Just visiting town and find this place with good Kyoto cold brew and friendly staff :3
Service is great! We tried the Kyoto Cold Brew which we have never heard of, and while its incredibly strong, it's delicious and unique. The prices are also amazing, not too expensive and the music in house is groovy :) I highly reccomend this shop!
Cute place, nice staff, but my Cortado was overextracted (and the milk used doesn't seem to heighten the experience) Bummer, hopefully it's just a one off?
Went there once to get decaf americano. The guy at the counter was very rude and the drink was cold and tasted like it was made days ago and heated again. Never going back.
Badass, affordable, and excellent coffee shop. More shops need to weigh their shots like this place, plus the barista knows their beans.
Nice house blend
First of all, the latte I had here was absolutely delicious. It was not bitter at all. Second, the customer service is phenomenal. Right when the barista handed me my drink, another customer bumped into me which caused my coffee to spill all over my hand. The other customer didn't even notice or apologize. However, the barista noticed. I was sitting outside working and he came out and asked if I had paid with a card. I said yes and he told me that he felt bad about the other customer and had refunded my drink and hoped that I had a good day. It was so nice and not something that I expected. I will definitely continue coming back here!
Friendly staff and delicious espresso! Cool decor. Try it, you'll love it.
Great coffee and great service. A very cute and cozy spot.
Another Pretentious coffe shop in a city over flowing with them.
This is the cutest coffee shop I've been to--I was drawn to its red cheery exterior. I was glad to have found this place without any referrals. Space can be a bit cramped but it seems more of a place where most people order their coffee to-go. (For those who do choose to stay, they do have wifi and great natural lighting.) The baristas were friendly and welcomed me with a smile. I ended up ordering their green tea latte--after all, they have "green" in their name. I wasn't disappointed. Unlike the typical green tea lattes served at chains, this one was unsweetened which I enjoyed. The barista also made one of the more complex latte arts I've seen. The vibe was very hipster compared to the other local coffee shops--I could imagine this in Portland, Oregon somewhere. All in all, it was a great experience and I would definitely make another visit.
Amazing espresso
Awesome coffee and friendly staff
Nothing fancy...just great coffee and service
A comfy environment, but pretty small and limited.
I believe this place is involved in profiling.
Great coffee and conversation!
Cozy little spot. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, and a few pastries. Small place, good vibe, good service
Cute little coffee shop on the corner of a street. they have some outdoor seating, more like 4 small tables. Gets full pretty quickly and people sit there a while, but they also have big windows that they open up so it feels like you are sitting outdoors even when you are inside the cafe. They have about 5 tables inside as well. They dont have too much food, just biscotti, but I will say their coffee and dirty chai are good. This place is small, clean and cute, and gets the job done. I recommend it!
Excellent coffee with too many rules about how much you can get and what style, plus the tables and seating is very small. Very nice staff though.
Great spot simply great coffee. Didn't need any cream and i usually use it to temper the taste of bad coffe.
Nitro coldbrew and a croissant is the move. Friendly staff and excellent coffee.
great place for coffee and people watching
Clean and friendly good prices
The Ethiopian and nitro coffees are incredible. One of the best spots to grab a coffee outside in the summer.
A cozy little corner in Center City where you can grab a coffee.
Cute little shop on the corner. Was reasonable priced and just a few blocks from the park. They didn't have a ton of flavors to add to your coffee, but it was understandable with the smaller space. The staff was really friendly and quick
Small shop with limited seating, but your coffee is better enjoyed on the ample sidewalk seating anyway!
Cheapish coffee ($2 for 12oz, $2.50 for 16oz) that seems to be laced with cocaine because it gets me really amped up, but I'm not a daily drinker. People are incredibly friendly and personable!
Perfect lattes.
Super coffee, great atmosphere, wonderful staff.
Great place..great people/baristas... Even greater coffee!
Great little coffee tables, just perfect
Great outdoor seating
Cool little corner coffeehouse. The barista knew most of the other customers by name. Prices are reasonable. I'll put it in the rotation.
My favorite coffee shop with great espresso and the friendliest baristas in the city! I make sure to stop here every morning to see Dave or Sam.
A nice clean quite place to get coffee
Nice steady atmosphere
Coffee is good, but not great and as such the price point is fairly high. Cute spot to people watch for a few hours!
Great coffee!
Great cappuccino, good tea selection, and tasty ginger scone and banana nut muffin. Small place but about 8 little tables inside and a few seats out on the sidewalk, too. Friendly staff!
Excellent latte! If you’re in Philly a must stop!
Amazing coffee! Tiny friendly happy place!
One of my favorites! Tip top shop in a super picturesque corner. Great coffee assortment, and was one of the first to have multiple espresso varieties to choose from. whenever I'm nearby I try to stop in.
Coffee tasted like Wawa coffee
Nice calm spot. Great coffee
Great coffee! Reasonable price for high quality. Small space and a good place for one or two people to sit and talk/work.
Dropped into Philly for a bit. This coffee shop was amazing. Simple, comfortable and homey vibe. The best Chai Latte I have ever had!
I'm not a coffee connoisseur so I can't rate the flavor of their beans :) However I truly enjoy getting a cup of freshly brewed coffee and eating my chocolate croissant at Greenstreet. The staff is very friendly and the shop is super comfy to sit and relax. I feel right at home there. I work close by and have always referred it to my customers. They also sell their beans for a good price which is great if you really like one of their roasts. Great place!!
Great Coffee Funky little place
Great place with a great environment.
Delicious coffee, friendly service
Very cute shop with friendly baristas and really great coffee!
Phenomenal cold brew.
Great coffee
Tiny but great little spot. Friendly staff and good coffee.
Good strong coffee
Quiet coffee shop with a bunch of tables for outdoor seating. It's small so I'd recommend sitting outside if it's nice.
Great coffee. Great staff starting with Dave & Kevin & Sam
Cute and cozy but extremely cramped for space..
The atmosphere was great, the barista was very nice, and my drink was delicious! I would definitely come back, and recommend this place to my friends!
Cute spot for a cup of coffee. Very small/cozy. Nice atmosphere. Very friendly staff
Hipster hangout with great tasting coffee - especially the cortado.
Got lost in Philly and found some good iced coffee here on a sweltering day
Awesome place to study, chat with a friend, or just chill. Great selection and cozy interior.
Good
Top tier coffee from the very best coffee professionals in the industry!
Cosy and cute coffee shop. Not a bad drop either.
Shout out to Sam for his prize winning latte! Enjoyed an unanticipated visit into Philadelphia today and stumbled into Greenstreet Coffee. Something of perfection by Sam and Olivia in the smoothness of my vanilla latte. Great to see Dave on the scene. Thanks crew for a great delivery. Hope to see you again soon. Theresa Molieri
The coffee was good enough & the staff appropriately friendly, but to call it a coffee "shop" is a bit of a stretch. It's more like a large stand. Definitely not a stay & linger type of place.
Great cold brew.
Love the coffee and the people who work here! The best!
Good cup. Good times. Just dont tell the patros you are anything other than a Democrat if dont want trouble!
There isn't too much to say about this coffee shop except that it is a quick and easy way to get in and get out with a delicious warm beverage. However, if you want to stay awhile and enjoy the ambiance, the corner of Spruce and 11th is a perfect location for it.
Love this coffee (roasted in Philly) and the staff! Great place to grab some java!!!
Fabulous pour overs and great coffee menu descriptors this is the place to go to
One of the best coffee alternatives to Starbucks. Everything is delicious from the fi gr foods to the selection of coffees. Small and quaint. Outside seating right in the Gayborhood.
Great coffee spot!
Small tables not ideal for doing work. But the wrap around windows and sidewalk tables makes this a neighborhood favorite.
Good coffee, very small.
Cute cafe with a few indoor and outdoor tables, great expresso drinks, nitro brew, and almond milk.
The hours posted on Google are incorrect - they actually close at 6:00pm during the week in the winter. I visited at around 5:45pm and was looking for a place to relax and charge my phone, but was told they were closing soon. The baristas were nice about it and I just took my drink and left. I know it's late for a coffee shop, but that's the only reason I stopped by, because it was listed as being open later than all the other coffee shops. At this point I was too disappointed to even enjoy my drink.
Fantastic espresso, cute little store, very nice baristas.
Grabbed a latte and a mixed berry danish in the morning before watching the Broad Street Race. Delicious latte, strong but not bitter. The danish was a sweet delight as well. The shop is small but cute. I would definitely pick up a brew here again!
$3.50 pourovers (at least a dollar cheaper than anywhere else you'll go). I thought the beans were slightly darker than described, but still great. Roughly 8 different small tables, each with 1-2 seats. Perfect date spot; not the best study/reading/work spot given the smaller tables and wooden seats.
Great coffee selection. Top notch Barristas. La Marzocco espresso machine. Great Staff. Friendly regulars.
The best espresso in Philly so far. Very knowledgeable baristas with a nice selection of single origins and a house blend. I had one of the single origins as a standard double shot. It was pulled perfectly with no signs of over extraction and had a long lasting crema that have it a velvety texture. It tasted just like our barista described with a nutty and chocolate flavor.
One of the best coffee shops in philly
Service is quick and coffee is great
Pretty much a 'to-go' coffee shop. Some of the best coffee in Philly, but seating is cramped and limited. Not a place for a recharge break
I love this joint! Great coffee and cozy atmosphere! Staff is down to earth and not stuck up about their coffee!
Imma coffee snob. Well done on the latte
Greenstreet is a cozy little corner cafe with indoor/outdoor seating and good service. It has a real chill atmosphere and is a great spot to just sit outside on beautiful Philly day to chat, people watch, read a book or enjoy the neighborhood ambiance. I definitely love stopping by after a long work day to enjoy an iced mocha (& biscotti) and just watch the world zip by.
Excellent espresso drinks. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. They were very helpful with questions about their different beans and roasts.
$3 iced coffee...wow! Nice and strong, but certainly not bitter. Great outdoor area. Just wanted to sit in the sun all day. Lovely!
Among the better cold brews in Philly. For something interesting, you can try one of their delicious millet muffins --- they're a bit dry so they pair really well with a cold brew. The regular drip coffee is ok, but not up to the level of their cold brew. If you want a really good cup of hot coffee, you'll need to pay more for a pour over. You can also get nitro cold brew here; sometimes it's delicious, but it's inconsistent. Maybe the lines need cleaning more regularly or the levels need to be checked more often. It's either really good or really bad. :) They have a chess set, great neighborhood vibe---I walk down the street to Greenstreet every Saturday morning.
In next time want visit #GreenstreerCoffeeCo again . Thanks for service to guy who works in this coffee place:)
Stopped by on the way to do some sight seeing. Great fresh brewed roasted coffee. The staff was friendly and the price was great compared to the national brand. They roast their own single country beans and change it up frequently.
Great place, nice staff, excellent staff
Cute little place, cool atmosphere, great cold brew coffee for the summer
This is Macchiato I got.
Good coffee, amazing flaky croissant. I would come back to this place next time I'm in Philly.
Scoped this out ahead of time for after a post-procedure visit at Jefferson--easy walk, cute neighbourhood. Did not disappoint. Very small & quaint inside, but sitting outside in the sun is the real treat. Coffee was spectacular...literally. Very well done...makes breaking my fast all worth it!
Cozy coffee shop
great place!
Tiny coffee shop with really good specially coffee at a very affordable price! Staff was very helpful too
Nice little corner coffee shop with outdoor seating, not the best I've had, but still nice!
My favorite coffee shop in Philly. The coffee is delicious, nutty perfection
Nice coffee. Great spot.
Top top quality coffee that's for sure. This place is my favorite.
Nicest people working there, spectacular coffee!
Favorite coffee shop near Jefferson.
Nice place, nice people.
The Rwanda Peaberry was delicious. The muffins and croissants they had there were so bangin’!!!
Small cafe atmosphere. Ive only gotten the iced mocha which was awesome.
Great nitro coffee and friendly service.
Nice atmosphere, great lattes. A cozy space with good vibes.
One of the worst customer service I have ever had in my life! I had called over the phone about a purchase I had done with the company before and was so satisfied with. I had called back to buy the same exact thing to be Disrespected by the gentleman over the phone. I asked him nicely if he had the same item I bought before in stock. The gentleman said "look you going to buy coffee, I don't make any money off of this purchase, if you want to buy coffee then we can talk". This place has no consideration of helping the customer!!! All they want is your money and for you to be out of there sight. If your looking for a nice place for coffee try La Colombe Coffee Roaster in Port Richman or Old City they will treat you with respect and a smile!
Great beans make great coffee. I love the design of the shop, and the people are nice.
Amazing coffee, perfect latte, and a great sidewalk patio. The best way to spend a sunny Philadelphia morning.
Cute little coffee shop. Great tasting coffee. Had soy milk option. Friendly staff. Indoor and outdoor seating. Very limited food opinions.
Fancy hipster coffee. A bit pricey for my taste, but delicious.
very cozy place
Never had coffee there, because I don't drink coffee, but the few time I went in there to use their rest room, the staff was very friendly and warm
Very tiny coffee spot in a nice neighborhood. It's expensive but you're paying for the atmosphere as well. I had a matcha latte and the matcha they used was good quality, it didn't taste like grass which can't be said for a lot of nearby coffee shops.
I come here every day for my morning restorative; it's my favorite coffee in the city. The brew is absolutely delicious, both their house roast the roasts they bring in from around the world. I get a shot of their Kenyan espresso in my red eye, the flavor is incredible. It makes my day. Their baristas are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and make beautiful latte art. If you're a Philly coffee buff, or you just need a pick me up and an almond croissant, you absolutely must come try Greenstreet.
Barista are truly expert and friendly. Coffee is great! a five star coffee shop!
