For a specialized coffee shop I was expecting them to actually make a cappuccino how they are traditionally supposed to be made ie: 1/3 espresso and more foam than steamed milk. However was disappointed that it was just like every other coffee shop that doesn't know how to make them. And the milk was way too hot, couldn't drink the coffee for about 25 minutes. Maybe some more barista training would help. Iced coffee with caramel was very watery and forgot the whipped cream despite asking asking us if we wanted some. Mom was happy with her vanilla latte though.

I really don’t expect much from your typical coffee shops! An eye-roll from the cashier isn’t needed when asking for a cup of water though. Maybe we should stick to Starbucks because they would be glad to give us water with our coffee that we order. I would stay away from this place, unfriendly and rude service, btw your coffee is not that great!

Got the hazelnut latte with almond milk and my boyfriend got the roasted marshmallow latte. The barista was so nice and helpful, did a little extra for his to make sure he loved it. She was honest about good flavors and everything. Definitely our go to spot now ❤
