This is one of my go to restaurants for a nicer brunch/lunch with one of my friends or my mom. Always clean, always quality, and has always been worth it. I got to experience a tea time once with a group and it was fun and of course tasty. Also I love sampling Teaoli products when I go. If you have not been, grab a friend and who likes tea and go!

My husband took me here for a Valentine's breakfast and I had NO IDEA that I've been missing out on this gem! First, I'll be honest, kudos to my husband for coming up with the idea to take me to a tea room! Second, I've driven by this place a number of times and the outside does not do the inside justice. Adorable decor, with lots of boutique items for sale, flavored olive oils, and loose leaf teas. It has a country/farmhouse vibe that's warm, cozy and inviting. Everyone was so friendly. To top it all off their menu was extensive and everything we ate was amazing. I had the chocolate and strawberry waffle with an earl grey latte. The waffle had a depth of flavor that was well thought out and the earl grey latte, I mean come on! I'll come back just for that. They had two large parties going on in the back; I can see there being a huge calling for that. (Parties as in ladies who seemed semi-retired or retired having lots of fun ;)). Not like ragers or anything. They also have a separate tea room you can rent and have actual tea parties. That could be interesting and fun.

We tried Inspirations and had such a great experience, excellent food, peaceful, pleasant atmosphere that we went back again this weekend. Just as pleased this time too. Staff have been polite. Restaurant very clean and aesthetically designed. Food is tasty and well priced. We recommend this place and plan to return!

I can't tell you how much I love this place. The food is amazing and the tea is phenomenal! The tea selection is nigh never-ending too! If you call ahead and make a reservation, you can sit in the upper area. The service is great. And it's all you can drink tea! You can stick to one or switch them every time. They also have an enormous selection of oils and vinegars to buy. You can mix and match. Larry, the owner, once combined an oil with a vinegar for us and it was the best thing ever! And all the knickknacks they sell are amazingly adorable. From tea kettles to purses to aprons, everything is carefully selected to be unique!

As soon as they hear an accent in your voice , they turn into a complete ignorant and no matter what i ask about , she answered : I don’t know , I am not sure . Pre fixe menu with a few sandwich and quiche options. Your menu includes a scone with lemon curd, your sandwich or quiche option, salad, soup of the day and dessert. There are a couple of entree salads as an option for someone who is GF or vegetarian. Maybe a (modifable) salad option for a vegan. There are 1 million choices of tea. The dessert and the scones with lemon curd are by far the best part of tbe meal. Everything else tastes blah. There is a gift shop with specialty items for purchase. It's pretty cute. It's the kind of place to take your grandmother, great aunt or little girls. 4 stars because I think the tea house thing is a little weird.

OK, OK. I cave. I love tearoom food. There. I said it. I grew up eating at Alberta's. (Remember THAT French Market Mall blast from the past?) Delicate little cucumber sandwiches cut out in quirky little shapes. Scones, lemon curd, all those cutesy little Anglophile touches really hit a soft spot in my otherwise black, thoroughly American, crusty little heart. And what's better than a multi-layered, old school Southern coconut cake with white frosting? C'mon -- be honest with yourself here. (We're not talking about organic arugula with raw pine nuts, people. We're talking COMFORT FOOD.) I really like the selection of teas here, too. (If you can imagine it, they probably have it.) There's other stuff for sale, too, some of it more than a little maudlin for my tastes. But, hey, I'm not the only consumer in the world. Maybe scented candles and framed Bible verses are YOUR thing. I'm not one to judge. (Well, unless I'm judging. There's always THAT.) A great place for special events. (My niece rented a room for her bridal shower, and I -- the token guncle -- was the only guy invited. I had a blast.) Good service, good food, and, well, teas galore. (And yes, you can buy tea in bulk here.) Turn into your grandmother for the day. Conjure up the spirit of the late, great Alberta if you must. Lift your little finger when you drink your tea if that's your (pardon the execrable pun) cup of tea. Place doilies on your doilies if you wanna. Just drop in and enjoy yourself.

I took my girls this week and they enjoyed the Young Royals Tea Tray. The entire experience was wonderful for them. Our waitress Nickie pampered them from the start with their own teapots and tiny cups. She served them as though they were little princesses. The tray came with gluten free sandwiches and desserts. They even brought a candle for the cake since it was for the youngest girl’s birthday. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect. They each took home a souvenir teapot cup full of pink lemonade. I got the tea room trio and had chicken salad on a croissant, tomato basil soup, and a salad with feta dressing-all served with lemon souflé hot tea and everything was delicious. Overall, a perfect time with my daughters. I will definitely return.

I have been to Inspirations several times and mostly enjoyed myself, with a few disappointments here and there. Waitstaff are polite, if a bit vapid in their surface-level toothy smiles, high-pitched girlish lilting voices, cloying perkiness, and lackadaisical service. When I visit I can't help but feel I'm being served by irritatingly naive home-schooled teenagers whose nearest touch to the outside world is comprised of this cushy part-time job on which they evidently operate on "island time". My most recent visit was the most grating, however. At two o'clock on a Saturday afternoon, as other customers were leaving and the tea room was mostly empty, my friend and I received our iced teas in a somewhat timely manner, but then waited ten or fifteen minutes for our waitress to return to take our food order. Having learned at previous visits just how small the portions are as though meant for a light snack and not a lunch meal, I ordered a lemon blackberry salad and quiche. (I considered it a small miracle they still had quiche as they often run out.) That apparently created a problem because each of these is considered its own meal that come with cutesy little sides, and our waitress was flustered and didn't know what to do. I almost told the poor thing to just pretend I was two people and bring both meals because I was THAT hungry and the portions really are THAT small (though I'm sure this pretentious place has rules about that) but she ultimately realized we could do it a la carte, with no sides, which was all I wanted in the first place. After sorting that out, we waited a good 30-45 minutes for our food, and almost as long for our plates to be cleared. While we waited I counted the number of waitstaff (four) loitering in the service area with nothing better to do than lean, giggle, and chat with one another, while, bored of sitting, I seriously contemplated just getting up and looking around at the gift shop area, making our server come find us. Even after our plates were finally cleared I had to flag our girl down to actually ask for our bill, which came with its own inexplicable wait. My friend and I had asked for our bills to be separate, and our waitress forgot to do this, which was a minor thing, but still annoyed me after all the waiting and irritating perkiness sans common sense.

I have been going to Inspiration for years. Went recently with my mother-in-law and two sister-in-laws who were visiting from out of town. They have changed the way food is handled. Previously, a waitress would take your order and bring your food to your table. Now you have to go to the one cash register and place your order. At peak times, quite a line forms, people behind you get impatient, not the best method. The food isn't as good as I recall. Some of the baked goods were dry and unappealing and the tea was very weak. Here's an idea: leave the tea bag in the pot/cup to steep and let the customer remove it. Then they can decide how strong they want their tea. Ours literally had no flavor. My sister-in-law described it as dirty dish water. The highlight of the food were the scones; they did not disappoint. Not a place I would return to after this last disappointing visit.

DOES NOT SERVE FOOD AFTER 3:30 usually not an issue but just keep in mind they are a breakfast and lunch place that specializes in rich desserts and fine teas. Their store is open the entire time for tea supplies and some odds and ends but they stop serving their lunch menu at 3:30.

Went near opening on a Saturday. Very lovely and relaxing outdoor patio. The sunroom looked relaxing too! The shop inside had a lot of fun items to look at. Most importantly, the food was delicious!!! We had the sausage egg and cheese burrito, and the breakfast croissant. Both were tasty, and it was refreshing to have fresh fruit served with it. Yum!

What a beautiful place. I was visiting from out of town for my niece's wedding. Her bridal luncheon was here. The room we had was beautiful and the food was delicious. Our menu consisted of tomato bisque soup, salad, your choice of either chicken salad croissant or vegetable quiche. For dessert it was either chocolate cake or coconut cake and everyone was served a lemon poppyseed scone with lemon cream. I would definitely recommend this place.

If you want a fun girl's day out, this is the place to be! Amazing and delicious food! Great selection of teas and coffees. Staff are so kind and helpful. The atmosphere is so relaxed and the shopping is fun. My family and I made reservations and had a tea party here just a couple of weekends ago and we were treated like royalty. If you make reservations, be ready to pay around $15 per person. A little pricey but so worth it and you get your option of a 3 tiered plate with brunch items, sandwich, fruit, and desserts OR choose a salad, soup and sandwich/entree. I highly recommend the salad with fresh raspberry vinaigrette dressing, chicken panini, tomato soup, hot caramel brûlée tea, and hot caramel apple pie. This is literally my favorite fun place to dine! They also add a special touch to each plate by giving an encouraging Bible verse. ❤

I love this place! My daughter and I have been coming here since it opened. They have so many different flavors of teas and they are so delicious! Some of my favs are the vanilla and blue sapphire. So disappointed in Inspirations this year. We used to go here for every birthday with my daughter and her cousins/aunts/grandmas...and vice versa. So at least 3X a year our extended family was a large group walking through their doors. The last few times we have been the service is slow, not very much communication, and very unaccommodating....If you have a party of 2-9 people you will be ok. Other than that, they can not, and will not help you. They are lacking in customer service to say the least. And now, starting in April, you can only get the Tea Tray on Saturdays- $28.99-no other options. Unfortunately my family and I are searching for a new Tea Room and they have lost all of our business.

Very professional waitstaff, great decor, fresh food with fresh ingredients, and a very creative set of teas. Occasionally, little kids go there for their birthdays, and that's a bit annoying, but the overall atmosphere is very posh yet comfortable.

It was my first time but my wife has come to inspirations for a few years and told me they have done a overhaul on both thier serving style (like a classier, tastier Panera) and prices (cheaper than it used to be). The tea/oil/balsamic/etc shop portion is quite interesting as well for anyone who appreciates things like that. The oils in particular are very good. Overall no complaints whatsoever. I will most definitely be returning.

Inspirations Eatery and Tea Room is my first and favorite place to go to for tea blends and tea sets. Not only that, they have different scented lotions, soaps, oils, body sprays and gifts ranging from baby blankets to dishware. There are many tables and privates rooms to sit and eat meals from the kitchen and delicious pastries and baked goods. For individuals who enjoy diverse flavors of balsamic vinegar, Inspirations has many for you to sample and purchase. Tea enthusiasts will find what they need for their next tea party. The staff are kind, patient, and very helpful. I always enjoy my visit to Inspirations.
