Looked like a great place to check out and may come back to try the food, but the service was less than ideal. Waited awhile to even be acknowledged at the counter and it wasn't very busy, the woman who eventually helped me didn't know a whole lot about the coffee, and then I couldn't get the coffee I wanted as it ran out and she told me I should just drink the other roast. Also, the only unshoveled part of the sidewalk was in front of this store! Definitely wasn't impressed, it looks like a cool place but I was definitely disappointed.

Karma is a rather unique place. They have your traditional coffee drinks as well as some light food. They also have plenty of room if you want to stop in and work. At certain times of the year, they have live music which is somewhat rare for this area. If you come to one of those events, come early as they fill up very quickly.

Home away from home. I'm from Pittsburgh and this coffee shop has a great urban feel in a beautiful rural Pennsylvania town. Get a coffee, maybe. But definitely don't leave without tasting a doughnut. Only 75 cents and delicious!

I stopped in there with my family after black Friday shopping. They have very interesting coffee, tea and other drink choices, as well as sweets. It was a very down home atmosphere. We sat in front of the front window and watched the people and cars go by.

While It's great that this town has TWO coffee shops now, it's not so great that it's more expensive than Starbucks! AND, I went in on a break at 11am and they did not have any coffee ready! So, I just got a cookie, as in one (1) cookie, which cost me $2.50. Absurd in my view. The coffee isn't so good that it should cost more than *$$, and no cookie in the universe is worth two and a half bucks. I did not find the service very friendly either. I asked some simple questions but the girl couldn't be bothered talking to me. Luckily, a local guy joined in and offered some assistance. I'll bring my coffee from home - improvements needed here.

Typically when I go into the cafe its great! Staff is friendly and engaging. Unfortunately today was not. I stood in line for 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged me. I have no problem waiting and I have been in there previously and stood waiting for my order with no issues. Literally in 10 minutes there were 6 staff standing around chit chatting and not a single one said we will be with you in a minute, how can I help you nothing. Eventually I got O did someone not get your order I thought you were taken care of. Clearly there needs to be a division of labor so that tasks are assigned and then incidents like this where no one knows who was seen when would occur. Was just frustrating. This is in no way a reflection on the business overall just an observation of something that needs to change to be more effective.
