So great! Perfect location atmosphere and stop for cycling
I love this place! Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and some of the best coffee in the Greenville area.
Perfect coffee and great place to get whole bean coffee! Really cool atmosphere and a lot of local art in the same building.
Best coffee shop in Greenville. Super accommodating service. Their seasonal drinks are very unique and impressive. Overall, a great experience.
(Translated by Google) An excellent coffee! (Original) Un cafe excelente!
Sub Par coffee ????? I don't think so ! This the BEST coffee in the region ! Try different mixes, find out your fave, you'll see.
I am in college and I come here all the time to study. The environment and ambiance is wonderful, usually mellow and fairly quiet and the big couches help me to get a lot done. The coffee and espresso drinks are wonderful; however my only comment is I wish the coffee was just a little hotter because they get cool very fast and then I'm just drinking lukewarm coffee that you pay $4 for. It would also be nice if they had a few more things to munch on. Other than that, great coffee house!
Really disappointed. It's inside of a taco shop, no cream for coffee?. Would you like cream with your coffee sir?. No dream of mine has EVERY had the words soy milk and coffee in it. Coffee is mated with half and half for a reason.
Excellent coffee. Awesome open collaborative atmosphere. Would be an awesome place for a StartupBus stop! Especially a maker bus as its located in the middle a wood, steel, art design and fabrication complex
Great coffe place, good Ethiopian latte, art around, cozy place, clean, very friendly, parking lot and food background music.
We have been to the first location in Taylor’s and their temporary on in the White Duck—enjoyed both places! We love that they serve traditional Italian style coffees and not the American versions. We are coffee snobs and really enjoy the simplicity of the flavors but we also love crazy coffee flavors so if y’all ever choose to expand on that variety of flavors we would really enjoy that!
A pretty comfortable atmosphere. Has an industrial feel to the place. Which makes sense seeing as how it's in a old factory.
It looks good and has a neat atmosphere but the coffee itself is sub-par. I have order a latte three different times and each time it was lukewarm. One time I told them it wasn't hot and they just heated it up in the microwave. In addition they don't have half half-and-half for the regular coffee just whole milk.
I love this place and the vibe it has. The baristas are awesome and very kind. The coffee is definitely one of the best in town. Come here for sure!
Great coffee roasted on site..lots of big comfy couches, tables and workspace..great for meetings..
The coffee? Great! The baristas need a better awareness of customers, especially customers who aren't on the inside of their friends circle. As a customer, it makes me feel like I'm not as valued when I go to order and they're off having a convo with a non-customer. The facility needs more outlets as well. NEEDS! like really badly. They really underutilize the space they have. Not efficient. If they could solve one of those two things, I'd give em 4 stars. If they solve both, 5 stars.
Awesome atmosphere! Cool venue!
Located in old factory. Great coffee selection. Excellent service.
It's cool I guess
Really nice¡ definitely will be back
Love the atmosphere and the location. Coffee is great. They also serve beer and wine and Treats.
I always buy my coffee beans here. They are roasted within the last week and are a very good price. To compare with Methodical, Due South, has a greater variety of coffee flavor profiles while most of Methodical is acidic. Also, Due South costs significantly less. Service is also great! Baristas are very friendly and knowledgeable about their coffee. The seasonal drinks are truly unique and are way more than just coffee and flavored sugar syrup. Definitely my favorite coffee shop in Greenville.
Very good baristas and quality of espresso drinks. Nice variety too. Relaxing setting. Good for studying and working. Bring ear plugs though, as the air handlers are noisy in certain corners.
This is probably the most cozy, best coffee shop in the Greenville area!
I'm a real coffee connoisseur. I'm Italian, from Boston, and a bit of a coffee snob. That being said, Due South is officially my favorite coffee shop of anywhere I've ever been, anywhere. They have the BEST latte of anywhere I've ever been. It is consistently good with absolutely no aftertaste. The location is in a run-down historic mill, so the atmosphere is very hipster and artsy. Fri and Sat nights there is live music. They roast their own coffee which is to die for. On warm evenings the open up all the garage doors and the whole place becomes open air. The one thing I will say is sometimes it seems like seating is low...Seems like they could fit a lot more chairs in there than they do. But I have not ever been without a place to sit. Heard they are moving locations which makes me very sad since they are so close to my home. I tell all my friends about Due South and bring them here myself if I have to. Don't wait, go!
Groovy. Love the old mill idea.
Absolutely the best coffee in town!
Really love the old mills and the repurposed building. Coffee was real and not sugar water like at Starbucks. The pumpkin latte was good.
Good coffee
Great local coffee shop with friendly service and a wonderful aroma from the in house roaster..
Nick is a great barista who took the time to explain the difference between all the different coffee offerings....an overall great experience! Perhaps I'm biased since my biz is also in the mill making this a one minute bike ride away....but still the atmosphere and variety of beans makes this a keeper!
If you ever happen to be driving through or near Taylors, South Carolina or live in the area and just haven't been yet, you are strongly urged to get over here. Been to a lot of coffee places in my day, this is probably the coolest one of all.
A pretty secluded coffee spot. Good coffee. A unique place, indeed.
Only place in Greenville I know of that you can get a cortado
Great space in a revitalized area of West Greenville. Some coffee shops seem to pride themselves on giving you garbage and expecting that you'll like it "if you are a true coffee person." This place just gives you good coffee with friendly staff behind the counter. Refreshing.
Best place to get locally grown coffee!!
Great coffee and atmosphere, not a lot of access to outlets if doing computer work.
My Sunday morning coffee spot! Delicious lattes, and friendly, eccentric staff!!
Coffee is rich and delicious, always well-prepared. Atmosphere is cozy and not rushed or forced; they have some of the coolest local art and a bulletin board for neighborhood goings-on. Great for meeting friends or taking a book.
Love the coffee. Pastries delicious. Space smaller and less cozy than their original location. Could echo, but absolutely lovely seating outside. More industrial and sensible than Village Grind and not posh as Methodical.
Nice place to get coffee with an industrial atmosphere which makes it somewhat loud compared to other places. Definitely worth the trip, if you're in a sketchy warehouse looking area then you've found the right place.
Everything is wonderful. Good to have a nice cafe that's closer to Greer.
For 14$ 2 meh lattes and 2 dry muffins. It was okay, cute building though!!!
Hipster funky coffee place. Great coffee. Fun if you like sitting in an old mill building with a giant wire spoil for a table.
super chill
Taylors' best coffee and ranks high in Greenville as well.
I love their latte, their wine, their atmosphere, their fabulous leather couch and everything about it. Date night with scrabble or an afternoon with a novel. Perfect.
Very cool place. Great beverages, delicious pastries, intimate seating and wonderful coffee aromas from the roaster in the back. A great place to just quetly hang out, have a coffee and catch up on your social media or email. Abundant parking and walking distance from downtown on the Swamp Rabbit trail.
Fantastic coffee in a cool building!
The best coffe shop in the upstate
Ok coffee but very nice atmosphere
Great place
I loved it. The atmosphere is very open and comfortable. They have the roaster and bags of beans right there which adds to the environment. The baristas were very friendly. The coffee was fantastic. I ordered a latte with almond milk (points for actually having almond milk on hand). It was probably one of the best I've had. The coffee was so good it didn't need any sugar (unlike Starbucks and other coffee shops' coffee I've had).
Best authentic coffee shop I’ve found in Greenville so far! I got the Hot Vanilla Latte and it was as good as I’ve had at any high end coffee shops in major cities. The staff was very nice and I could tell they actually care about the quality of what they are serving. I’ll definitely be back!
Was so excited to try because of the great reviews.. well. coffee was lukewarm and the barista is not nice AT ALL. not going back.
Best coffee in Greenville, hands down.
Fresh brew macchiato, really nice flavors
Amazing customer service, amazing coffee. Really cool to see the roastery as well. Great shop.
Such a cool place!
Solidly good latte, good environment to work from, and convenient location. Mid-afternoon on a Thursday- I was surrounded by people working on their laptop, which was exactly what I was doing, so it was like solidarity in collective isolation. It was nice.
Perfect coffee, cool atmosphere. Don't come here looking for syrup flavored drinks or a large food menu - this place is for purists.
Wonderful coffee, great service
If you want great coffee and support local businesses, look no further than Due South. They've got a great hipster vibe cultivated by the artwork sourced from people working in the mill. They generally have 4-5 coffees to pick from, along with beans for sale (they don't grind these, but they do sell grinders for you to take home). I generally go in for tea myself, though I wish they had more varieties or possibly a few rotating, seasonal teas. Also, they sell beer, wine, and liquor, though with 13 stripes next door I'm not sure if this will change in the future.
Every time we come to Greenville we stop to get coffee and beans for home!
Nice atmosphere. Knowledgeable barista. Delicious coffee.
Great people! Great coffee! Great venue! Love it!
It was the best. I enjoyed my cup of coffee so much I bought a bag of coffee to take home. I also.enjoyed the original Art Works hanging on display.
Neat location. Limited selection. Meh pastries.
The coffee is pretty good, but NOT the baristas! They used to be kind people, but now there are different people working and they are rude, impatient and overall just dull.
A little hard to find, signage wasn't the best, but a hidden gem! Great atmosphere and prices!
Location is a little hard to find but worth it!
Great space. Comfortable seating. The coffee is delicious. — My sons and I attend the game night hosted by Tantrum House on the last Monday night of every month. It's definitely a highlight for us!
Easy to believe you're lost trying to find this place! But an example of a local business making something out of "nowhere". Great coffee, great use of space!
Good food and coffee
Hip place for breakfast and lunch! They have great coffee, chai-latte, snacks, even gluten and lactose free options! Nice staff!
I love this Coffee shop and they have grate prices
Good Cortado. Rich taste.
The owner is a certified Specialty Coffee Association of America instructor with over a decade in the coffee industry. The espresso is some of the best I've tasted.
The atmosphere is worth the drive. Great spit to hang out with friends and have a great cup of coffee.
Great tasting high quality coffee with a cool industrial atmosphere (definitely hipster). Found the service to be quite friendly. Place is in the middle of nowhere though.
This isn't really my type of place to hang out. This is hipster heaven and not really my thing. We meet up there once a month for a gaming group and if not for that I wouldn't have a reason to go. Prices are high, service is so-so and the selection of products isn't great.
Awesome local coffee roaster. They occasionally run out of coffee due to their popularity, however. Amazing atmosphere.
This is the best roaster so far in Greenville. If you want great coffee you need to check this out. Can't wait for the shop to open, right now they are co located inside white duck taco. The barista we spoke with was very knowledgible. The prices are good considering how delicious the coffee tastes.
Great coffee
Amazing local coffee shop!
This wonderful coffee shop is waiting for you. Kicked off the morning with a double shot espresso then had the roast of the day. The coffee shop has so much character, it is an old mill that has been transformed to a new upscale usable marketplace, from a long bench made from an old beam and the old brick wall that has seen and has so many stories to tell to the decor, this place is amazing. They have some amazing pastries and even a health bar selection for you. The barista was so cheerful and glad to be there.
Glad that Due South has relocated to this location. The coffee is as good as ever, and happy to see them expand the rest of the menu. Always have to stop in when in the area.
Delicious coffee. I haven’t been to their newer location but the previous one had great seating and friendly staff
My first experience here and I had a great time. An early Saturday run for whole coffee beans with my dog. Due South was pleasant, accommodating and patient with me. Both the Avocado and Mushroom toasts were great (they let me split an order so I could try both). And when I used the beans at home a little later: Wow, coffee goodness.
Great coffee beans and really good oat milk lattes and chai. The baristas were warm and welcoming
Kool cafe and growing, off the beaten path location inside Taylor Mill. (Moved from Mill but don't know where.)
Fantastic coffee, fantastic people. Trendy to the max.
Great service, and coffee. The blueberry muffins are good too.
Great Place
Bad juju, environment and snobby ass people
Some of the best drinks in Greenville. Soon to be one of the best coffee roasters in the US.
Great coffee, service, WIFI, and atmosphere! What a cool shop! Right in the middle of a few abandoned warehouses, with a unified rustic look and feel. It's not nearby anything, but that's honestly a plus for this type of shop. One of the better iced mochas I've ever had. Good seating options, including really nice leather couches and board games!
very good.
Great coffee, comfortable seating, friendly staff!
Lovely atmosphere for my latte!
Coffee done right. Good atmosphere and fresh beans!
Great espresso machiato and awesome hipster atmosphere. Coffee is fine indeed.
Very unique atmosphere! Great coffee and the best hot chocolate that I have ever had. Friendly baristas too. Definitely a place to go and chill, not a place to rush into for a quick cup on the way to work.
Best cold brew I've ever had, truly incredible. Bag of fresh roasted beans also A+
Very friendly staff !
The coffee is great, the live music is amazing, and the people are nice. Does anyone know if it will be open on election day?
Especially love the mochas!!
The best selection of different coffee drinks in the Greenville area. Tastes amazing and wonderful service. Also, the atmosphere is really cool.
The hours are not correct. Drove down to try out their new place and they're still not open. It's a really inconvenient location anyway, I'll stick to my regular places.
Great coffee and location. The baristas aren't overly friendly in my experience, and it's usually a bit warm inside.
Best coffee roasters in the area, we love all of them, but this is the best.
Delicious coffee
Awesome place to buy coffee and have a good time.
Excellent artisan coffee with a stellar mission to help revamp the Taylors Mill. If he's there, talk to Ricardo about his vision for coffee, it's intoxicating. Also, they roast their own coffee and their signature drink, Southern Hemisphere (rosemary infused milk and grapefruit simple syrup served chilled with espresso), is insane.
Coffee was good service was good as well. The atmosphere was nice as well. Thought the seating arrangement and style was not comfortable . Not sure I could come here to do work or study as I would like to do at a coffee shop.
A small coffee shop in the middle of no where. Although the exterior resembles crime scenes on CSI the interior feels cozy. Get the Mocha, you won't regret it .
Love their espresso and toast options ! The lemon coffee drink is fabulous
Love the atmosphere here!
Love this places vibes and coffee
If your not a hipster then don't expect to be noticed by the barista or get good service. The coffee was ok but lukewarm stick to a keurig. Overall very uppity and snobby with a dash of trying to be too cool.
Worth the drive from downtown.
Roasted in-house, they really know what they're doing, and they're awesome. I'm a standard pour-over guy but I have had their special drinks and they're rocking it.
They are on the cutting edge of the latest coffee/ tea trends and have a variety of choices for experienced and non-experienced coffee people. I came in not knowing what I wanted and not knowing a lot about coffee. The barista, Amanda (I think) was very very helpful and kind and made me a drink I LOVED! If you want to have Chick-Fil-A quality customer service and drink good coffee, check out Due South!
Very high quality coffee. These guys know what they're doing with small batch roasting. Lovely little establishment in an old mill warehouse. One of the best coffee shops I've been to!
Personal service in a retro environment.
This is such an awesome coffee roaster! They roast all of their beans in-house and it’s definitely high-quality coffee. We bought a bag of their beans and have been using them at home and are very impressed. The staff was very friendly and extremely knowledgeable. The specialty drinks they made for us were delicious. I got a dirty chai and they let me look at the chai that they use and it was high quality, made with organic ingredients and not packed with sugar. The atmosphere is really cool here and I’ll definitely be back when I’m in town again! Thanks!
great coffee.
Love the environment, the coffee was good but not amazing
Great craftsmanship found here for coffees and eats in a great atmosphere
Awesome vibe and great coffee. I highly recommend the honey latte.
The absolute best coffee ever!! Freshly roasted beans give a richness and smoothness of flavor that no other coffee place around can dare to compete with! Take home a bag or 2, you will not be disappointed! This is my new favorite coffee spot.
The coffee is good and the employee is kind and professional. However, they have inconvenient weekday hours, they charge full price for refills, and there is only one outlet for charging devices. I recommend finding a more suitable coffee shop.
Horrible from start to finish. Place was noisy, baristas were rude and did not make what was ordered, when they noticed my full latte (ordered mocha lattes) was trashed didn't bother to ask if something was wrong, or if they could fix it. Would never go back!
Staff knows how to make great coffee, but it's not a very welcoming environment. This is definitely a place for 20 year olds, but not enviting for families or older people.
Super hipster. Friendly staff. Good coffee.
Great use of an old mill! Due South has very good coffee and an enjoyable atmosphere. It’s definitely worth stopping by if you’re in the Taylors areas.
I'm not a coffee drinker, so having a few craft taps is really nice. Cool space, great vibes.
Cappuccino was extremely sour, couldn’t drink it
Far away from everything, but open on Sundays!
Friendly service. Coffee is great quality and very fresh. Perfect spot to work remotely with fast internet.
My daughter loved the cappuccino design in her hot chocolate! Very cool locale! Friendly barista!
Great breakfast and lunch place. Most of food can be made gluten-free
This place is the best around ! Try their nitro brew !
Amazing coffee and their beans are the best!!
Great atmosphere and coffee! A simple drink selection, but Due South is one of a few places I prefer my coffee black. If you're coming to work, it is a little tricky to find a spot near a power outlet.
Great pour over coffee in a really cool location. Their whole bean coffee is great as well. Have 4 beers on tap.
Great coffee and standing desks
Excellent coffee, friendly staff, and a great atmosphere.
This place had an awesome atmosphere. It looked like it was in a place that used to be an old warehouse but now it's an inviting coffee shop. The cold brew is hands down the best I've ever had, and I've had quite my share. They also have delicious pastries and this sparking home brewed tea that was excellent. Lots of space to sit and read or work on a lap top or whatever with also several large comfy couches to lounge on.
