Bitty & Beau’s is undoubtably my favorite coffee shop in Charleston... nay favorite coffee shop on planet earth. The coffee is fresh and flavorful. The customer service is what really puts them in a different category. The staff is unparalleled. They always offer above and beyond service that is guaranteed to brighten your day. They really work hard to make sure you receive everything you’re wanting and that your satisfied. The people are definitely a better pick me up than caffeine could ever be.

Some of the best iced coffee I've ever had! When we ordered we order with liquid sugar and milk, the cashier pointed to the end and said you do it there. I LOVE that concept! Even Starbucks gets it wrong once in a while but this way they just give your the coffee and you make it the way you want it. Great atmosphere, amazing people, I will always support businesses like this, while we were in there a couple came in with thier baby and the whole store stopped, the looked of utter joy on the employees faces as the baby cooed was priceless. Thank you for making this model possible!

Didn't read the reviews or website close enough to know what I was walking into, and so I was blown away when I walked in. I have tears in my eyes typing this. Besides being blessed by the angelic souls who work here (and those that created and maintain this space) the latte I had was honestly one of THE best I've ever had. My younger brother is #notbroken and though he wouldn't be able to work in a spot like this, the fact it exists makes my heart want to burst. Thank you. Whenever I am in Charleston I will come here and will be doing what I can to support this company and their vision.

Well worth reading up on how this coffee shop started because it is a wonderful story. More than that though this is a great place, coffee was top notch and we had a Chai and a Cappuccino both well made and tasty. We also got some ground coffee to take home which is also great. Staff were all helpful and super friendly. Glad to see they Re expanding to Savannah and I hope to see them expand further afield.

This is such a fun and retro location for the downtown area. I stopped in with my grandmother to get her hot chocolate and a smoothie for me. Both drinks were made perfectly and the staff was exceptionally friendly. They have a fun way I was getting the right drink to the right customer using decks of cards. There is seating located inside. I highly recommend anyone to stop and grab a drink and say hello. Located right off of Church Street is perfect for anyone staying at the various hotels located on Market Street.

I’d never heard of Bitty and Beau’s before, but stopped by this morning while strolling around downtown. I was immediately informed by the cashier that they employ intellectually and developmentally challenged individuals. He handed me a card that explained more details. He was friendly and made conversation while he prepared my drink. Other employees were busy cleaning but all of them also engaged in friendly conversation with me. This place was lovely! My Frappe was excellent and the service was great across the board. I feel especially warm and fuzzy inside knowing the backstory of this business. ❤️

The coffee is great and the concept even better. We as a society needs to think out of the box more like this. I try to swing by every time I am in the area. I get a latte. The espresso has a hint of citrus flavor with a bit of roast flavor. Typically 2 things I am not fond of in coffee but don’t mind it at B&BC.

This place is a wonderful experience. So sweet and you feel so welcomed when you walk in. I think they need to work a little bit on the coffee drinks. My ice coffee was very watered down and didn't taste like much. However that wouldn't take a lot to fix and the service out weighed the water downed ice coffee.

The cashier did not greet me upon entering after I stood there for several minutes, instead he continued to heckle one of the staff and put him in a headlock. While I wanted for the other worker to prepare my drink the same cashier proceeded to put ice down the young man shirt. If I had not wanted to support the business I would have surely walked walked out. However my caramel frappe was prepared by the young man who was being bothered by the cashier in as timely as he could and it was very tasty. The cashier decided to get up and greet the next customer politely I assume because he was white and I am black but that really made my decision to never return or refer anyone else.

They employ specifically people disabilities. It's very near and dear to my heart - I decided to buy a t-shirt as well. The greeter at the door was very helpful and helped to snap a photo of the bridal party that was in there. I snapped a photo of them getting their photo taken because I thought it was a really sweet moment.

Before our trip I did a little research on coffee shops in Charleston and had Bitty & Beau's on my list. As we were walking from City Market to Rainbow Row we walked by the coffee shop and thought we'd try it out. The location is great, the atmosphere is fantastic. Their story is heartwarming! They had lots of branded merchandise available. Their coffee and drinks were spot on. We loved the Bitty & Beau's mural on the wall for pictures. They have a presence on social media encouraging patron's to use their #bittyandbeauscoffee. My only negative is that they don't take cash, but that was not worth making it 4 star, it was just an inconvenience.

Great service. They handed out playing cards to go with the orders instead of calling numbers or names. I thought this was super neat! Also appreciated the inclusion of workers. Bitty and Beau's gives opportunities to people with down syndrome and disabilities to come work for them and their service was awesome! First time visiting this local coffee shop so I decided to give it a try due to it's popularity in the area! I ordered an iced chocolate milano for about $6. I have to say the coffee was really DELICIOUS. The interior design of the place is very neat and I love the creativity in getting a card to keep track of your order. It was a busy day when I came in so I took off one star because tbh it took a really long time just for one coffee with having only about 5-7 orders ahead of me. Other than that, I recommend this local coffee shop!

This was the best coffee shop I have ever visited. It was clean, inviting, and the workers were so accommodating and FRIENDLY. Christian was a rockstar at the register and Sam gave us our orders with a big smile on his face. He even came over and gave us a hug! They both talked to us as if we were old friends and were so happy to be working! The joy you feel stepping foot inside will have you coming back again and again. I got the Java Chip Frappe and I was sad when it was gone. My friend got an iced vanilla chai and said it was the best one she has ever had. If you haven’t visited this place, MAKE IT HAPPEN ASAP.
