Definitely recommend this place to any and all visiting the Summerville area. My cousins are regulars here and have said how much they enjoy it. I took my family there and got a vanilla iced coffee and omelette. Each of those were great, especially the iced coffee! It didn't need a lot of flavoring nor tons of extra sugar - it was simply a well made iced coffee. 100% recommend!

This place FAR surpasses Tapio in downtown Charleston. The Taro flavored tea is so good, as well as the mango. They staff is friendly, the inside is clean. Bonus: it has a parking lot. I seriously drive 25 minutes one way just to go to this place. It's in a nice little area such that I can walk my dogs afterwards. If your looking for good boba tea in the area, I would choose this place.

Great local place to get a variety of coffee, smoothies, and other drinks. The bubble tea is where it's at if you want something cool to drink. Charleston Pecan and Breakfast blend have become my favorite coffees. They also have a selection of tasty sandwiches for all times of the day. The only thing that is not awesome about this place is the wait time. It can get really busy fast, and most of the time there is only 2 employees working in the morning when I have come in. One is taking orders and the other has to prepare the order. Not a huge deal for me, but I have been in there and watched customers leave because of the wait.

It has a cozy atmosphere and furniture. Comfortable seating for relaxation and high tables with power outlets for if you want to work on your laptop. Also has outdoor seating. They offer a variety of healthy breakfast/brunch foods and their lemonades are delicious. I can't vouch for the coffee though, I'm not a coffee person.

What an awesome local coffee shop in a beautiful corner location! You can sit outside or inside, where they have a community table, smaller tables, and comfy chairs. They serve hot drinks in interesting mugs. Good pastries. I enjoy their hot Chai Latte. Everyone who works there is friendly! This is a great meeting place and a place to take friends.

Awesome customer service. Our cashier was new but she seemed to answer our questions with ease. Best latte I've had, hands down. I had an almond milk, toffee, latte hot. Not overly sweet. Great contrast. Also had mango peach smoothie which is super super sweet but definitely refreshing. Kept 1 star off due to store layout. They have a lot for retail sales but it's extremely cramped. If I continue getting excellent service and quality then I'll change it.

First time here and last. Owner has a terrible attitude and no customer service. Iced caramel and sugar free chocolate almond latte tasted like watered down bitter garbage. He felt the need to give me a serious attitude when I asked for it to be remade. "I made it exactly like you said to"... well guess what every coffee shop has different syrups and different syrups taste differently. For almost $6 for a latte, I'm sure you can afford to remake a latte. He our more caramel syrup in my latte. But it still tasted gross. I threw away the latte and my food. Customer service goes a long way and I wont be returning. I’ll make sure others know about this experience.

their coffee and pastries are good, but i am a huge bubble tea fan and i have to say someone needs a lesson on how to make bubble tea here. i ordered the thai milk tea and it did not taste like thai at all. the tapioca boba also has a weird texture and doesnt taste good. if you like bubble tea and want an authentic bubble tea place i would recommend tapio in downtown charleston. the prices are way cheaper too, cuppa is just too overpriced.

The Charleston Pecan and Columbian perfectly suited my medium roast taste. The bread on our avacado toast was great and lightly toasted. Not near enough avacado for me. Didn't meet the end of the open faced toast. Atmosphere nice and calming as we sat awhile. Staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable.

Would not recommend during an event as they can not handle medium/high volume of customers. Today at the Christmas parade people were waiting upwards of 35-45 minutes for a cup a coffee (Including my family and I). If you are in a rush and don’t have a lot of time go elsewhere.

I went here for the first time for a date a couple of days ago. I had heard such good things about so I thought it would be great for our date. It is the cutest little coffee shop with wide variety of drinks, both hot and cold. I chose the infamous bubble tea and it was absolutely delicious! Staying at an Airbnb within walking distance and was given a gift card from our hosts to this place since we were on our honeymoon. We tried to use the gift card the first day of our trip and the wifi was down so we were told that we couldn't use our gift card after we had already ordered. While we were enjoying our coffee outside, an employee came out and gave us a $5 gift card for the inconvenience. My husband went in the next day to use our gift cards and was told that only the original gift card had any value on it. They would not honor the second gift card that was given for our inconvenience and accused him of trying to use a gift card that had no value on it. We went back on the last day of our trip to see if the original employee that had given us the giftcard would honor it and she was not working. The other employees again told us that it had no value and would not even listen to our explanation. We left and went to Coastal Coffee Roasters for better service. We will certainly be sharing with our airbnb host the poor customer service and recommend that they no longer get giftcards from a coffee shop that does not know how to honor them.

The staff was very nice although not too knowledgeable about the coffees. Ask what was in each and really could not answer. The place itself is very quaint and truly a "local" stop.

Nice small coffee shop. Definitely a good local shop to visit. They have "bubble tea", a frozen or over ice flavored drink with flavored bubbles in the bottom. My youngest son loves mango tea with buleberry bubbles. My oldest son and I like Green tea and the green apple bubbles. Cool and unique drink and I think this is the only place in Summerville you can get it. They have open mic nights and lots of other things going on all the time. Stopped in a check out the schedule of what's going on.

I have seen this Cafe change hands many times , but it still one of my favorites in Charleston. They serve great coffee and tea selections, smoothies, and delicious baked goods. Reasonable prices, great atmosphere. Only downside is sometimes the wait.

Always a pleasant experience! Food was great and the wait staff is very friendly and polite. My only complaint was the cardboard straws. They're awful and stick to your lips. I applaud your dedication to the environment, so I'll get a reusable stainless steel straw to bring with me. But could you do away with styrofoam takeout boxes next? They're also bad for the environment and kill animals who consume them.

Cute place. Went for bubble tea and a quick bite. Got a taro bubble tea which was delicious. To eat I tried out the avocado toast which I honestly did not care for they must have mixed it with pesto or something along those lines but that's just obviously my personal preference so I'm not removing any stars from them for that but if you do order the avocado toast please be advised it tastes more like pesto and tomato than actual avocados.

Cuppa Manna has pretty delicious coffee and I always love to support local when possible. However, I’m rating with 2 stars because when a friend and I walked in 5 minutes till 7 to grab a quick coffee, the employees shook their heads and were not welcoming. We tried ordering a couple lattes, but were informed their espresso machine was already closed. When asked why, the employee told us it takes 5 minutes to shut down. So, I asked him why they wouldn’t just wait until closing to shut it down. The employee referred us to the other employee cleaning the counters, who didn’t even acknowledge us. Why not just close at 6:55?

I try to "shop locally". I will not however, be going to Cuppa Manna again. I was there today. I was completely ignored at the counter by the manager! When I asked to speak with the manager and she said it was her, I was totally amazed. She told me she was having an important conversation with an employee. There are so many things wrong with that I don't know where to begin. What happened to customer service? What happened to having important conversations with employees off of the floor? What happened to greeting the customers? Couldn't she have had another employee wait on us if she was too busy to take care of customers? When I spoke to her she didn't apologize, she was very sarcastic and told me I should learn patience! I just hope she is only the manager and not an owner.

Nice staff, good coffee and exceedingly stale pastries. Cuppa manna has a very welcoming vibe, with nice staff and even friendly customers. The decorations for Christmas are very cute too! Their coffee is very good and I'm pretty picky! I have tried to have pastries there a few time and they've always seemed very old so I wouldn't recommend eating here. Only other improvements I would love to see is a couple of child sized drinks on the menu, they won't serve you a kids size steamer or smoothie if you ask, and a changing table in the bathroom for those of us with littles would be great!

Basically, the hidden gem of Summerville. I got a Matcha Green Tea bubble tea with almond milk. They had lots of other alternative milks! This was my second time ever having bubble tea. It was so good, and the tapioca bubbles taste way better than you think they will. My order didn't take long at all and was reasonably priced. The store itself is very cutesy and hipster and they have this weird instrument man sculpture. There are places to lounge in the windows and outdoor seating. My friend had the little lemon baked snacks and said they were really good. Cuppa Manna is great.
