Only real problem was being new to this area to have the drive thru window blocked out so no one can see in we did not know where to stop to pick up our order. So we stopped a little too far forward. The window that his used to pick up should NEVER be blocked out so the customer can't see where to stop. There really was no way to tell. Otherwise the staff was friendly and the food was as ordered.

I do UberEats here occasionally. I hate when I get this ping because the wait time is always around 15+ mins. Sometimes I even turn off my engine while at the drive thru line. It's ridiculous.

This McDonald's is the best one ever. There is not a quick turn around of the staff, which matters! They take great care of us every time we go. Orders are rarely, and I mean rarely incorrect and if they are, they fix it with no problems. The food is hot. The fries are the best! The place is usually very clean. We love this McDonald's. Something for everyone here.

When I pulled in the drive thru tonight, I was the only car. All I ordered was a 6 price tender. I paid than was directed to go to the 3rd window. I waited 20 MINUTES before I parked and went inside. When I got inside, no one noticed me, no one said hi for a few minutes. When I finally got to talk to a manger, all he said was 'sorry. We got busy'. BS. No one was ahead of me. Worst customer service.

Went through the drive-thru tonight. It was busy so really no reason for the food we received. The older hispanic lady who works there at night is awesome however my burger was still raw and my fries were cold. We also ordered chicken nuggets but they were cold and looked like they had been there all evening. Its hard to get fresh fries from there ever. Its the only close mcdonalds so we can't go to another one. I attempted to call them twice but no one answers the phone there.

This McDonald's is consistent, generally clean, and quick. I would give it 5 stars however I've found that during nights the crew can be hit or miss. Sometimes I think the staff is taking a "trip out to the dumpster" to hit a J or a vape pen. Definitely a Breakfast Club vibe and the only time this isn't the case is when the anxious blonde dude is managing at night-in which case the food and service is perfect. Great McDonald's though, best In the area for sure.

DO NOT WORK HERE lemme just tell y'all, i worked at this mcdonald's for 2 years (it was my first job.) i would not recommend going there EVER, it's absolutely disgusting has ants and roaches(always has) the management is basically useless and is so disrespectful. the only way to get fresh fries is to ask for no salt or go during a rush. and as a former employee no one cared about the quality of the food. management was more focused on getting you to leave. All the women working here are ANGRY. Quite simply put, the worst service I’ve ever gotten at any McDonald’s. First they get orders wrong multiple times, then act as though we’re taking it directly out of their paycheck. We used a promo receipt with the buy one get one free and it blew their mind. Can’t even refill your own drink here. If you come here, you will get something on the McDonalds menu, but what you get will be a surprise.

Everytime we go here, we end up with rude staff through the drive through. They are impatient.This has been a consistent thing for 3 years and it never seems to change. When we are inside, it's a totally different story. Polite staff, and meals are prompt and correct. Unfortunately, we are usually looking for a bite to eat on the way home and rarely go inside.

Have never got an order wrong at this McDonalds, also there is a Pokemon gym there so while in queue you can do some walloping. The only issue we have had is when asked to pull up to the final window to wait for a part of the order to finish and keeping the queue going behind and around you. A lot of people will be very annoyed at your positioning and seem to assume you are just parked in the drivethrough judging by their reactions. It is a bit narrow in this spot.

I've eaten my fair share of McDonald's meals but since the first time I've eaten there the quality and healthy items has increased. It doesn't matter which McDonald's you go to, they are the same no matter where you go and what country its in. But here is a little tip for you: For those not in the know about McDonald's secret menu items, here is a few of them: a "Land, Air, and Sea Burger" is a Big Mac, McChicken, and Filet-O-Fish all slammed together. A "McGangBang" is a McChicken sandwiched inside a double cheeseburger. Check out McDonalds on your next visit in Seattle and try the secret menu.

This location is better than average for two reasons: - I've always gotten fast service through the drive through. - Customer service has been better than most other fast food restaurants. But in the end, it is still fast food. For the most part errors are few and far between and the food is usually hot (enough).

It's fine and I do realize that I sound like the old guy yelling at kids to get off my lawn, but it seems to me that anyone under a certain age, which is most of the staff here, has completely abandoned the simple, conversational, employee etiquette. Things like please, thank you, you're welcome, have a good day etc. To me, it's these simple pleasantries upon which the pride and joy of being a part of a community is built. Without them, somehow a shared sense of purpose and destiny, the basic unspoken communal bond evaporates, leaving isolation, suspicion and resentment in it's wake. It's one of the most glaring ways we've failed these young people and it makes me very, very sad.

I like the fact that the teens are no longer standing around talking nor are they on their cell phones. I will also say that I still always go inside to order. This store has really gotten better about making orders correctly. My biggest complaints are that the restrooms are gross and never stocked. Their is always water on the floor and no wet floor signs. I'm glad that the quarter pounder meat is cooked to order now because I know I wil always have a hot burger when I can afford them. However, most of the time I get the bacon mcdoubles and the meat is normally cold and nasty. Thank yall so much to the 40th store management for making so many improvements.

This is the only McDonalds for probably 100 hundred miles in any direction. Needless to say everytime I've gone there they have been pretty slammed. Probably the best mc Donalds in ogden. Very clean and nice staff. One of the employees offered to take my tray after I finished eating. It even looks nice. I like the outside bench area they have here. Even the lawn is well kept. Overall a good mcdonalds.

Ordered a chicken sandwich and I was told that it would take 10 minutes. I waited and called them by phone 10 minutes later and I was told it would take 10 minutes or I could have my money back and hung up without any apologies. I ws about to call back when they brought me the sandwich. STILL NO APOLOGIES!

I tend to order things as is, but my friend likes to super customize she will add on and take off until her food and drinks are a new creation. Most places handle that with ease... this mcdonalds is our local one that she visits often and she orders the same concoction each time at this same mcdonalds, and they cant handle it. We always have to repeat our order at the menu 3-4 times while they struggle, then once at final window we either get pulled forward and wait 20-40 min while they clean the coffee machine, or its made wrong. I honestly thought it was her and her pickiness causing a struggle until we started branching out and testing other mcdonalds. I will tell you we have been all over oklahoma on mini road trips from mt scott to tulsa to meeker to altus even into texas a few times and every single one of those mcdonalds was able to handle her order the first time, without repitition, without waiting for 40 minutes, and it not only came out right but her cups werent covered in coffee drips and caramel drizzle. My last visit a few weeks ago I spent over 45 min in the drive thru for 1 caramel iced coffee with 1 shot of espresso, I had to call the store to ask why I was pulled forward and waited for 45 min for 1 coffee drink and the manager kept cutting me off, she didnt care, she wanted to throw free food at the problem but nobody even ever took my name or info to follow up on that minimum effort. Its like they dont care because they own so many in the area that even if you go to the next town over they are still getting your money. So I stopped going to mcdonalds in my area at all, if I’m out in another area of oklahoma or another state I’ll enjoy some mcDs but not the mustang/yukon stores anymore they have gotten too lazy and mess stuff up too often then get mad that you want what you paid for instead of what they are offering you. If I ask for espresso and you charge me for espresso in my drink I want it in my drink, if I ask for extra onions and extra cheese and you charge me for that I dont want a burger with no onions and no cheese.. this is just food service common sense 101 and they fail daily ....

It's just McD's. Quarter Pounder with cheese we're good. Had to wait for about 5 minutes for my order in the drive-thru. They couldn't keep up with traffic. Drive-thru attendant was friendly. Person handing orders through the window just didn't care.

Since they have started using fresh hamburger on their Quarter Pounder with cheese, which I love, I tried them. They do taste better but are just lukewarm. They advertisement says they are Made To Order, which means they should be hot, but that is not the case. That is why I won't eat at any Mac's. All burgers are lukewarm. They didn't use to be that way.

While attending UW, one of the women on my floor in McCarty insisted on going to McDonald's once in a while, so almost everyone went with her. McDonald’s was Kathy’s family treat when she was little, so going here helped with homesickness: something most of us understood. It was a nice way for all of us to celebrate our families.

Drive through takes at least 20 minuets to get through. It’s also so outdated that tourists cant tell that there’s two ordering lanes. The inside of this place might be the nicest you’ve ever seen. But the outside and time it takes to get your order needs a LOT of work. And don’t bother trying to use the app to order.... takes about a half an hour to get your food

Pretty decent as far as McDonald's go. The dining area is clean. And the reason I enjoy this one over others is because there's no Play Place. This means no crazy kids running around with unattentive parents. So the dining area is more quiet and subdued. They did get my order wrong. So that's why I'm giving them a slight ding. But they were quick to correct it and apologized.

It's a nice place with touch screen ordering menus. The staff has always been very good about getting orders correct and being friendly to me. The only reason it's not five stars is because the parking isn't great. You have to turn off of a very busy road into a small parking lot. Other than that it's great though.

Absolutely terrible place to go eat. As a previous McDonald’s manager myself, being treated very poorly by the young woman in the front when I asked why does she always hand me cups with no lid on it and she always gives me the same eye roll while proceeding to SLAM the door shut in my face when I ask for a napkin to go dab up the mess in my lap. And the late night manager “Justin” is incredibly rude. My wife last week came thru the drive thru late at night and she had a complaint about her order. So she drove back thru and calmly let the person taking orders know what had occurred. She was then told to go to the next window and was greeted by “Justin” the manager. He told her even tho she has the receipt and had just came thru he can’t do anything about it while folding his arms and a very pompous and rude way while constantly keeping a flat disrespectful and annoyed tone in his voice.Even though they had handed out the completely wrong order they acted as if it was her own fault for even touching the bag. I also want to know why is it everyone we come to the drive thru around 1:00 - 2:00 i don’t get any answer at all? One time I sat outside for 30 mins before giving up myself. I understand if your systems are updating but still you have the means to do cash orders and any manager that’s unable to do such a task to keep revenue running thru the store shouldn’t be a manager at all because it’s obvious they aren’t in it to help improve the business. As soon as these things are fixed me and my family and my friends will continue to go back to the McDonald’s we once loved to go to almost every day. But until then you have lost loyal customers

When u addressed this with the management they just told me it's always clean and they just had a rush despite me pointing out that this was over multiple days and various times. I don't usually eat here much, maybe four or five times a week. The food is always fabulous. Lobster tail is the best followed by Cherries Jubilee. A nice vintage Cabernot is a must to accompany the dinner.

I usually go through the drive- through because my office is close. Today I walked in, waited at the counter for 10-20 seconds, not a problem. The blue shirt (manager?) immediately Instructs me to go the order kiosk. Next people that come up she takes their order no problem. I can understand context of the situation, but in my opinion she didn’t. I waited at the counter to place me order and get that personal touch. She thought I wasn’t important enough.

Lucrative Strategy

I had a big mac and that new quarter pounder they been advertising on tv so I went in and they staff is pretty rude, but thats not the worst part. When I get the food from any drive thru I make it a happen to check the bag to make sure everything is there. I only seen the big mac and fries. I told the lady that as working I didn't get my quarter pounder and she made it seem like I was hiding it in the car, asked me are you sure it didn't fall out the bag? Haha what you just handed it to me she didn't even close the window yet. I got the other burger, went home started eating. And bit a huge piece of cartilage. I'm still pretty scared about what happened so not going back to Mcdonalds, or atleast not this one.

I did the mobile order through the app to save time because I was in a hurry. After already paying and waiting THIRTY MINUTES they told me I need to completely re do my order because I didn’t pay. I may have not actually paid yet because the app was different from when I last used it and I was a little confused. But I still don’t see why it took so long for them to tell me I still need to pay. And when they told me I need to pay they were literally yelling at me in front of the whole restaurant. Now I’m in Wendy’s drive through. Got my food and out in less than three minutes but will be an hour late to a destination I was already late for. Probably not going back anytime soon. Or ever.

Probably the worst drive-thru experience I've had in a while. All is ordered was a medium dry, but it definitely felt like I ordered 50 things from the menu and they were too bothered to try customer service. It started with a microphone and speaker system so low the only reason you k Ow the guy inside got your order was because it was on the screen. Thank God for that. Nmi then pulled up to the pay window and the guy barely looked at me, let alone spoke to me. And when he gave my card, he didn't anything at all. Just have my card back and closed his window. Lastly, at the pick-up window the girl leans out and gives my fries, closes the window, and moved on. No "have anice day". No "did you need anything else?" Not even a "here's your fries, have a good one!". Probably not going back to this place ever.

Worst McDonald's I have ever seen. Apart from having a very rude staff that speaks what can only be described as a disgrace to the English language; the food is utterly disgusting. But we'll get to that later. First I must address the issue of flies. I don't think I have ever seen this particular store without flies swarming it at least once which leads me to question, how can they be following food safety procedures with so many insects buzzing around in an open environment? Seeing this made me want to investigate more so sufficient to say, I did! While purchasing a meal I stood watch and much to my horror, I couldn't believe what I was seeing; an employee was handling my food without gloves. In order to remain "incognito" on this manor I simply asked for the women's name at which time I was told Adriana (I can only presume that is her correct spelling) after gathering this info I discarded my sandwich in the trash. on an separate occasion I have interred this store and smelt what I believed to be sewage. Instantly my appetite was gone , but curious as to the origin of the smell I proceeded to check the restroom closes to where The smell seemed to be coming from. I found nothing in the restroom, but did notice an odd color liquid coming from drains in the store which management seemed very intent on having cleaned asap. (so kudos to management on that!) But that just confirmed my intuition that smell was backed up sewage coming through the pipes.

If i could give this store no stars i would. They have messed up my orders 15 different times. And tonight, when i walked in to complain to a manager about yet another order they seem to mess up, i could hear them all snickering about me getting upset at the window. And this is after i tried to get the window attendants attention (who later admitted to ignoring me for a call). This is an absolute slap to the face to all other mcdonalds as they dont even seem to hold there food quality up to par. Cold food, missing items, etc. If you enjoy bad servive i highly reccomend going there.

As Micky D's go,this is one of my favorites, always busy so the food is fresh and hot. Easy to read dollar menu for cheap eats. Plenty of open tables so I can sit and read my paper. Parking right in front...... easy to access in a busy area.

You know McDonald's. This one is open 24 hours and us well staffed. It was also handily close to the Ravena Brewery that had run out of food and full rest rooms. My most common reason for going to McDonald's is to use it as a rest stop. I buy food the as a way of thanking them for providing that service.

Normally I don't have a problem with this location. But tonight I had to go back 2 times to get All of my food. First trip back was to get my daughter's ice cream cone they didn't give. Not thinking about the actual food order not being complete, I didn't check the bag before going back, because like I said I normally don't have a problem with them. After returning from getting the ice cream cone, I realize that I'm missing a biscuit sandwich. I go back to get it, spoke tho a manager and they gave it to me, but No apology or any offer for something for my inconvenience. Especially since I made it known that this was my 2nd return trip. Very disappointed in the service/management there tonight.

This food is always good. It can get pricy though. Their quarter pounders are really good. I usually don't eat a lot, but I was hungry enough for a quarter pounder with fries and a drink. I try to save my drink for last after I finish my food. That way I could save it and drink it during the day as I go about my day.

The employees are nice but this is the SLOWEST McDonalds! Tonight I went through the drive-thru line and waited 15 minutes to get a drink. At first I pulled up they said they were cash only I said that was fine he said hold on about five minutes later maybe longer he came back and took my order for my large Coke. I pulled up waited a few minutes to pay the girl took my money gave me my change and then walked away. 5 minutes later they finally brought me my drink. I I understand things happen but every time I come through here no matter what I order I wait at least 5 to 10 minutes if not longer.

That would make this a standout location I would say as I usually have bad experiences at McDonald's. Also the location is great as it is situated directly around the corner from Albertsons grocery store.

This McDonald's is a little unique... They have a table system with numbers that you get for your table... Though it looks like the people don't know what their doing since they gave me someone else's meal and gave my meal to someone else... Other than this hiccup it was a nice time.

For a McDonald's, this one was surprisingly nice. The outside was kept neat with the buses well trimmed and exterior clean. Interior was also kept free of trash. The menu actually included an option to build your own burger with various choices of buns etc. I haven't seen this at any other locations. The food is about what I'd expect it to be. Not too bad for a quick bite to eat when away from home. Overall, good food at a reasonable price. The option to customize your own burger sets this apart from any other McDonald's so far. Neat.

The only person that spoke English was a girl that took my order finally everybody was speaking Mexican loud three or four more on break in the dining room and they were talking so loud and laughing I couldn't read my newspaper so I finally got up and left. That was a very good working environment I'll tell you if I was a manager there either have their butts in the back room somewhere away from the dining room and the customers because another lady sitting with her child complains about the two we talked on my way out I said I'm not going to hang around here I can't concentrate and read they were having a gale time BSN with no concern about the patrons in there. Thank you manager need to train your people to be a little more congenial.

I know its mcdonalds and u really cant have huge expectations, but this one in particular is ALWAYS dirty and understaffed (or poorly managed). the last time we stopped in for a quick bite we were not greated, no one was even at the register, the coffee/mcflurry area behind the register looked like it had exploded, the floor back there was covered in napkins and spilled liquid of some sort, and after standing there for almost 5 minutes and no-one had returned to the register to take our order we left.

Always good for late night big mac cravings. Quality is really good 95% of the time. Only once in a great while do I get home to find out I got old fries. Staff is always friendly. Only real gripe with this location is that they give you the small size drinks with your meals unlike most other locations. I mean come on, we're paying $8 for a burger the size of a mason jar lid that you put some addictive substance in to make us crave them, at least give us a decent sized drink haha

Been to the establishment twice. Both times the drive thru. Both times the workers were rude and would keep giving me my total for order in the middle of me ordering even after letting them know I’m still actively ordering. Eventually both times they stop responding and when I pull forward I’m met with an attitude or there is simply know one there and I eventually give up and go to second window. The service is way better then the food sadly. Won’t be returning.

I’ve never actually been to this location. However, my uber drivers have. I ordered a big mac and nugs + fries one night and to my delight the big mac was put together perfectly. Of course it isn’t grade-A food and the beef felt rather strange, but when i reached for my bite, i was pleasantly surprised by the box containing the big mac to have no entrails of lettuce shreds sitting at the bottom. No random cheese marks on the side, but a plain old box. It is very hard to find a burger with no leakage, but that’s exactly what I got that night. Very impressed, came with perfect amounts of sauce for nuggets and fries and exceeded all expectations with napkins.

SO DISAPPOINTED! The manager was so rude when my husband and I asked for Mac Sauce for our sandwich. She told us they stopped doing that awhile ago and don’t do Mac Sauce anymore, which is strange since I was there the day prior and it was fine.
