One of the worst experiences ever at the new store on NW Expsy. We went this am at 9am. They had very little stock. No Kolaches. The place was dirty with trash on the floor behind the counter near the food, flies and it was so hot you could see the toppings were melted on the few donuts they had Staff appeared poorly trained. No customer service. Very disappointed. !

I love shipleys. I absolutely love it. But I am sick and tired of making the 30+ minute drive from my house to their midwest city location just for them to NEVER have what I want. Last week I came at noon for kolaches. They told me they were out and wouldnt have any until the next morning. I asked If they could make some for me since I just drove and they said that they would have some ready first thing the next morning. So I came back first thing the next morning and attempted to order kolaches. They told me that they wouldnt have any until around 2 PM. That in itself is absolutely ridiculous. Then today I called to make sure they had them and they said yes, so I made the trip. I came to get a dozen kolaches and 2 dozen creme filled donuts. Surprise surprise, they had neither at 10 am,even after I called and asked them if they would be ready and could be put aside. I again said I would wait for them to make some and they said they dont do that that I would have to come back tomorrow. I'm sick and tired of this bs and am ready to go back to dunkin donuts. I'm tired of hearing these commercials for shipleys every day on the radio offering whatever kind of donuts you want whenever you want. How can you advertise that and NEVER have any product? This is ridiculous. This would never happen in Bay City or anywhere else in Texas for that matter. Shipleys is so good that I am willing to make the hour round trip drive to get them but the last three visits have been a complete waste of time and money and something really needs to be done. Not a good way to run a business, especially not one with such a great reputation as shipleys.

I have been here a couple of times and it has always been clean. The staff are friendly and patient when kids are ordering. We ordered a dozen doughnuts and kolaches. They tasted fresh and my kids love the variety.

Then the sweet lady behind the counter said that the person who makes the Kolaches & a few other things did not show up for work. This will cost this business big time & I hate that because it is the only Shipley's around. Hire more reliable help...

The best donut chain period! Their kolaches have an amazing sweet bread outside with lots of cheese filling. Their hot glaze will change your life. Donuts are softer than other places with a fantastic crunchy glaze. Just relived my Texas childhood and it was every bit as good as I remembered.

Do love shipleys. Don't go very often since its a drive for me in Moore. Not really a complaint as it can't be helped is later in the day they will have a limited selection due to closing soon. So go more for breakfast than lunch.

I drive 30 minutes to come here and this morning my Kolaches was not done. I went to take the 1st one back and the very rude lady at the corner told me that that's the way they are and that's it. And she walked away dismissing me. I know this is not how it's done. I've never had bad service here until today. But I won't be back.

To be honest, I really had high hopes for this place because of all the hype in Texas but I was disappointed in the donuts. The donuts had a bland taste, not really sweet. The fruit filled donuts had a very good taste but the Apple filled donuts was terrible. I've had better donuts from a local Midwest City donut shop. The store looks great and staff were nice but the donuts was a disappointment.

I just walked in trying to get a donut a lady tried telling me the deals that were going on the manager immediately yelled at her saying she should only say the deals if customers see’s it on Facebook while throwing her hands around no apology what so ever . Terrible customer service on that note on my way to Krispy Kreme I can trust their service!!!

When we go here, we're always startled that there isn't a line stretching all the way to 15th street. They have some amazing donuts, and great kolaches, but the BUTTERFLY ROLL is really special. It combines the best attributes of a raised glazed donut and a cinnamon roll. Revealing this to the rest of western civilization is a risk, but I'm hoping they can always make more to meet demand. Shipley's is better than Hurt's, better than Krispy Kreme, better than Best, better than Winchell's, faaaarrrr better than Dunkin'. Being better than Hurt's takes some effort, but the donuts aren't greasy and aren't overdecorated. So there you are. My 100% honest review. And now I get to eat salad the rest of the week. SO WORTH IT.

Ok I will have to try this place one more time. My fam and I stopping in outside normal donut hours I think it was 2ish pm. Selection was small no kolaches had a bear claw that was basically just bread. Coffee was pretty watered down and just bland. We tried a chocolate frosted with pecans on top, it was just okay. Maybe it would have been better to try this place in the morning instead of the afternoon, but on the other hand if your going to be open into the afternoon, have some fresh donuts and throw out the old ones. They straight up tasted older that the donuts i get at a gas station on the south side.

I cannot express enough how excited I was to find a shipley's in the OKC area, I have had their donuts in Texas many times and was extremely excited to see this one open up and was eager to try it! My husband and I drove all the way from NW OKC to see if it would live up to our expectations, and they went above and beyond. The building is brand new, decor is great and simple, and you can see all the way to the back which is a great thing to me that way you always know the facility is clean. The staff was really nice, and chatted with us a bit while they worked. We ordered kolache's, a twist, a glazed, and (if you don't know this next one you need to go be enlightened...) A bullseye! Everything was fresh and amazing, the glazed donut we had was still warm. Really we both thought the food was great, which is why you go, but luckily all the other aspects were amazing too. For the locals, you'd be happy to know they have a drive-through and also have delivery options. Can't wait to go back!

YAS Shipley Donuts! YAS! I decided to buy a dozen donuts for my office when I was in Oklahoma City and the first place I thought of going was Shipley Donuts. The donuts are fresh and they have a fantastic selection. I ordered a variety which included plain glazed, chocolate glazed, Homer Simpson-style sprinkles, a cinnamon roll, cake donuts, and probably other ones I'm forgetting. I also got some donut holes which the staff made complimentary. The staff was so helpful and friendly and the donuts were superb. Everyone loved them. I will come back! Thank you Shipley Donuts!

Wow only a little after 7 in the morning and your out of everything no bear claws, no cinnamon rolls, 1 kolachie, how does a doughnut store that’s new not have stuff that early in the morning, I can see around 8-8:30 being out but come on.....won’t wast my time stopping there again. Very disappointed. At least the lady at the window was nice that’s about all I can say.
