was a community table of 6 barstools in the corner. Most the stools were being used at other tables though so we sat in two of the 3 left. Later in the afternoon after the place had cleared out the owner came over and told us that they are busy on weekends and it was "hard to see only two people sitting at a 6 person table and next time please grab a table meant for two people". We explained this was the only table left and we even offered to share the table when we saw two others looking for a place to sit. Although I can understand his perspective, it is completely against my opinion of customer service to call out customers in such a rude way. The time before we had a table of 10 people there for a lunch meeting. The owner came over and said he needed the table for an event coming in, which I totally get. However, had he politely asked us to move there would have been no damage done but instead he chose to say "you have 10 minutes at this table before I start getting grouchy." Which made the entire table feel awkward. I do believe there is a right and a wrong way to speak to customers and I have left this place feeling awkward twice now. I also highly suggest a host table if you want to control where patrons sit.

nancy rieke

Just cool! Great coffee & quite a wide menu. Carmel roll was delicious!

Paige Luebbert

Delicious espressos!

John St. Martin

This place is amazing! Josiah's used to be in an odd location and I did not like going there, but I decided to try them again in their new location and it is great. They seem to have become a more full blown restaurant and less of a coffee shop. The atmosphere and atheistic are great too! This is my new favorite place to hang out and meet up with people :-)

Kenneth Domingue

This place is AWESOME! Ate here several times for breakfast and had a really hard time choosing to go somewhere else. High quality experience. I'm sure I will be back.

Russel Van Der Werff

Have been coming by for a few years and I've never had bad service or bad food. The menu is wide and excellent. Great for breakfast or lunch.

Wilde Prairie Winery

Food was good. Like the old Josiah's location better. New location is kinda noisy.

Rachel K

Great atmosphere and super friendly staff! Would highly recommend!

Ryan Waters

Good food, friendly atmosphere/service and available parking - makes for a great coffee shop! Maybe the best french toast in town.

Tyler Hubler

Super cool setting and I had a great latte!

Britt Hanson

Good food, and a fun vibe.

JP M

Great stop for quick bite alone or with Friends. Excellent atmosphere and Staff.

Doug Wire

Everything I've had or seen there tastes and looks delicious.

Barb Wilber

Great food and fun atmosphere!

Richard Dunlap

It is a really nice place to go for a meal. The food was great, the coffee was very good. It inside has a great atmosphere and decor. Plenty of seating. It looked like the was a sectioned off part that could be used for a meeting or party. Outside seating for when the weather is nice. The building it's located in is one of the oldest from downtown Sioux Falls though the inside has been updated recently they still managed to keep the vintage charm.

tapan chaddarwala

Patio lunch spot during summers! A pleasant experience and the service is super fast

Juan Rios

Great coffee, amazing food and outstanding company! Great, hipster & local place in Sioux Falls. As a coffee lover not having coffee refills is a down side (maybe something to consider team Josiah’s) still love the place.

Kayla Huntington

Beautiful new location. Great coffee. This is the place to go to hang out and sip on goodness!

Kellyn Voss

Large space with plenty of seating. All the food was a amazing , including the bakery goods. The homemade poptarts are awesome!

c s72

I'm giving a 3 for the atmosphere, which is good. The service could be better, however. We weren't even acknowledged when we came in and was studying the menu, not a hello or anything. No one asked if we'd been here before or needed help either, and it was our first time here. The menu is way too high priced for the food items, as well. The place is smoky too, so they must need to change their oil in their fryers or get better ventilation in the place or something!

Nicole SanGrait

I love that they have that extra shot more of espresso than others. Convenient new location. Their butter coffee is great. I love the originality of the drinks and atmosphere.

Phosalae Suriyasak

Solid food. Delicious coffee. Awesome service. What more can you ask for? I love the flatbreads for both breakfast and lunch! The baked goods are killer and what they're known for aside from coffee. Must try spot off the busy main strip of downtown.

Gary Messerli

Interesting decor. They let dogs on a leash in if you don't mind dining around other people's dogs. I had a wrap. Didn't like it. For $9 they basically put deli chicken in a wrap. Didn't even heat it up. If I go back I would definitely try something else. Perhaps off the All-day breakfast menu. Overall there are better places to eat downtown.

Alex R

I love going here with my doggy for breakfast and coffee! On the weekends, get here early because it gets busy and tables fill up fast! You probably want to get here before 9am!

jan flickema

Great Atmosphere and healthy choices for lunch

Zhanna Skots

Light fresh atmosphere, very modern and pretty interior, a quintessentially hipster hangout. Food is very good, although the last time we went, the girl at the cash register wasn't very friendly. Every other time we've visited it has been exceptional service and eats.

The Dixon

The food was average, and they were out of quite a few items on the menu.

Chelsea Tracy

A great environment to hang out in, amazing stellar food and the staff is a delight!

Claudia Dail

Love this place: great coffee, food, staff and atmosphere.

Lori Stephenson

Excellent coffee and espresso!! And their desserts are, too. Can't wait to try their sandwiches... top-notch!!

AJ

I really really used to love this place in its old location. However, since their move- their prices have gone up and the quality of food has gone down. Coffee refills are not free.

Jazzy Rose

My husband and I love this place! The interior is really cool. I will say, expect to spend a pretty penny as it’s decently expensive. But their food is absolutely delicious. The French toast and blueberry scones are my favorite. My husband usually gets the create your own breakfast platter and it’s a decent size. Would highly recommend checking this place out, at least once.

Jase Kraft

Great environment and awesome selection! It's the only place I know that actually give you a pot of tea when you order in. Couldn't be happier.

W. Kyoo Kouba

Great food. Awesome place to hangout, work, study or visit with friends!

Kathryn Tuggle

Great place for coffee, meetings, or doing a couple hours of work. I was very impressed with the friendly staff who really seem to care about each cup of coffee they make, and who keep up a friendly banter with regular customers. On one visit, I saw a book club gathering, a huddle of yoga teachers and state representatives, families and colleagues enjoying lunch together, and kids eating cinnamon rolls. It seems all of Sioux Falls gathers here. They also have gluten-free bread that is delicious!

Ryan Merryman

Great coffee and a cool place. The fireplace is also a nice touch especially on a crisp morning like this.

Jane Fixsel

Great place. Great benedicts.. you can bring your doggy in..

Eric Lowry

I had a Depth Charge my wife had Jasmine tea. Both were wonderful!

Sara Line Frisk

What a lovely find in the cute little town of Sioux Falls! We stopped for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised! The atmosphere was bright, eclectic and very cozy! There are a variety of things to choose from. Make sure you are ready with your order as you contemplate the menu while you wait in line. You place and pay for your order and the staff then brings it to you. We ordered coffee, English Muffin with bacon, egg and cheese, as well as French Toast with fresh fruit. The bread was freshly baked and everything was so fresh and delicious. I have now been back twice to Josiah’s in two separate road trips. This will be my new favorite breakfast place every time I visit Sioux Falls, although they also serve lunch so I may have to try it out for lunch as well. For those on the go there is also fresh baked goods and breads.

Brett Fricke

I have never really been downtown at a time that allowed me to go to Josiah's and I didn't think anything of it, until I actually got to go. There is so much space and plenty of seating. I was surprised to know there was a full menu and a great selection of drinks. I ended up with a delicious coffee, a great slice of cheesecake. The food/drinks weren't priced out of this world and the atmosphere will definitely bring me back. P.S.- Allowing dogs is a classy move and I appreciate it!

Paris Wiand

Great food Great atmosphere

Cindy McGarry

Although it was extremely busy there this morning, service and food were both excellent.

Bree Stotz

One of my favorite spots to grab a quick light meal or delicious coffee. They have so many choices and best of all, they're dog friendly!

David M.

We were told about Josiah's by the hotel bartender. Excellent recommendation and even more excellent place. Food was great, service magnificent and the place was dry clean and welcoming. Top job by everyone. Dave.

Nancy Meyer

Ok. I visited Josiah's Coffee House today and loved the coffee, delicious peach wraps and ambiance. It's the "Best Coffee House" in Sioux Falls. The owner Is so creative in his design of the cafe. When there, I feel like I'm In Minneapolis where's there's an abundance of coffee shops. Josiah's isn't a 'brand name' bistro but a very unique and stylish Place to enjoy great Breakfast, Lunches & light suppers! My two Good friends also loved it!

Melissa Sears

Food and cappuccino were ok.

Lee Buehler

Ok, I don't often give 5 stars but this a great place. Real, delicious bakery pastries, cookies, muffins and rolls, etc. When many other coffee shops have gone to premade and pre-packaged stuff that comes in on a truck. I believe this spot used to be a transmission shop but you really couldn't tell. They have a banquet room and I think they are pet friendly, I noticed some customers bringing in dogs!

Heidi Weber

10 for atmosphere 8 for coffee... it's good but not the best. 8 for food- my mother in law got the wrong meal. Otherwise pretty good!

Erin Domel

Not too impressed with the coffee, however the biscuits and gravy were very good and better than your average! The sausage gravy had a little bit of spice with it but it wasn't too much for a midwesterner like myself!

Helen Martinson

Best place to eat in Sioux Falls. Super menu. My favorite is Eggs Benedict for brunch. Awesone staff. Friendly, curtious and fast.

Debbie Howard

Fabulous food. Very busy but the food was worth the wait.

Danielle Fritz

The only downside to Josiah’s is how busy it gets – but that’s only because they are phenomenal! Besides serving the best pie in town, they have a great atmosphere and are dog-friendly. They also do some amazing sponsorship of various causes, such as the Humane Society. It’s nice to see a local business with some true heart to it.

Ap

It's a nice inviting atmosphere. The food is always top notch and the coffee/tea is well made. A must for those you love good things

Jason Barnes

I was in town for three days and ended up here every day I was here. Great atmosphere, quality food, and very friendly staff. The fireplace was a great way to warm up during the record snowfall year. Will definitely be back if I'm ever in Sioux falls again.

Leah Van Tol

Cozy atmosphere, great location, friendly staff, good food & coffee!

Kay Odle

I had a cinnamon roll and hot jasmine tea. Yummy and perfect for a cold rainy day. Warm atmosphere. Great pastries, and service.

Dan Ludeman

Beautiful place to enjoy a cup of coffee or take the family. I highly recommend it.

Betty Harris

Such an adorable coffee shop! They have an excellent selection of coffees, espresso drinks, and foods. There are plenty of hearty breakfast choices for both the individual looking for eggs or oatmeal. Lots of healthy options - and truly healthy. Plenty of seating and a very relaxed setting. They have some local foods for sale, like cheeses and pastries that would be fun gifts. I could spend hours here!

Arielle Renner

Great coffee and environment! Loved that fact that it's kid and dog friendly! Definitely my favorite coffee house in the city!

Crystal_and_Nate Buffington

We stopped in Sioux Falls on our way to family in Wisconsin. On a whim, we decided to check out a local coffee shop. This place is wonderful! The staff are super helpful and friendly. As one who has celiac disease I need special places, and this fits the bill. Steve helped me navigate the menu, and the kitchen to be sure my meal was safe. The food is heavy portioned, leftovers for the road, and great tasting. My two daughters loved their meals. Must see when in the area.

Devin K

This place is great! We were looking for a gluten free place to have breakfast and came upon them. The steak and sweet pepper omelette was great! The coffee is probably some of the best I've honestly had in my life. I can't think of a place that has better. The building and the story behind the restaurant are both very neat. Without a doubt next time we're in Sioux Falls we will be having breakfast there each day!

Elizabeth Redwing

Our food was excellent, the service was exceptional. The atmosphere was chic yet comfortable. The pastries were devine, you must try the pop tarts. We're leaving with full tummies and uplifted spirits. Thanks for the good time!

Bethany Buitenbos

My newest obsession. I'm mad at myself for waiting so long to come here. Amazing food, friendly service, great selection of coffee. I love that you can get it in a mug if you're staying and refills are very reasonably priced. I will definitely be coming here often now that I finally tried it!

Jaelyn Degner

Very cute and quaint! Just had a black coffee but I cant wait to try more. The service was very quick and friendly.

Reece Chambers

One of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch. Atmosphere is big, open, and bright.

Lindsey M

Nice place. Too expensive for having to grab your own silverware though. Kind of a cafeteria feel rather than cafe. Good for a quick bite if you don't mind the price.

Bryan Shicks

This place is amazing. Great military discount available. Jaelyn who is one of the managers is the BEST!!!!!

Sarah Lamberty

The decor in the place is very cute and trendy. The food looks great but was very disappointing. I asked for over easy eggs and got over medium fried eggs, avocado toast had a weird sweet flavor to it, one of our items was forgot. I would rather eat at M.B. Haksetts around the corner.

Katie Kayser

Good food and friendly service. But loud and busy

Gene Nelson

Always a good place to stop

TheFire andEarth

Awesome service and great feel. The coffee was tasty and the pasties and cakes are baked fresh. I had carrot came and it was amazing. Its dog friendly (if they are on a leash) and they sell some really cute pet items. They also have honeys, ciders, soaps and neat trinkets.

Alex Andersen

Downtown hipster joint with good food.

Jordan Julius

This place is all around amazing. The food, service and atmosphere make it so easy to keep coming back.

XMR Bones

This place is amazing!! There’s zero chance you could be disappointed making time to come here.

Tasha Rhodes

My first time here for lunch today. I got the Cuban and it was fantastic! Fair warning: their stone ground mustard is not for someone with a softer palate. The decor is nice and it's a good location/space. Service is wonderful and the staff was very friendly.

James Ashley

This place is overrated. There English muffin was horrible, way to solid... Everything looks pretty good, but ahhh. They do not carry grape jelly, that is just horrible. The coffee was great though.

Aron Nelson

Great Food, and a good place to study for sure.

Mike Shlanta

I cannot recommend this enough for breakfast/brunch

Rachel Iverson

When we travel my husband and I make a point of eating out all the bakeries in town, or as many as we can fit in. This was by far my favorite coffee shop/bakery in Sioux Falls. They had a great selection of breakfast and the coffee was really good. The staff was friendly and there are fresh flowers on the tables. There is also a patio you can at sit outside with little fire pits that are lit in the morning all the way through night. Probably a little more expensive then stopping at a Starbucks, but you’re paying for the charm and the unique cuisine!

Erin Arends

The BEST!! Love the atmosphere, the food, the coffee, and the staff!!

Jeff Brown

Best coffee shop in DTSF by far!

Evan Langman

Josiah's is a fantastic place to get coffee pastries and more i havent tried their food food yet but i can tell you that the combination of great staff and amazing coffee makes it worth it in any regard.

Patrick Olfert

Breakfast on 12-16-18: Pros: Quality good breakfast with bustling atmosphere. Cons: no coffee refills, spendy. Overall I really liked it though. You go up to counter to order food then seat yourself. Would recommend, and come back again

terry eulberg

Steve and his crew are rockin their new digs with just as much awesomeness as their first home. Just like the first Joshua's a lot of thought was put into the design and decor. The food is totally top notch and you won't go away hungry! Service too is a step ahead of many places. If you haven't experienced this lovely Coffeehouse you are truly missing out.

Aaron Erickson

Beautiful place, good food, great staff. Robbie the cook is hilarious

Luke Smidt

Great atmosphere. Staff is very polite and helpful. Food is delicious! Try the steak and sweet pepper omelet

Mark Spoelhof

Friendly staff, good coffee. Other customers had dogs with them, which made it even better

Justin Dziobecki

1st time there really laid back atmosphere. Pancakes were awesome and got a treat to go!

Ellie's Mom and Dad

This place is amazing, tremendous food and service!! You can even bring your dog if it’s on a leash and stays down!

Na'ahma Golden

My first visit to the new place. All in my party agreed it was a great place to meet! Excellent food, as always. Wait staff was excellent as well. We will definitely be back!

Jonah B

Neat place. My peferred coffee place in the city.

Brian Stormo

Josiah's is a neat local place. My son loves their cinnamon and caramel rolls. The breakfast is really where it's at, lunch is "ok". Coffee is good, big assortment of breakfast pastries and desserts. Worth checking out if you haven't been before.

chantell westberg

First time eating at the new location. I loved the food and coffee at the old location so I was excited, but ended up super disappointed. The avocado on my toast was more brown than green, and had pieces of avocado shell mixed into it. The eggs tasted like they were made at 8am and left under a heat lamp all day. Didn’t even finish the meal. At least the fruit and turmeric chia tea was good!

Anne Haugan

Excellent service and excellent food. The people who work there are very friendly a d helpful.

Jeff Covington

Great coffee and steel cut oats. Super friendly staff. Neat building

Jason Currie-Olson

This is a really cool place. Good coffee. Great space. Comfy and open. A great place to grab a cup of coffee or a bite to eat and sit for a bit.

MJ Johnston

Super decor- kinda Chip-&-Joanna-Gaines-y. Great menu with lots of healthy, fresh food and phenomenal desserts. Huge restaurant with lots of seating and bright, natural light. Candles, coffee cups, etc available for sale. Very hip, fun place

Sherry Barkley

Great lunch, wonderful setting.

Tony Kewley

Great service. Fair prices

David Becker

Wonderful environment! The 3 egg, carmelized onion, bacon, and Gouda omelette was amazing!

Kris Singh

Food was good and service was fast. They also offer options for people with dietary restrictions. The venue is HUGE! The only downside is pricing, which is pretty high for a breakfast place (but I guess they have to pay the rent on that massive storefront somehow!).

CHARNE WALTERS

This is a true Coffee shop and I love it so much! Everything is fresh!! Pastries made from scratch! Good coffee! Amazing atmosphere! So far we have tried the salmon eggs Benedict, soups, waffles, pancakes, beef brisket and hashbrowns and eggs...we have been very happy

Mark Carlson

Super cool place with great food

Taylor Nilson

Fun atmosphere, seat yourself, fast service. When I have a larger group it can sometimes take over an hour to be seated at Original Pancake House on Saturday or Sunday mornings but because Josiah has an "order at the counter" system it's much faster. All that being said, the food quality is not as good as Original Pancake House or All Day Cafe. My eggs Benedict weren't poached properly, they were essentially hard boiled with completely cooked powdery yolks. I'll give them another shot and try some other menu options.

Carol Simpson

Love the coffee and the atmosphere here!! Found this little gem by accident while visiting Sioux Falls. Will make it a point to stop by the next time we are in the area!!

Eric Lang

Best Breakfast ever

John Berkness

Good food/brunch vibes. Coffee is not great. Shipped in, not local. Busy place. With quick service.

Joyce Rhone

This is one of my very favorite places to eat and really enjoy taking my out of town guests there. However, Saturday was very disappointing! Two of the guest in my party ordered eggs benedict. When the order came the eggs in both orders were like hard boiled eggs with the ham placed on top of the eggs and sauce over that which was very little. We understand it was a busy Saturday but apparently the chef that made this order did not understand how to make eggs benedict. When I got the correct soup with my order it was very good. This will not keep me from going there or bringing my guests as it is a favorite!!!

Carrie McDaniel

We were looking for coffee and something light to eat after being at the hospital most of the day. Found Josiah's on Google map search..it was close and fit the bill. It was perfect in every way..food was great, love the atmoshphere, service was pleasant. We had a cup of dark roast coffee and it was the best. The espresso cheesecake was heavenly. Love that you can bring your dog inside

Joseph Holt

Good food, great coffee, friendly people, caring service.

Nicholas Eaton

Absolutely love this restaurant. Yes it's a little expensive but the quality of the fresh pastries and coffee is worth it. Good place to go for brunch as well. They have a salmon eggs benedict that is mouth-watering and their buttermilk pancakes are the best in town.

Sarah Smalley

Wonderful atmosphere! You can even bring your leashed dogs. Serves breakfast and lunch all day. Many baked items for your sweet tooth. I had the Reuben which was tasty. My fiance had the Cuban which lacked flavor. We were too full to try what we came there for- the Italian Cream Cake. Next time for sure!

Gail Pulkrabek

Found this hidden gem by following the locals! Rainy Sunday morning, downtown Sioux Falls, finally saw someone walking carrying coffee and wa-la... There it was. Josiah's Coffeehouse. From the outside it didn't look very large but once we opened the doors, I was in coffee heaven. The inside is super cute with a Modern-Farmhouse, vibe. One half was for ordering food and bakery deliciousness. The otherside was all wonderful coffee concoctions. From a straight dark roast, to Foo foo coffee with whip and foam. Delicious mocha latte. My hubby had their corned beef hash and said it was really really good. They have homemade"pop-tarts" that several people claimed were outstanding. Josiah's is on my "must" list anytime I'm in Sioux Falls.

Sheila Meier

A local favorite for sure! Great food and coffee. I love that this is a dog friendly place, when I bring my pup downtown we always come here!

Rebecca Trobec

Food was delicious and presented well. Long line on a Sunday morning, but staff handled it with ease. Line went fairly fast.

Danielle Tanner

Very busy! It was cute and clean. The service was quick and friendly. The food was fairly good (not crazy excellent, but good!) and the coffee was great!

Calli S

I like their food and atmosphere. We tried bringing our dog their because they do allow them, but our dog got excited by another dog in the restaurant and had to leave. I wish they would advertise their expectations for silent dogs so owners know ahead of time.

Scott Fornwall

Even though I don't prefer the "order at the counter" style restaurant, the atmosphere and food are delicious here. We'll be back.

Kaitlyn Iliff

We stopped by this place on a Sunday-many other options are closed on Sunday’s. The flat bread is amazing! As well as the environment-it’s a super cute spot! There’s lots of seating and window spots. Random deets: The gouda grilled cheese has a very small bit of cheese on thick (mostly) bread-I’d order something else like the steak & gouda flatbread which is incredibly good. The service from one male was great! He had a big smile on, super nice and was quick to clean off tables to make space given a busy day. We ordered fruit with our meal & when I asked about it the female who worked here didn’t think it’d been on our order but brought some-and one of the slices had a bite in it but the remaining three were bite free! The matcha latte is bland when ordered with milk and cold if you’re used to matcha being strong I would say to order something else for more flavor or ask for more matcha in your latte.

Shannen Mahal

Delicious food! Nice hot drinks, and wonderful service! Our food came out quickly, and the fruit and veggies were tasty, crisp, and fresh! Highly recommend

Kelsey Dillenburg

This place never disappoints! The staff are always so kind and helpful. I love their coffee and tea also

Sue Long

I absolutely love this place. I've tried multiple things and can complain about none of them. The wrap was amazing, I believe it was turkey, bacon, avocado. The portions aren't crazy but definitely enough! The granola, with blueberries and bananas with skim milk was very good. The iced vanilla chai latte was also very good! Now that homemade Poptart... OH MY GOOD GOD IT WAS SO GOOD. We had a blueberry one and I won't come into Josiah's without having one. The only downfall is having to pay and find parking since it's downtown. Other than that good food, good drinks, very cute decor, and an amazing vibe. I will be back more than I should be.

Ryan McKeever

A true treasurer of Sioux Falls. Great coffee, good food, wonderful ambience... They even have almond milk for people who have problems with dairy.

Elizabeth Morgan

Awesome food and staff

Leah Fleischer

This is where pies go when they die. Absolutely heavenly cheesecake and key lime pie. And damn fine coffee.

john park

Love the service, food and coffee. Fresh everything...keep up the great work.

Alex K

Excellent food. Coffee was good. The venue is quite large so even though it was busy we didn't have any issues finding a place to sit. Food is ordered at the counter and they bring it out. Food arrived quickly. The place was quite busy and noisy, the acoustics amplified by high ceilings. Could be a good thing, could be bad, depending on your mood! We will be back whenever we pass through Sioux Falls again!

Foodie Lou

We stopped here during our trip through South Dakota because of the great reviews. I had the Ruben sandwich which was excellent I would highly recommend it. My dinner partner had the Chicken Prosciutto Panini, it was also good but the prosciutto which is usually served in thin slices and stacked so thick she couldn't bite through it. We took half of her sandwich home when I rebuilt it using 1/2 the amount of prosciutto it was much better. We both got chips with our sandwiches, the crunch was really good the seasoning let's just say was strong, lots of pepper and salt. We would definitely stop in again.

Tammy G in ND

Amazing place with great options and extremely cool staff.

Joseph Flynn

Great place to eat and hang out in Sioux Falls. Food is unique, good portions, fair price. The decor is phenomenal. I didn't want to leave.

Mike Loween

Never been there before, but we'll be back. Great food.

Chris Arens

Always delicious food. Always friendly staff. I will come back over and over.

Josh H

Excellent, well curated menu. I do think a little pruning would help simplify customer decisions and kitchen prep, but I've had nothing but quality service and quality food here. The new location is spacious, if a little noisy, and the anesthetic is interesting and pleasing. Overall, highly recommended.

Michelle Person

Excellent food! Great service!

Kristi Wilebski

Homemade poptarts!! Delish!

Glen Marshall

Would give six stars if I could. It is an amazing atmosphere, delicious food and I appreciate that they are dog friendly.

Eileen Prince

LOVE this place! And so do a lot of others because it can be a long line and difficult seating at peak times. But it is soooo worth it! Try it...I think you'll enjoy it!

Jordan Gillis

New location really opened up the space. Lots of comfortable seating. Food and service was great!

Elsa Aos

Beautiful spot with amazing sandwiches and the best cheesecake! Truly tastes home made with real ingredients! Impressed to have discovered such a good restaurant in Sioux Falls!

Erica Mays

The downtown location is amazing! I have had nothing but exceptional service on each visit. Perfect coffee, food & treats! Dog friendly as well.

Morgan Rainford

Erica R

I love Josiah’s! Excellent food and atmosphere.

Anna Venjohn

Very cool atmosphere, great food and staff

Laura Rossi

Very fresh, yummy food. Always make time to bv stop for breakfast or lunch when I'm in Sioux Falls

Michelle L

This is an eclectic coffeehouse and cafe. The coffee is what I was there for. It is robust but smooth. They have a great looking menu as well as a great looking display of baked goods .. I hear the pies are wonderful.

Kimberly Rogers

I had the biscuits and gravy, hash browns, black coffee, and fresh squeezed orange juice. Everything delicious. Will be back

VS L.

Loved brunch here. Great food. Nice interior and decor. Will come back again when in town.

Ash Babbage

A must go ! Dogs on leashes are allowed inside!! Everything is delicious and the owner is such a kind man. I wish we could have a place like this in our lives everyday!

Cayla Ray

In town for work and managed to find this quaint little place. The interior was much bigger than anticipated and they get very busy. Breakfast was good and the coffee was very tasty! Its a little pricey but worth visiting! If anything, I wish they had more seating for lone visitors! :)

Theresa Kenyon

The lunch hour was busy. The food was good, not the service. We had the tuna melt. Bold action to add onion, celery, diced tomatoes and sunflower seeds without stating it on the menu. They claimed that the tomato basil soup was homemade but it was a frozen premade soup. I asked the server for crackers, I got snarled at & she brought a small portion cup of croutons. Asked about a soup spoon, as they were out at the self service counter, she again snarled to get up & get it myself. Then as we were getting up to leave, we left a minimal tip, & got snarled at again.

Ernest Postigo

OMG. Everything we got was absolutely amazing. Visiting from DC. Must try.

Anil Varughese

Great portions and delicious taste!

Dornbusch Family

Amazing food! Fresh lemonade and great atmosphere.

Laura Ann Holland

Awesome experience and delicious breakfast/brunch spot. The pancakes are delicious! Favorite part was enjoying all of the on leash dog friends inside.

Traci Dahl

This was the best find of our trip to Sioux Falls, we ate breakfast here both days of our stay! Fresh food and pastries, so yummy!

Kristen H

Great food, great atmosphere.

Carolyn Smith

Very good!!! (but fairly spendy for what you get and I don't think there's a rewards program)
